Was extremely impressed with their new plymouth store! Went in and ordered a hot chocolate for my celiac mum and they went out of their way to use all new equipment and ingredients for her! Very impressed with the level of service there!
Legitimately the worst pizza I have ever eaten... Granted, this food was ordered via Deliveroo however it took 3 hours to arrive... 3 hours! We ordered the pepperoni pizza, sharer garlic bread and a child's Bolognese... The pizza was burnt on one side, raw on the other and had not even been cut and the cheese tasted like plastic. The garlic bread also had not been cut and tasted like cardboard. The pasta was blatantly old and not fresh as well as being bland and overcooked. I honestly will never eat food from this restaurant ever againThe only saving grace is that we were issued a full refund...
Good atmosphere, located on the Plymouth Barbican. A good place to socialise and grab a bite to eat. Good deal on food (before7pm) Go regularly with friends to catch up. Surrounded by the marina and live music which is always a bonus. Not much seating inside however plenty of outdoor seating to endure the heat fell musicians hired. Staff friendly and efficient. Would recommend to visit.
Only downfall was the cleanness of the bathrooms (both male and female) needs regular attention please. Look forward to return and seeing improvements!
I’ve visited Nando's in Plymouth and had an exceptional experience, thanks to a wonderful waitress named Ngozi. From the moment we arrived, Ngozi was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. She made sure we felt comfortable and went above and beyond to ensure our meal was perfect.
Ngozi's cheerful attitude added to the positive atmosphere of the restaurant. She was incredibly efficient, always checking in at the right time without being intrusive.
The food was great, as always, but it was Ngozi's outstanding service that really made our visit memorable. Nando's Plymouth is lucky to have such a fantastic team member. I’ll definitely be returning!
Terrible! Avoid this place!! They were organising a Latin dancing festival but it was cancelled and after many attempts to get a refund (that the owner said he will return) he has been ghosting all the messages I sent him about my money back! 😡😡😡😡
Typically great brewdog atmosphere and like normal the bar staff have good music taste. Impressive guest drinks selection, and awesome food menu. Love the buffalo sauce they use here. Really do like the atmosphere. If the drinks were a little cheaper I’d sit and drink for hours.
I am leaving this review with 1 star only because I cannot give zero. I visited Coffee#1 in Plymouth on November 17th while in the area for business, and I was extremely disappointed by the experience.
The staff displayed unprofessional and disrespectful behavior, with shockingly poor customer service. We were served cold coffee, and when we politely requested it be reheated, one of the waitresses responded by swearing at us. This level of behavior is entirely unacceptable and unprofessional.
As someone who manages businesses across the country, I can confidently say this is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I would strongly urge the shop owner or manager to retrain the staff to meet basic standards of respect and service. I will not be returning to this establishment, nor will I recommend it to others.
