Subway in Plymouth

We ordered through deliveroo it took over an hour and we didn’t get what we ordered.

Gluten free bread options. I asked them to prepare it in the back away from the other crumbs and ingredients. So, they prepped it with stuff not at risk of cross contamination. They were happy to accommodate. :)

The woman was coughing when doing my sub.It is disgusting and filthy inside to sit.The service was bad.I won’t not be coming in here again.

Poor! The tall , grey man who served us this morning was miserable, rude and racist! Rye food was not toasted properly! Don’t recommend it.

Refused my Scottish £20 Note. And then,just as I was leaving the 2 Very rude and Bad Attitude Girls started laughing as they found it funny that they never accepted my Money.Disgusting.

Customer service, sad state of affairs when Deliveroo orders are more important than customers stood waiting in a shop. Staff were working hard but 10 mins with not one word of we will be with you in a minute, no one smiling of able to engage with human beings.

Good selection, great tasting subs, well worth the meal deal. Wanted to try one of the set subs and I was not disappointed, very tasty and good filling.

Absolutely disgusted! First of all they ignored us as we entered the shop for a good while before acknowledging us. It was 2 girls behind the counter and they seemed very uptight about something slamming about and being very miserable, this was not a good experience at all. If you are reading this I think maybe you need to get a different job, it doesn’t suit you as a sandwich maker.

Disappointed - Rude and lazy staff. All the tables (and floors) were dirty so there was nowhere clean to sit. I politely asked if a table could be wiped so we could sit down. A girl came out looking annoyed and wiped the tables, then when I said Thank you to her, she gave me a quick (fake) smile, still looking annoyed, as if I was being unreasonable. There were hardly any customers in there so they were hardly rushed off their feet. This is just laziness and a bad attitude towards customers...

Excellent food. Loads to choose from! Do alsorts of picks to have in ya subway bread. Crisps.. Drinks hot drinks. It was quick service.

Disappointed, been able to use vouchers and offers before, went in on Monday to be told that they no longer accept them even though online services said they did and the receipt also said they could. Absolute scam

Staff extremely patient and careful with the fact I’m coeliac. Patient with me while I decided which toppings I wanted (as I needed to read allergen menu), helped me feel safe with how it was prepared, and had smiles all the way through. After not liking subway for years this experience has pleasantly changed that, and I will be going again.

We used to visit this store regularly, but the service is extremely slow and regularly seeing people walk out. The store needs to determine if their core business is delivery or customers in store, as currently the in store experience is extremely poor.

The most roomy Subway in Plymouth. Polite personnel, rapid service, fresh food and clean tables.

Busy day here today and it showed. We ordered 2 vegan sandwiches and the lady didn't even change her gloves when making the food. I was very dissatisfied and when I tried to ask to change the gloves, we were promptly told to move along. This was not great! only saving grace was the lovely person behind the till. So kind and considerate. Not best pleased by everyone else tho! :/

What can I say, it's Subway. Never disappoints.

My sub was good but some guy didn't put enough sauce on my sub and didn't ask me if it was enough, quite frankly I felt annoyed. also why are they so triggered bruh like you are getting payed whoever is called Charlie big up g

Today's experience was lovely. My Daughter and I had our Subways and a drink. The staff were very polite and quick at what they do. We were served very quickly and enjoyed our food. Shall be eating here again as the place was tidy and kept clean.

Don't usually go to Subway but just want to big up the brilliant service by a young man called Charlie! Great manners, friendly and funny! Cheers, Charlie!

Its been so long since I've been subway. But wow. The Meetball sub I ordered was absolutely beautiful and tasted so damn good. Definitely good to smell the subway from a mile away. Well worth it

If you're not a vegetarian or vegan, I whole heartedly recommend the new tiger pig sub. A six inch pig in blanket. Delicious. I asked which sauce would be best and the assistant recommended the southwest sauce. Good recommendation

Really nice quality sandwiches with plenty of options to customize. Little bit pricey, but not extortionate by any means. Good Covid controls without being obstructive.

