Received a bottle of diet pepsi that expired in aug 2024 with my yesterdays order (15/03/25)

I ordered a 4 piece combo and was given 4 greasy thighs and my French fries were missing. $26 for that? Give me a break.

I ordered way way way way way b4 closing. And i ordered it 2 b delivered by 11pm. Which i thought was a fine time. And there was no excuse absolutely no excuse 2 nit 2 deliver my order? Yet just as i was waiting 4 my delivery it was about 11.10pm? More or less. Then just eat said some pathetic excuse? About my order. And i get no order. But it's because kfc Bridgwater couldn't b bothered to do my order and deliver it too me at 11pm. Absolutely disgusting Behaviour how i was treated me as a loyal customer shame on u kfc Bridgwater

Fast and warm. Delivery guys doing a great job

Clean, friendly, short wait time. Parking close by in paid car park.. avrige prices. Watermelon and lime sparkling fruit drink one to try very refreshing. Not a huge amount of seating but found a table for 4 reasonably quickly.

Absolutely awful. Ordered on Uber eats and they didn’t put my large popcorn chicken in the order, put the wrong size top bun on a burger and I couldn’t get a refund. Tried to call up but it was “busy”.

This KFC has very unprofessional staff they are very racist as well which is not acceptable. The manager is good only.

The website for my local KFC was lost whilst I was driving to collect my order, I didn't have the app when I had this problem.

A conveniently located store very close to the town centre with on street parking making access easy to a medium sized store with pleasant and friendly staff who took my order quite quickly and served my food in a timely manner

Had a bbq chicken fillet tower meal very tasty

9th April 2024; 10 Piece Family "Feast". Which was 5 slimy drumsticks, 3 boney flat bits and a ball of grease with a wing tip poking out. Which totals 9 pieces by my count. KFC is now employing kids that LITERALLY cannot count to 10. Chips soggy (even by KFC standards), gravy thin as water, beans all runny sauce. They couldn't even chill the pop. Utterly hopeless.

Myself, my partner and 18 month old granddaughter popped in for a bite to eat while passing through Bridgwater, this place is awful, staff are not friendly or helpful, place was dirty, full of teenagers swearing as well as staff, there was a teenager kicking off and it was quite a scary atmosphere, we left pretty sharpish, never again.

The manager is bloody brilliant and klucking flucking chicken is my go to restaurant

food was not very nice, and the general atmosphere around staff not great, no service with a small and no small talk!

The local Kfc in my home town centre is good for a takeaway but very pricey and the eating area inside is a bit dim to say the least that's why I prefer a takeaway from there.

Picking orders from the shop depends who's actually working. Sometimes it's getting in our straight away, sometimes it's a drag. As I worked in a similar environment before, it could be worse, but definitely room for improvement. Time will tell.

The food was good. the service was just OK as it looked like a girl on till been held without her will. No smile what so ever and attitude like a little madam. Anyway, any management reading this must understand if you can't make a work atmosphere health and happy your should not be a manager.

Was told to wait 15 mins for one meal this meal was then missed from the order. I love in burnham so had to go without this. The food we did get was cold.and over cooked. Will not be returning

After a 14 hour day travelling decided to use the drive through to get dinner on route to home. Asked for 3 piece meal with 1 bit of rib/side breast and no legs if possible. Also a small popcorn chicken (for the dogs) and a burger meal. Thought 23 quid a bit much but must be right. Got home, 3 legs for my meal and 3 popcorn chickens (dogs were happy!) as its 10 miles away there was no going back to complain. Just a real disappointment!

Very slow counter service as deliveroo orders are the priority. I won't be coming again as it's disrespectful to leave customers waiting to be served.

First time having food in this KFC since it opened, very impressed with the layout. Quick service too. Enjoyed the meal.

When they first opened up was a lot better now just getting worst and worst not so delicous as it was , last visit was really lame chips cold , lack of sauce and not so crispy and tasty

Been going to KFC for months and it was first time I have experience a hair in my chicken absolutely disgusting made me feel really sick. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there because there is no personal hygiene.

Food was the best we’ve had from a kfc in a long long time! Polite staff (especially Liz) friendly and helpful, we’re all fussy eaters but all orders made correctly! Will definitely be back!

Staff member was either a joker or a stickler for the rules. I drove through the drive through which had 1 car in front of me. I drove to the menu screen which was turned off. No one spoke so I carried on to the next window where the blind was down. I wondered if it wasn't open yet as only recently built but then as I carried on to the final window there was a car there so I knew it was open. When I got to the window the guy said to me I was supposed to order at the microphone. I apologised and asked if I could order there. He said no and I asked if I'd have to drive round again which he said yes I would have to. Bear in mind there was NO ONE behind me. Anyway, I drove around again and when I got to the window, I presented my forces discount card which he refused to take. He said I needed to use the app. I've never had to use an app before to get my forces discount, I always just present it and they do it on the till. Absolute joker. Only plus side was the food was piping hot and tasted delicious.

