Ordered food online. It was canceled at the time it was supposed to be delivered, no prior notice. No reason given. We waited 45 minutes for nothing and had to go somewhere else.

Order some food for collection. I ordered peri peri chips, but only got chips they forgot to give me.

Unfortunately the service and quality of food isn't nearly as good as it used to be. I've ordered a few times this year and each time there has been at least one thing missing off my order and the food has arrived cold. When it happened last half the order was completely wrong, I had about £10 worth of food missing, the receipt in the bag was correct, but didn't match up to what was in there - so I'm not even sure it had been checked. I tried to call them a few times to complain, but the phone seems to be almost constantly engaged. I left feedback using the contact form on their website asking to be refunded for what was missing (which I think is more than fair), but no one has even bothered to contact me about it, despite leaving my mobile number and email address. I'm really dissapointed, since I used to go in every week for the chicken and peri-peri fries!

Sabeez… a better version of Nando’s!

I ordered vegetable burger. They didn’t put lettuce , onion and put tiny amount of sauce. Even after properly ordered. Staff behaved unappropriate towards customers . Not welcoming behaviour of staff.

While the food tasted good, we ended up with incredibly bad stomach aches and staying up most of the night on the toilet following our visit to this place. Not sure what they do to the food but it happened to both of us on more than one occasion, so whether it is poor hygiene or what it is, I would never take the risk to go back to eat at this place.

The best chicken I have ever had. I have even driven off the M5 in to Taunton on my way past to eat here. From the outside it looks like your average burger/chicken joint but the chicken wings are best in the world! So soft it falls off the bone. And they have about 10 flavours to choose from. Service is fast. Meals are reasonably priced. I plan to keep coming back! Parking is difficult- need to find nearby on road parking.

Food not delivered, person on the phone was rude to us about it and just told us that the food has been ready for half an hour and it will come whenever they have a driver (this was 20 minutes after food was supposed to be here). Food has never arrived, we had no contact back from the restaurant. Every time we order from here there seems to be an issue, which is a shame because the food is really good. But after so many problems I think it's not worth it anymore, plenty of other fast foods in Taunton Edit: I understand you use other companies for drivers however when I called to ask about the food, you were rude, gave me no explanations if food will arrive or not. Also I have ordered the food from you not other companies so it was YOUR job to let clients know that the food isn't even sent. The problem is not that you had issues with the drivers and couldn't send the food, I can understand that.The issue is the manner in which you guys always treat situations like this. Something bad happens everytime I ordered and the way you guys handled was just as bad each time

this place is my absolute favourite place to eat. it’s so good and it’s always cooked to perfection. i believe i’m one of their top uber eats customers i order it that much! 🤭🤭 it’s so good, highly recommend their double/single chicken wrap 🤤 amazing guys!

We were on our way home, had 4 more hours to drive, stopped by for takeout dinner and ordered food last night, we were overcharged by a full meals worth £8 plus we asked for grilled chicken and rice but instead got chips, it wasn't what was pictured

Use to love ordering from here but just disappoints when I order now. Last time order a milkshake “Oreo” but i got given Ferraro milkshake. Couldn’t even drink that coz I hate it. And lucky I wasn’t allergic to nuts as it didn’t specify it was Ferrero. Ordered again tonight… get an Oreo milkshake and it was warm and just tasted like I was drinking cream and chocolate sauce! Was not prepared properly at all! And ridiculous they charging 5.99 for a milkshake now then what it use to be 3.99, And they are just awful now! Not impressed.

Really poor customer service. Ordered food , collected and got home to find some of the order missing . No help was offered , we were basically told it was tuff luck and if we wanted the food we would need to return and collect it , at the expense of our other food getting cold , no refund or good will offered . The person in charge of the shift was rude and offensive. It’s a shame as we have used sabeez multiple times and the service is normally excellent and friendly but this person tonight who we have never seen before was really letting sabeez down .

Best chicken in Taunton. The food is cheaper, more generously portioned and tastier than in Nando's (I am a particular fan of the chicken wrap). They have good meal deals, particularly the £6 option that gives you a wrap/burger plus a side and a drink (though it's a slight shame as this used to be £5). The location is quite good, close to town centre, if you want to eat in, but they also offer delivery. Delivery is often not the quickest (usually 40mins +) so I'd recommend ordering for collection if possible, to get your food fresh. Nevertheless, even when delivered the food is very good.