Good place for a quick sandwich

Very friendly member of staff. My preferred Subway in the local area as there is lots of room to bring a pram. Large tables also.

My daughter's favourite place to eat when we're in town. We both love it here, it's a great place to eat. Love the choice of food, it's even better when you have money off vouchers!

Not very clean, but the food was nice.

One of the worst Subway franchises I have been in. Staff are more interested in chatting to each other than serving the public, and one Male member of staff tries to push paid extras by telling you they are mandatory with the item you are purchasing. I have been here on 3 separate occasions over the past month and each time for breakfast within an hour of the store opening. Each visit the store has been unclean with mess left on each table and crumbs covering every surface. Understandable if busy but no excuse when as I sit here and am the only person in the store, the staff are just laughing behind the counter. Will not return and would advise to avoid and use another city centre franchise

I like Subway but these outlets are often dirty both sides of the counter. Most tables are wobbly. Windows and door glass long overdue a clean.

Nice and spacious. However very dirty preparation area. Overall didn't look very clean at all and we decided to leave without ordering. Subway staff are usually very quick and efficient however staff here were SLOOOOW to serve.

It's just a subway, quite small but it is what it is. You can feel a bit rushed but I don't think there's a subway I've been in where I haven't felt that way.

In all the years I have eaten subway, it turns out their breakfast is actually really yum! Rate a breakfast melt and a cup of tea!

The staff here are so nice ^.^ and the sandwiches are pretty nice too :'3 oh fresh coffee is also lush! Plus I got a free cookie 🤗

fresh produce, always tasty, friendly staff, although seem to see different staff every time i visit (big turnover maybe?) overall, worth a visit.

Pretty good, however it is more expensive than your walk in fast food places such as McDonalds or KFC. I've added bacon to my pepperoni footlong and that cost an extra £1.20 which I find way too high. The general atmosphere is nice. It's always good to have a place to sit down especially in chains like subway. 4/5 would eat again

Subway does what subway does. If you want a variety of 6" or 12" sandwiches this is right up your street.

Lovely people but the place quite dirty

Nice, quick service. Lots of choices for fillings and the bread is beautifully fresh.

Food was fresh and tasty. Staff seemed like they were more interested in talking to each other than to the customers - except the cashier who was bright and bubbly.

Usual subway standard, although the latte had a strange sweet taste?

I probably shouldn't like Subway but I do! Such a simple but clever idea and such a choice of bread, meats and accompaniments. This particular outlet is better than the one at Derrys cross. The guys behind the counter were helpful and friendly and continually cleaning up after customers had left. Very tasty...I always pick the spiciest version......I would probably never have come in here but my Grandkids love a Subway and as I'm paying there was no choice ....Glad I enrolled !!

Seats were nice, so was my wrap. Customer service was good as well.

Honestly the slowest service with staff ignoring me for some time, staff also not communicating nor smiling. Spraying of cleaning fluid over open salad while wiping down, pretty grim.

So many staff yet only 1 serving and to then be ignored. Not very helpful. Also I had the sub of the day at £2.49 and got 12 cookies for £3.50 she then told me it was £7.29!? When I asked why she said it's the VAT on top. I got home to then realised I was charged £4.80 for the cookies instead of £3.50. awful service... Won't be going back!

Food is always fresh and delicious, and let's face it, the only place guacamole belongs is in a south western chipotle wrap!

I popped into Subway for one of my favourite snacks (6" big beef melt on an Italian bread). As per my local Subway, the meal was delicious and a very quick service. I would have given the venue 5 stars but I had a problem getting in with my wheelchair as the door was very heavy and a member of the public had to help me get in.

Make you own sandwich with a choice of bread meat and salad. Totally fresh.

Never had an issue with the food but the queues are always quite long and it can be very difficult to find seating within the restaurant itself. Staff aren't too friendly, seems like they are just there because they have to be. Not good but not bad. A typical Subway like you'd expect.
