Just visited this lovely cafe this mothers Compliments to the chef excellent full English breakfast cooked to perfection really enjoyed your food this morning lovely friendly banter from staff is free dogs welcomed will be back next time down 5 star sir you made a lovely cuppa tea well recommended 😀 5***** next time illtry the omelette that looked amazing 👏 cakes omg just yum 😋

Good beer, warm fire, all round great place to call in after a walk on the moor!

Had Sunday lunch which was nice but definitely not the best I’ve had. Beef was tender and potatoes nice and crispy but the meal wasn't hot just warm. Staff were friendly but didn’t like having to leave my bank card behind the bar unfortunately people do at times try and leave without paying but cards can also be misused and cloned. Would not go again.

Very nice breakfast. The bridge is allegedly the one in the Simon and Garfunkel song. Nice view with comfortable bed. Jo and Sally were excellent and efficient

Went to this legendary place (still known to the wife and I as "The Green Cafe") for breakfast and had the Hash Brown Stack. It was absolutely perfect and I would recommend it to any growing lad or ladette. Really tasty and crispy. And enough to satisfy my appetite.

Car park bad ,food was not cooked ,then microwave (to be fair we were not charged,for that meal ). But my husband who likes strong tea asked for an extra tea bag in his pot of tea ,they charge 5.00 making it a pot for two !!!!!! We will not be returning.