Incredible. 5 stars doesn’t even do it enough justice. I’m not even being dramatic when I say this but you will NEVER have food better than Sabeez elsewhere. Period.

Usually love sabeez, but this time it has caused me to have food poisoning since Boxing Day. Ordered the double fillet PLAIN, arrived covered in a sauce, no big deal so ate anyway. Extremely spicy. Only hours later I brought it all back up, and everyday since, every meal has not stayed down.. on day 4 now and still not keeping anything down and severe tummy pains….

Aboslutely horrendous, disgusting attitude from staff over the phone when I had a problem. I was trying to find out why their webiste wouldn't allow me to select delivery as an option. All the man said down the phone was that he didn't care, he kept saying "okay, bye, thanks" over and over until i finally hung up the phone!! Rest assured I will never ever be ordering from them again! Absolutely disgusting!! I hope they find out who that was and sack him!!!!!

I ordered food tonight, but recieved nothing after 1.5 hours. I called and was told they were just going to start cooking it, i requested a refund and was told it would be processed. I then recieved a call from them to say that i couldn't have my money back as they had cooked the food by then. I have not recieved any food, or my refund. So Sabeez Taunton have stolen £22.98 from me

In Taunton on business and ordered for delivery to Premier Inn. Order was delivered a little late due to bad traffic (no fault of their's). It was well worth the wait - peri peri chicken was delicious and proper hot (not Nandos hot, which is mild) and juicy. I'll use again when in Taunton.

It took my husband over a year to convince me to eat from here. So we did. Two things were missing with the order that we collected. So when we rang to let them know, we then had to then go back and collect the missing paid for items, one of which was haloumi cheese. I wish I'd taken a photo of what I drove two miles to collect! It was a joke. One pathetic thin slice of haloumi cheese!! I'm blown away. The chips taste like rubber, the salad was non existent and I stick to my original stance, I won't ever eat from here again!! Food is a pleasure and to be enjoyed. This was not anywhere close to a league of enjoyment.

Sent wrong order & over 2 hours late. Food was freezing cold and when I phoned up their was nothing they could do. Shocking!!

I absolutely loved there peri peri wedges and the ferrero roche milk shake was lovely but the wings where a bit dry you should definitely try the food here😄

Took 3h to deliver the food and when finally arrived garlic chesse bread was 3 slice of normal bread with some garlic butter and cheese heatead in microwave ..

Food is nice, but the website says your food has been delivered after 45 minutes even when it has not. It's now been 1hour 40mins. No food and the phone line is constantly busy. Seriously, what are they doing, killing the actual chicken?... Update: over two hours to arrive.. No apology, no free drinks or anything to make up for the utter joke of a delivery. Sadly, will not be ordering again 🙁

Ordered a simple meal on a Monday evening. I am still waiting for it to be delivered over 2hrs later. Can't get through on the phone. I will never use them again. No one should ever use this company! How can you get fast food so seriously wrong.

I'm not happy I ordered online today. The website seemed to of crashed before I ordered but said I had said form re submission then took payment. It didn't actually give me an option for delivery it was to quick. The ticket said its in the kitchen. 15 min later I had phone call for it to be picked up. I said I never asked for collection. So I conts Ted them on face book and said don't worry ill have it at 5 when you have drivers.. Driver turned up and expected a £2 delivery fee. I've just looked in bag and there's no hummos. I think I should of been let of the delivery fee Usually there very good but must have been a very buisy day. Can I come for mu hummos tommorow please

Ordered a chicken burger received two chicken wings instead and the coup de grace was the bag with the chicken in had a hole in the bottom and when I lifted them out of the delivery bag they went on the floor

Customer service was awful! Got shouted at for entering the shop (the door was open) at 10:50pm because apparently they stop letting people in and only deliver after 11pm. They over charged me and had a go at me for not calling and pre ordering. They wore face masks under their chins while cooking with no consideration of covid! Just rude, food is normally good so I am very disappointed

Food was good everything was how it was supposed to be but the customer service Was terrible because one of the colleagues had ago at my partner for going in at 10.50 and getting food when apparently after 11 they only do delivery well it wasn't past 11 so it shouldn't have been an issue or even if it was an issue shouldn't have ago at the customer just ask them to order on the app and get it delivered

Good food, can't ask for better really

Ordered food from here at 6pm, told it would be a 35 minute wait. 1 hour later we rang up and were told it was with the driver and on its way. 45 minutes later we rang again and were told it had been left on our doorstep an hour ago. Food was stone cold and wet from being left out in the rain when we clearly have a porch. No refund offered. Don’t waste your money.

