Really enjoyed this place, for the first (first of many) time today! Ideal setting, on the edge of Dartmoor. Perfect for cyclists, walkers, workers, but especially families, who love food and animals. I’m a big lad with a large appetite, so I had the Cob breakfast with hash browns and a side of chips (for the table 😆), all very nicely cooked. Just about managed my fair share, but upset I forgot to leave room for the desserts, which looked amazing 🧁 🍰 Will be back soon 😁

Beautifully situated on the waterfront, opposite Queen Anne's Battery Marina. Wonderful panoramic views in all directions and a hot spot if you catch the sun right. Outside decor and furniture's not all that and could do with an update but the food, wine and service is divine. I only had a starter and was pleasantly surprised - king prawns I chorizo and garlic cream based sauce, served with garlic buttered Ciabataa on the side, & a wedge of lemon. I also had a glass of Pinot Noir Della Venezie, sharp, crisp and delisch with the food.

Expensive coffee that isn't great and cake that isn't much to write about. £16 for 2 latte and 2 carrot cake and a sml pot of pringles seems extortionate. Not impressed. Was busy as event on but no great hospitality. Just a number given and screamed out to collect paper cup lidded coffee. £16 wasted imo

Absolutely hands down the best Indian in plymouth! This is the only place me and my partner go for an Indian and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Every time we order we are amazed at how good the food is! If you’re looking for a great place to eat then go here!

Stayed at the Fisherman's Cot for 1 night and good job as the hot water wasn't working, reported this to staff at 4 pm ish and were told they would get a manager never came, then told they were waiting for the maintenance and would take 2 hours to fix, so decided to have dinner which was very nice and the waitresses very friendly, unfortunately the problem wasn't solved and were told it couldn't be fixed but we had hot water for the sink, not once were we offered anything and were told to contact the booking agent, once we had finished our dinner we went back to the room and about 5 minutes later we were offered a different hotel a drive away this was not possible as we both had a drink while at dinner and didn't want to go somewhere we didn't know. Real shame as the place is lovely but obviously don't really care about their customers and as we don't get to spend time just us very often very upset and angry the way the situation was handled.

We ended up here after a very unsuccessful morning of trying to find a cafe to have breakfast on or near the moors so as we were heading back into Plymouth we thought we'd stop here for some food and we weren't disappointed it was a really nice breakfast and the lady that served us was really nice, I haven't been here for a long time so it has changed since I was last here and I really like what they have done with it.

All though the food was plentiful and tasted good, it was actually tepid/cold in places. This was more than likely to two factors firstly the time we arrived which was 1:45 pm and the second the place the food was displayed opposite the entrance so every time the door was opened there was a cold draught. For value for money your choices were great and plentiful, the staff pleasant and polite.

Unfortunately I ordered 6 large pizza and picked up. How ever when got home the amount of toppings on the pizzas might of suited a small pizza better as hardly anything on them. This was on all 6 of the pizzas. Will not be doing again was a waste of money.
