This unassuming little restaurant packs a big punch. I must’ve tried over 40 different curry restaurants in Bristol at this point and this is definitely a hidden gem. Enticed by its high rated Google reviews we went there tonight, and were greeted by very friendly smiley staff, who basically just served up some Fantastic well-made food. I won’t make this review too long, but when the naan breads are made from scratch and taste great, and every dishes made with care like it is here… It just makes for a great experience. Highly highly recommend. Well done to you guys at the restaurant to your reading this. Very very impressive work.

We had a snack lunch and then, after our walk, a savoury tea. Service was excellent and the food tasty and well presented, the tea especially appreciated after our hike. Back in the car park, my wife bought an ice cream from the Tea Rooms' kiosk and then left her walking poles leaning against the wall (!) when we drove off. We discovered this when we got home and phoned the Tea Rooms. Without hesitating, David offered to go and see if the poles were still there - which they were - and then have them ready when we were able to return to pick them up during the following week. Exceptional service from a kind and thoughtful proprietor. Many, many thanks for your kindness.

We’ve recently discovered Flavour and it’s so fantastic we keep coming back! We’ve ordered it several times when friends and family are over and they’ve all thought brilliant. Lots of vegan options too which is great as well as delivering to North End Yatton :) every time we’ve ordered it’s been delicious, great service thank you!

Spotting the pub on our way in to Kewstoke for a short break, the sign outside said Food Served Daily. But on going in we were told they didn't serve food. Very disappointing as we then had to go into Weston. In actual fact the New Inn seemed like a men's drinking pub and looked a bit depressing.

We have had the Sunday Roast many times its faultless a great experience every time. But lunch menu during the week has dissapointed us twice now. Yesterday we had two toasted sandwiches and one quiche. When you order you should be given the choice of plain toastie or toastie with salad & chips (extras). Also please ask don't just assume everyone wants salad doused in balsamic dressing. I asked for no chips with the quiche (I can't eat potato due to RA) I was brought chips and asked for them to remove them and the salad as I couldn't eat it covered in dressing. I had said no chips and a plain salad. They brought it back with no plain salad just with some coleslaw £9 for a poor quiche which had hardly any topping but thickly spread very horribly sweet caramelised onions on the base in an overbaked very small dry pastry case. So £34 for a very lack lustre lunch. We will not go in there again. The restaurant smelled strongly of old or burnt cooking oil

Had a lovely Sunday lunch when I visited this evening . I had the pork lion it was beautiful it was a huge portion with a lovely selection of veg :) service was quick and all staff were friendly. My partner had a kids meal as he wasn’t too hungry and this was a really good sized portion would recommend food here :)

2nd visit here in as many weeks. We love it here and it finishes off a lovely day dog walking up to Sand Point. Lunch time is busy buy no issues parking outside or finding a table. Fish and chips is really tasty and its incredibly dog friendly where your pooch has water bowls supplied and if you want to treat your dog to an ice cream you csn do that too. You've found yourselves a couple of regulars...

Went today for a Sunday carvery and if it was honestly the worst carvery we’ve ever eaten the meat was chewy and the potatoes were not cooked through so were raw in the middle disgusting slop. That’s the only way that you describe it. Certainly won’t be returning 😞 how can you charge almost £16 ahead when you get a decent carvery down the road for less at Brent house?

Used the function room for my son’s christening and can only say how poor the service/experience was. One person serving behind the bar for both our function guests and people within the pub is not acceptable. For the chef on the carvery section to have to cover the bar and leave the carvery whilst people are waiting to be served is shocking management. We had guests that didn’t even get a drink the whole time they attended the queue was that bad. The facilities in the function room also had hardly any toilet paper both in the men’s and women’s and when we had to try and get the key for the disabled toilets so some people could use the bathroom, it was impossible to get hold of, despite 3 separate people asking. The money that was paid for the food was not reflected. The food came out 2 hours late and as well as there being sandwiches, there was 1 small bowl of chips, 1 small bowl of battered garlic mushrooms, a dinner plate of chicken wings and a small plate of approx. 20 bite size hot dogs, bearing in mind we paid for 45 people! Since being at the function, I have had guests who attended saying nothing but negative comments about their experience at the function, and how it put such a negative on a day that is very important to me and my family. Thank you for making a special day that bit less special.
