Subway in Plymouth

I have had very very bad experience in this store armada Plymouth subway.. I’ve ordered 4 footlongs here I’m allergic to fish and first he used the fish knife for my veggie infront of me even then i asked him to change his gloves I’ve asked very politely the server to change his gloves because he was serving fish to another customer and he just got mad, and he been literally so rude to me i asked him to put some salad in my sub but he goes im not gona talk to you and not going to serve you, he was white skinny guy as he didn’t wear the name badge, I’m warning everyone whoever has allergy or vegetarian don’t go to this store as they mix everything. Such a bad service..

The time was pushed back well over 2 hours and the hot food was cold when it arrived not too impressed tbh for the money I spent

Out of 5 items 2 were missing. Just under 10£. Really bad service.

Desperate for a drink sit dy and something good to eat I came to subway. Had my trusty 6in Italian bread tuna and cheese with tomato and mayo. Costa coffee. Staff really friendly, helpful. I sat and was eating my lunch as I watched two young men working there help a lady with her phone trying to get your app sorted. With patience and good humour and a smile on both their face they helped this lady. Who sat next to me and she was proudly telling her husband they got it sorted!! How wonderful 👍👍 made my day to see this team work together even though it was busy they helped. Not enough of that these days.

No caramel sauce for the footlong churro as was requested

Food and shop was amazing as always, drink wasn’t in stock but they replaced with close second and a note saying sorry which was nice! Just a shame any time I use just eat delivery drivers don’t read notes and complain about ‘hard to get to houses’ that and drivers who don’t reply to messages asking if they need help!

I love subway but the staff on Saturday the 26th were terrible 2 guys absolutely horrible he throw the receipt in my face extremely rude 😒 I will not ho back again

Got my order wrong with the chicken tikka sub put bbq in it instead of southwest sauce!

The food was cold & the chipolte bites wer short so i only got 4 not 5. Delivery took to long from order.

I ordered at 09:42am for my food to be delivered for 12pm for my work lunch break. I have only just received it. I think this is appalling considering I ordered it over 2 hours prior to actually wanting it.

came freezing (idr mind), no sweetcorn and only a single red onion... quite devastating but not too bad bc you don't pay for the veg but still disappointed to say the least 😮‍💨😮‍💨

We ordered through deliveroo it took over an hour and we didn’t get what we ordered.

Food was a bit rushed and sloppy but it's not Gordon Ramsay to be fair. Did its job and filled a hole but sandwiches weren't cut and it was quite messy

Gluten free bread options. I asked them to prepare it in the back away from the other crumbs and ingredients. So, they prepped it with stuff not at risk of cross contamination. They were happy to accommodate. :)

Food was cold. There was no cheese in the subs and got no sauce with the hashbrowns.

The woman was coughing when doing my sub.It is disgusting and filthy inside to sit.The service was bad.I won’t not be coming in here again.

Please pay attention to detail. Jalapenos were missing from nacho doritos. Not the same without Jalapenos.

The only thing wrong is they put a nut cookie in with a normal chocolate cookie- they should be in separate bags

The foot longs were ok but my 6inch turkey roll only had a extremely small amount of cheese in it ( I had to take it apart to find it ) it was Luke warm and not toasted , this was my first subway and I was disappointed

I specifically asked for a no tomato because I’m allergic and cucumber because I don’t like it. When my sub arrived, I had both of these inside. I called the restaurant and was told that there is absolutely nothing they can do. I paid £15 for this sub and side and had to go hungry because I couldn’t afford it again. I am absolutely shocked and disgusted by this customer service. There was no one available to rectify the situation. Abysmal.

Totally put the wrong filling in my partners sub. Put a hot sauce instead of lite mayo, and crispy onions, which we are pretty sure contain gluten which she is intolerant too. Shocking service.

After asking for two of the orders to be warmed up they were all cold on arrival and things were missing from the one with salad

The delivery service was perfect, the man was very nice and speedy. However, the food was cold, the sub itself was cold, and so was the nachos, the tortillas had all hardened and the cheese was tough. The cookie somehow was warm though? Overall, not 100% impressed.

2 and a half hour wait for a sandwich is a joke never again.

Usually love Subway but this time they completely messed up my order. It was full of onion when i didnt order that. Tried to scrape it out best as i could but i could still taste it and i hate onion! Disappointed

Delivery kept getting pushed back, food was cold and stale in parts. Delivery lady was lovely, as soon as assigned was quick. Restaurant was the let down

Customer service, sad state of affairs when Deliveroo orders are more important than customers stood waiting in a shop. Staff were working hard but 10 mins with not one word of we will be with you in a minute, no one smiling of able to engage with human beings.

When i was going to order it was showing delivery time around - 14:45, i ordered from my work place for my break time and it was too late and my break was gone finished by waiting my order. I am very dis-apointed

How can it take over an hour for food to be delivered? This is getting ridiculous

Food was fine but cold, because the food was in the same bag as the cold drinks. A cookie was missing and the sauce was not put in one of the subs.

A subway is a subway, the staff were all friendly

ordered large wedges did not come with the sauces or with the Chipotle Southwest Salt Seasoning, so they were very bland

Food was not as ordered, bread was not Italian cheese and herb (one was but other plain white) no olives and no sauce included with the chicken bites, really disappointed as not what we ordered, mistake is by subway not just eat but would prevent me ordering again.

The order was missing 12 cookies. I rang Subway and they said I had to call you, but your number just keeps asking for a verification code that I do not have and it refuses to recognise the order number. Please deliver the 12 cookies as ordered asap. They're for a kids party later.

Good selection, great tasting subs, well worth the meal deal. Wanted to try one of the set subs and I was not disappointed, very tasty and good filling.

Absolutely disgusted! First of all they ignored us as we entered the shop for a good while before acknowledging us. It was 2 girls behind the counter and they seemed very uptight about something slamming about and being very miserable, this was not a good experience at all. If you are reading this I think maybe you need to get a different job, it doesn’t suit you as a sandwich maker.
