A great pub in the heart of Cheddar, with a great atmosphere. Will definitely be returning.

Lovely Coffee Shop with a relaxing feel and nice decor. I visited early, so it was quiet. There was only one person serving, so it was a little slow. The latte and Bacon Butty were nice, although I was surprised to get a plate with significant chips that should clearly have been thrown away. It is very spacious downstairs and a lovely upstairs also with outdoor seating.

Absolutely disgusting place tried to charge £44 for 2 kids burgers and chips and 1 adult burger. Not only extortionate prices but place looked very dirty and also rude staff avoid like the plague people

Ordered tonight, this place has gone down hill, the food isn't as good as it used to be, there is far better in town don't waste you're money, go else where

There seems to be an inability to provide a hot breakfast in this restaurant. The only hot item on our plate was the hash browns , the rest of the meal was luke warm. The prices in this restaurant are not cheap by any stretch of the imagination, and yet they think it’s ok to serve cold meals.

I stayed with friends on a midweek January night when it was really quiet but have to say it was great. The bar staff were really friendly and drink selection was fine. As it was off season there was only pizza on the menu and we each tried a different flavour with some sides and they were DELICIOUS with loads of topping. Very impressed

M5 services latte and sausage bap. Worst food I’ve had for quite some time. This is reminiscent of the awful 1980’s service station food we had left behind long ago. Won’t be a return customer for sure

This restaurant is under new management and after happily visiting regularly for a couple of years I can honestly say it is awful now! Please bring back the former manager/chef!! The food is either served raw (poached egg on toast) cold, completely over cooked and tastes like everything is cooked in vinegar. As a party of 10 our food was brought out over a 45 minute period which would have been acceptable during busy periods but we were the only customers in at the time. Unfortunately if I could have given a zero score I would have done.. we attempted to give them a last chance today but after yet another diabolical meal we will not be returning. There are far nicer restaurants in the town.

I ordered sag paneer. But received spinach with bit of cheese in it so, i phoned them to enquire about it .they said the dish is like that. I told him i am an Indian and i know what paneer is they started blabbing that paneer is also cheese.i know it’s cheese but not like this. I am really disappointed moyna shame on you for fooling people.

We went yesterday for lunch with two dogs. Dogs have never been welcome inside, which is a shame considering the ample size of the restaurant. We sat outside and my friend ordered, two jacket potatoes, two hot drinks. When the drinks came out there was barely half a cup of liquid in the cups. I waited to say something when the food came out, this seemed forever so I went in to get my drink redone. We then decided the dogs would like water, as the dirty bowls supplied were empty. I stood at the door and asked one of the staff members to fill the bowl, she actually huffed at me! I literally couldn't believe it, and said that dogs are not welcome inside. So I stood waiting for water while another customer stood waiting for a water glass, we both felt like we were very much unwanted and in the way. Finally the two jacket potatoes arrived, they barely had any filling, especially the beans, maybe a small table spoon. They were clearly microwaved, not hard but certainly not soft, no butter was offered. This cost my friend nearly £30! I wanted to complain but she would have been embarrassed being of a different generation. The food was not nice, the service was unwelcoming. I'm actually beyond disgusted.

I don't normally make reviews but I was quite disappointed with my meal. Hong Kong style pork consisted of pork fat covered in batter, really struggled to find any meat. The. My pancake roll tasted strange. I broke it up and the meat had the taste and smell of being on the turn. Quite disappointed

Thet don't take cash. About the website, I was not able to see their menu without entering my details. I just want to see the menu on the website, is that so much to ask? Navigated for 5 minutes on the website and still didn't see what they got because there's no way you can see it without giving all your details first. Bye

Friendliest pub I’ve ever been to!.. discovered this pub whilst staying in Haven and didn’t bother going to any other pubs the whole time we were here. All the staff (Tina especially) and the landlords Steve and Rick, really made us feel welcome and treated us as locals. Great atmosphere- the bar staff will play any songs you want on the Jule box- you just ask and as I said earlier, they are a really friendly bunch. As are the customers .. all happy to chat to you!.. cannot fault the place.. and really cheap drinks too!

This is definitely my favourite go to in Bridgwater. The food is 10/10, the service is 10/10 and the politeness towards customers is 100/10. The food is amazing, my go to order is the Chicken Strips, Chips & Drink Meal for £7.50 and it is definitely worth the price for sure. The chicken strips are cooked to perfection, the chips are cooked to perfection and both have a lot of flavour to them!! I would highly recommend. This has been my regular for years, i’ve tried other options on the menu and all are 10/10 quality, temperature and taste. The staff are doing an excellent job and i look forward to many more visits to this place!!
