The best restaurants in Riversmeet Cotswold South West

Beautiful outlook, staff very welcoming, we stopped on the way home from Cheltenham for lunch, the panini where delicious very well presented, the slaw was amazing, if your passing call in it’s well worth a visit.

Honestly, the most amazing hotel in the Cotswolds. It is truly a dream, and I can’t wait for the next time I spend a weekend away there. Incredible service, such kind staff, amazing food. And, the signature scent everywhere is divine - please tell me what it is!

We have just had lunch at this lovely little pub. The service and food were excellent and the atmosphere lovely. No rushing and very friendly. We will definitely visit again - its a little gem and so nice not to have a pretentious restaurant which abound in the Cotswolds. Thank you for letting us stay and chatter until 3.0 p.m.

Delicious food. Good humoured service. We really recommend this pub . Right next to the river Windrush. Beautiful location. Parking available but a bit limited. Very tight to get out if busy. (They ask for feedback but couldn't get the link sent to work properly!!)

Fantastic pub in a beautiful village up on a ridge in the Cotswolds - superb service and cracking food. Lovely calming ambience able to eat in or out.

Amazing food, great service. We went for lunch, and this was the 2nd time we’ve visited. Both times the food has been top class. Flavoursome, fresh and unfussy.

Our stay was very comfortable. The room was a good size and clean. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Food was lovely. The breakfast was especially delicious. Good location as well.

Seek and find when the sun is shining .................... off the tourist run, Modest cakes , paninis etc. ;beautiful garden views.

Disappointing. Lovely old pub, but a fairly ordinary meal, and didn't feel up to the relatively high price. I haven’t been there for a while, and this used to be one of my favourite evenings out, but things seem to have slipped. Food was OK, nothing special, and some simple elements were off, such as the sourdough bread being fridge temperature. And serving the order of mash on a side plate was just weird. There are so many quality gastro-pubs in this part of the Cotswolds that punters can be picky, and unfortunately based on our visit the Swan isn't really up with the competition.

My wife and I enjoyed a fabulous dinner together! The restaurant ambiance is very welcoming, the service is Micheline star quality, the drinks and food were both excellent. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Food excellent. Good choice of beers. Above all, the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Also, a beautiful garden next to the river - simply perfect location.
