First time here after being recommended by a family member, sandwiches were delicious and plenty of options to choose from and fillings fully customisable!

Easy 10/10 the best fish and chips I ever had and also the chicken nuggets are epic 👌👌👌 5 star ⭐

Lovely pub, friendly people, always loads of different really nice interesting beers and stuff. Amazing stone baked pizza some days. Heritage cosy building, Great music, sometimes live and generally really nice atmosphere. Some comfy sofas too 😊

Been here twice. While the food is fresh and piping hot there is no real depth of flavour. Don’t get me wrong it’s by no means bad but definitely overrated.

Had the 5 course Trust menu. Each course was beautifully presented and with Cornish scallops, Badminton venison and an exquisite chocolate orange dessert included it was a memorable lunchtime experience. To have 5 courses of such quality for £45 and also receive exemplary customer service represented outstanding value.

Best Indian restaurant in Thornbury! Food is all fresh and incredibly authentic, all overseen by the owner Ram who has extensive background in Indian cuisine. Our waitress Maisy was also a star. Very professional and personable. Highly recommend.

Attended on a Sunday for a roast. When we went to order we were told there was no vegetarian option (mushroom wellington) available. We therefore decided not to have a roast as there wasn't another vegetarian option. However shortly after a staff member said they had managed to find a Wellington so we decided to stay. The menu advertised peas and cabbage and parsnips and a red onion and carrot medley. When it arrived we were served a bowl of watery carrots and broccoli which appeared to have been microwaved. It was also served with instant mash and some roast potatoes and a Yorkshire pudding. The meat was the nicest part of the roast. The vegetarian wellington was ok however did have some slightly undercooked pastry in the middle. Overall a bit of a let down, wouldn't return.

Called here late Match 2025. Whilst the setting was a nice environment, it was just too noisy there. There were two large families there, so we waited a little to be served, which I know cant be helped. Food was good, but as mentioned it was too loud.
