Lovely little tea room situated within a craft shop. Owner and staff were very friendly and also on hand to ensure teapots we’re always topped up. Set up and food was lovely. Will definitely be returning to the Tinky Tea Rooms!

Lovely little sandwich shop. Came across this shop by chance and wow! What great sandwiches! Lovely friendly staff! And you have to try the cheesy egg (scotch egg)! Amazing!! 5*!

Had the 5 course Trust menu. Each course was beautifully presented and with Cornish scallops, Badminton venison and an exquisite chocolate orange dessert included it was a memorable lunchtime experience. To have 5 courses of such quality for £45 and also receive exemplary customer service represented outstanding value.

EDIT: Decided to give them another chance and did not regret. From 1 star to 5. Inside is really nice atmosphere, the waitresses very pleasant and took great care of us. Food was super amazing, tasty and huge portions. Since my first experience, I have been already few times at Thai Basil and order at least once a month food collection and very happy customer now. REPLY: the given review wasn't because you couldn't accommodate us, it happens. The one star rating was given for the unacceptable rudeness of the woman who called us to tell that you don't have availability anymore. -- Didn’t get to go to the restaurant. Made a reservation online and 3 hours before was called by a rude woman saying that I could have the table for 2 hours from 5 pm instead 7 pm as booked. When I said it’s too early for me, she replied so sorry and hang up on me straight away.

Attended on a Sunday for a roast. When we went to order we were told there was no vegetarian option (mushroom wellington) available. We therefore decided not to have a roast as there wasn't another vegetarian option. However shortly after a staff member said they had managed to find a Wellington so we decided to stay. The menu advertised peas and cabbage and parsnips and a red onion and carrot medley. When it arrived we were served a bowl of watery carrots and broccoli which appeared to have been microwaved. It was also served with instant mash and some roast potatoes and a Yorkshire pudding. The meat was the nicest part of the roast. The vegetarian wellington was ok however did have some slightly undercooked pastry in the middle. Overall a bit of a let down, wouldn't return.

I use a Powerchair and attended a function upstairs. The first thing I must say is just how lovely all the staff were, friendly, welcoming, extremely helpful and accommodating. There's no lift, but there is a stair lift. Fortunately my Powerchair is light enough and so was carried up the stairs. There's an accessible toilet with a sliding door, tho it's heavy so may need assistance. I'm also vegan, which I mentioned on arrival. The function had a lovely buffet, which everyone enjoyed, but wasn't suitable. However the chef had put together a lovely spread for me, a mix of sandwiches, salad, crisps, and made some delicious non-fish fingers and small potato wedges. Also the most delicious and enormous flapjack. Superb, especially at such short notice, I felt very 'seen'. We all had a lovely time. It was a memorial celebration for a dear friend (husband, father, grandfather) with family and friends, 2-7pm. The room was nicely presented, with round tables, white cloths, and navy blue fabric coverings on the chairs. We were able to bring equipment for a display, but note it must be PAT tested. We all had a great time, a really lovely celebration in a nice setting. Definitely recommend, tho I'm not aware of the pricing.