Absolutely tasty and succulent chicken which was hot on delivery and on time. Chips were crispy and sauces were nice and spicy. They did forget the coleslaw but the meal was so tasty it did not matter.

Ordered online and they forgot 2 tango oranges,called them and they said they will deliever it.Waited all afternoon till 10pm.No one turned up even after calling them twice and they promised someone will come.Ive wasn't refunded either.Not a good experience with them.The woman on the phone is very rude.Not good customer service.I wont buy from here anymore.

Order took 2 hours 50 minutes to deliver, phoned twice trying to get an update, both times was lied to about it being on its way. Unprofessional and dishonest. Not the first time this has happened either. Shame because the food is usually enjoyable but the management and efficiency is shocking.

Not bad quality however overall I have noticed their quality is on the decline with an outrageous waiting time. Chips are good Wedges are better Peri peri wings are 6/10 - not enough garlic used during marination. After grilling with whatever sauce you want on the chicken I can still get the 'smelly chicken' which i hate 110% Burgers are good but require more lettuce and burger sauce. Overall verdict 6/10

1hr 30 minutes wait for food on a Tuesday night. Told out for delivery when I called to chase, yet took a further 15 minutes to arrive. Ordered hummus, yet on delivery were told they had ran out and we had a refund, but we were only refund half the amount!? Chips were different to the normal crinkle cut and had obviously been cooked several times before they reached us as the majority had no potato left in them. The chicken wrap was full and tasty, that was the only thing that saved the meal. All in all a really disappointing (late) takeout.

Order online for a delivery and they forgot the milkshake. Had to call up and wait for it when the milkshake did arrive was delivered wet and leaking open in a paper bag. Dodgy.

Ordered online arrived in 15 minutes! I couldn't believe it. Massive portion of wings I even got an extra free! Big pile of hot crispy chips, big tub of slaw, piping hot rice and a massive chicken burger... delicious, char grilled peri taste was to die for! Goodbye Nandos... hello Sabeez!

DO NOT RECCOMEND. Ordered food over the phone. Told we would have to wait 1 hour. Food never showed up. Poor service. When i called they hung up the phone several times.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Ordered from here tonight and the food we received was absolutely disgusting. It looked like prison food you see on the TV. The burger was cold and flat like someone sat on it. The homous was like runny as ever. Was vile. Absolutely shocked. They also missed 2 of the items. 30 mins later they brought them. The cheesy chips they forgot was clearly resent and left on the side. They was stone cold. We probed them with a thermometer at read 15oc I think that was just the room. They put a square cheese thing you put on a burger on top and it was so rubbery. As it sat there burnt on the chips and was left to go stone cold. I want a full refund for this food. It was way below acceptable standards off food. I have took pics and I will take to local paper and food safety agencies if I'm not refunded. I dont complain but this was like the worst meal I've ever ever received. £18 for absolute disgusting vile food.

Burger was amazing..ordered a tuna pasta but got a tuna salad..box was soaked through where tuna wasn't drained properly..didn't eat it as it was very bland..waited 2 hours for delivery and I still had to go and find the driver as didn't know where the house was..need a better satnav!.

Fast service, great tasting chicken

Waiting an hour and 10 minutes for my food and when it arrived I had the cheese bites first which were amazing!! Went onto the burger and it was so burnt! Bun and all it was rock solid and chewy. I couldn't eat it.. I bit into an onion ring and it was freezing cold so I didn't eat that either. Then lastly was the new York cheese cake.. and the bottom was so soggy it was unreal so I didn't eat that. In total I had half a can of flat rio and 4 cheese bites... for £15... What a joke!

Impeccable food! The grilled chicken is scrumptious and the peri peri fries are to die for(eat them quick, don't let them get soggy- amazing either way though). In my opinion, nandos ain't got nothing on Sabeez. 5 star! Been ordering from here during my night shifts for years now. Still yet to be disappointed. The branch in Weston-super-mare is just as good btw. Careful, this place might be your new home.