Uninterested staff, slow and greasy food. Unable to give the items I wanted on a meal deal but I still had to pay full price. Do yourself a favour, go elsewhere! Like I said before, go elsewhere!!

A little slow for food to be ready they couldn't apologise enough and gave us extra to say sorry for the wait.

Food got delivered and was all over the bottom of the drivers bag not in the boxes or bag and not even offered replacement or refund food hygiene obviously not an issue with them then I don’t know what had been in his bag before my delivery

It was okish, chicken was not hot at all and it lacked the usual kfc crunch and flavours for some strange reason.

It's a KFC with the most confusing drive through ever. We watched 4 cars go up the wrong slip road and have to turn and come back around.

I paid on my phone on the app and it all was ordered aswell on the KFC app I am completely shocked and angry that they refuse my refund and making an excuse I brought 2 cokes they can’t do anything rather shocking when I used Apple Pay

Finally! A KFC in Bridgwater where you don't take your life in your hands just by entering! The food is good from here even with fresh green lettuce in the burgers and the chicken doesn't smell or taste like its been cooked in 3 month old oil!

Chicken undercooked, coating falling off and chips cold.

Well it's been a while... This place was built years ago and left unoccupied because of a dispute over the access road!! Still, it's now open and we stopped in for some lunch during a recent excursion. The first thing we noticed was the quite loud music blasting out, we knew we couldn't possibly stay inside and eat without leaving with bleeding earholes. We ordered and the food was promptly and correctly handed over. We left and sat in the car due to the noise, the food was fresh and plentiful. There is a door facing the car-park but this does not seem to be the main entrance, although it says Pull, you could pull on it all day but it won't grant you entry, go round the corner to the main door.

Very pleasantly surprised, especially after reading other reviews, Drive-Thru was quick and all the food was hot and fresh, much better than alot of the other KFC's I've visited across Somerset!

Well disappointed, was soooo excited but no, food cold, I mean like it had been sat out for a few hours, nearly broke a tooth, paper ran out on the self service, it wasn't great but I don't think they had been open long. I have in fact returned, and I have to say the improvement is amazing, lovely, fresh and hot, credit where it's due 👍👌

Service is very poor, the food is luke warm at best and to top it all off it's like a fridge inside.

Not a good first time and does not compare to other KFC in the area. We waited a long time in the drive through even thought there was only one other car waiting. Food eventually arrived and after a 5 minute trip home we found they had given us the wrong chicken burger, the chicken fillet was burnt which ruined the taste, the chips were cold and so was the popcorn chicken. I appreciate it was later in the evening but very disappointing

The girl who took our order was lovely and that’s where it ends Lad on the till was abrupt and rude and the supervisor was even worse when asking to use forces discount was informed I wasn’t allowed Would also of helped if when I got home all of my order had been in the bag Note to self always park up and check order as no point in calling and telling them if anything is missing 2nd time this has happened should have learnt my lesson from the first time 😞

Cold food after a long wait that seems like it was cooked hours ago! Not impressed!

New store, new staff, not always 100% on accuracy

App wasn't working to order, so had to attempt to order in the store. Had to queue outside for 5 minutes because there weren't enough staff to deal with the orders and once inside it took over 10 minutes to get my order. Very poor. When I go home, one of the bags of chips had around 5 inside it. Will not be returning.

I have been here a few times, and every single time there is something missing or they don’t have it. Won’t be going back again such a disappointment

New to the area easy access to M5. Good atmosphere and our meals restored our faith in KFC. My wifeclovedcthe salad. Will certainly visit again when in the area.

Absolutely useless. Staff have zero sense of urgency and the place crumbles once they have more than one order waiting. Honestly it’s embarrassingly bad.

A very busy but small KFC limited seating but does have a toilet, seams to have more people waiting to pick up orders for deliveries than eat-in or take aways, poor atmosphere.

first of all the chips were all clumpy and soggy. the chicken was very chewy and hard to bite into, making little bits stuck between your teeth which are impossible to get out. And they got my drink wrong, i ordered a large lipton and received a medium pepsi. In fact, theres a guy which literally just pours out the drinks and sets it on the pickup counter, which causes a mixup on the drinks speaking of the staff, they are absolutely disgusting. There was a girl who sneezed on the chips and some staff didnt have any gloves on?! the food is barely warm. do yourself a favour and dont go to this KFC, theres a better one in Bridgwater which actually care about food quality and customer service xoxox

It's new, and has major problems, it seems the manager has her head full with very inexperienced staff, last Saturday late afternoon we ordered for 4 people, took ages, was just worm, batter on popcorn chicken soggey. Chips underdon, chicken, plus pieces fatty. Very Poor.

Just purchased a takeaway after travelling from burnham on sea to Dunball Bridgwater only to find products missing that I payed for.. such a simple task placing your order in a bag and they can’t get it right …. Won’t be going there again… I recommend you all double check you for what you paid for … disappointed
