The best restaurants in Taunton Fairwater Taunton Deane South West

Food was good, as they were busy it was a bit of a wait for the food. We took a taxi as there is no parking at the pub.

Food is great. Chicken shish and wings are always tasty, the venue/service could be improved, and I was expecting them to have chicken doner and couscous option instead of rice as well as the other Efes restaurants have but the food was good every time we had it

It was freezing cold we were on the way to the train station, we just needed to warm up so we ordered a cup of tea, this is a first, normally we have beer,but we were so cold ,we just loved it

Just had Sunday lunch could not fault it, great food, great atmosphere and will definitely be going back, well done guys 👍

Best chicken in Taunton. Beautifully cooked, properly seasoned and delicious. Large portions. Fresh ingredients and loads of sides to choose from. Beats Nandos any day.

Arrived to have lunch but on trying to order was told that most of the menu was not available as the present management were handing over to a new manager in a few days.

First time visit yesterday. O.h. and I absolutely loved it. Excellent beer and cider. Prawns in garlic exceptional. And good chips. Great value.

perfect tonight only issue is I had two wraps instead of a pita meal

Waited 50 minutes for a delivery only to be told they couldn't find our address and weren't coming! Why couldn't you have asked the delivery driver to call for us to direct him or better yet checked the address before we waited almost an hour! Very poor customer service.

Really good pizza, friendly and efficient staff, nicely furnished decor. Visited on a Thursday evening, restaurant was surprisingly quiet

Disgusted by the attitude and unprofessionalism of the little girl on the phone who laughed and told me it wasn’t her fault that I enquired why I was still waiting for 1 hour and 40 minutes later still for my family’s food. She then hung up on me so I rang back to get a refund and was lectured again how it wasn’t her fault and started to explain the process how the food is made then the drivers have to take it out and then deliver it. All to then be hung up on again. I honestly am horrified being spoken to and treated by a so called restaurant. No stars…

It appears since I visited before Christmas this place has shut down. Curry was delicious, as was the naan bread but it was all very expensive, to the point I ignored starters and popadoms. The main, naan and a soft drink cost in excess of £30! As much as I enjoyed my meal, I don't think it was good value for money and there are other Indian restaurants in walking distance that are better value and serve equally as nice dishes.

The worst biriyani i have ever eaten in my life.The quantity and taste of the biriyani is so poor.I'll not suggest any of my friends in Taunton about this restaurant

The Veggie pizza and the burgers are great. Very friendly staff, however it can get busy at time
