We had a toasted sandwich, 2 coffees and a slice of sir choc-a-lot cake. The cake was so dry it was crispy on one side and crumbled to pieces - totally inedible. I went back to the counter , waited for a while for a member of staff to appear. I eventually shouted back for attention and advised that they should not sell anymore of the cake as it was dry and inedible. The member of staff agreed with me and said there had been complaints previously . I asked if she could pass the complaint on and was advised that they would just stop selling it in the end. I told her by then they would not have any customers left.

Church StreetSome of the worst interior decoration I have ever seen, a beautiful house full of cheap plastic rubbish, totally lacking in any kind of atmosphere or style, a truly nasty experience. This should be a wonderful place, but it's not.

Chestnut Avenue2.5 stars as some staff are good but many need to really work on their customer service skills. The drinks are okay, food is good but overpriced. Would be good if there were some more vegan options too. It is bright and a good meeting spot particularly if you have children who can play in the little soft play area for free.
