I went to Cafe Q with my family for my sisters birthday lunch and the experience was a all round 5 star. I had a cabatta roll with sausage and hallumi and It was absolutely delicious! They accommodated for my brother who is gluten free and vegan and made him a special vegan and gluten free BLT (which he said was the best one he's ever had). I also had a banana and mango smoothie and it was soo fresh and tasty, I drank it so quickly! The ladies in the cafe were so welcoming and I felt so relaxed and looked after, with a lovely atmosphere it was just like being at home with family. I would highly recommend the Cafe Q to anybody young, old, families etc, I can guarantee you will love every bite of what you order and will feel well catered to. Make sure you try one of their fresh smoothies too! Thank you again lovely ladies! We will definitely be back soon x

We live in the village and absolutely love the MMI (where Nourish is based). The people are lovely, the atmosphere is so welcoming - they're a proper community hub. Best of all they're super dog friendly!

Was feeling a bit ropey but Flyn sorted me right out with good crepes and banter. Added bonus of a guided tour of the DIY surfboard shed next door

We chose this pub because of the high number of 5* reviews. Sadly it failed to live up to our expectations with regard to the food. It is atmospheric for sure and the lovely fire was welcome on quite a chilly day. The staff were friendly and welcoming which was nice. Two of our party had meals which were ‘ok’ albeit a little small. The other two did not enjoy their food very much at all and the final one was not too impressed with a pie which only consisted of a pastry top. Pie in our neck of the woods have bottoms and sides too! Our main worry was the fish pie, it smelt strong and tasted strange. We had split this between two of us and both felt dubious about eating it. We don’t like making a fuss but did mention this when our food was cleared. The waitress (who had served us well and was very pleasant) said that she would let the kitchen know. Maybe it was just a bad day in the kitchen but we left feeling disappointed.
