Lovely meal in an historic pub!

We had the Burns Night Supper - very good. Friendly service and great atmosphere.

Well I want to give 6 out 5 but cannot Service was outstanding local ale 10 out of 10 and the food. Well I never drunk gravy before but we both could have drink a pint of it. Beef bap and chip were so so good

Great pub, lovely staff and food.

Nice place but it was bit cramped and very hot. The food was great but it wasn't my size of meal as I was still hungry after. The staff was very friendly.

Great food - all 8 in our group very much enjoyed their various meals. Burgers, pies, fish, all devoured with much enjoyment in a pub full of character. Friendly, attentive staff and easy parking. Will be back for more! 😊

Great pub ,great food lovely staff.

A great place to go and eat. Real pub feel with a good feel. I had the fish pie, although it wasn't the biggest, I was packed with flavour. The roast and the pie that were ordered went down really well. Malteser cheesecake was amazing Friendly staff who worked really hard.

Visited this pub for the first time. Lovely cosy pub with a good range of ales on rage. Nice to have a fireplace and decent parking behind the pub. Welcoming and warm service. I didn't have food, so can't comment on that.

Lovely pub, great food, staff so helpful and friendly and its like a tardis inside. Ladies toilets are also very nice! Thank you for our lovely lunch

Super cute little pub! Meals were delicious and came out fast. I had the pork steaks with bubble and squeak and veg, my husband had scampi and chips. The staff were lovely and friendly, the actual pub was soo cute and dog friendly! Would 100% recommend!

Read the reviews looking for a cream tea and ended up stopping your dinner too. The food was amazing and plenty of gluten free options just ask for the special menu and then it came was impossible to tell. Even though it was raining we stopped outside as we had two dogs, but plenty of under cover seating. Locals were friendly and atmosphere was amazing, definitely a hidden gem just outside St Agnes. Pie on pics was not gf but ploughman's and brownie with clotted cream certainly were. Loved it

Booked for Sunday lunch and the veggie option was particularly good with a really tasty nut roast and the vegetables cooked to perfection. Highly recommended but really have to book in advance. Very dog friendly also.

Very disappointing on this visit. We have visited here many times over the past 15 years and it's always been our go to place when visiting Cornwall because of the standard of the food. This time the food was only mediocre.

Only stopped off for a pint and quick lunch while walking... excellent staff, good selection of great beer and lunch we had was very nice....would be well happy if this was our local.

We stopped in for a quick pint when avoiding queues on the A30 and taking some mystery detours! Beautiful pub and location, friendly staff and the food smelled great (we weren't intending to stop for grub). Quaint little garden and dog friendly. We've eaten here for the last 3 summers and have never been disappointed. Usually 8 of us and nobody has any issues . Staff have always been helpful and friendly . We usually eat here twice on our weeks holiday . When we compare the current cost of eating out; this place stands out as fantastic value for the quality of food you get. Its out favourite place when we're here. If there was one negative, sometimes the deserts have run out so family compromises are needed 😌 Definitely try this place , id be very surprised if you were disappointed. Xxx

Lovely lunch today enjoyed by our walking group. They sat us altogether and we didn't have to wait long to be fed. Everyone enjoyed their lunch.

Absolutely fantastic food and service.

We got famished from our visit to the Healey Cyder Farm and found Miners Arms as the recommended place to eat close by. We reserved our table 10 minutes before we arrived. The service & facilities including parking was good and the food was surprisingly really nice! All in all we'd give this a 4 star.

Absolute gem on the outskirts of St Agnes. Proper old Cornish pub, but with contemporary, quirky and relaxed dining. Service fantastic and food delicious. The perfect blend of a traditional pub and dining. Highly recommend

What an absolute gem of a find. Excellent food, superb, attentive staff. Dogs aloud and well looked after with treats readily available for them. Nothing too much trouble. You must give this place a go when down here.

Would always advise booking ahead at this very popular historic pub in the pretty little village of Mithian. We booked for a group of 14 and effectively had a private dining room. Sunday roast with all the trimmings was superb. Dog friendly and also has outdoor seating available (some covered). Plenty of free car parking. We will absolutely be visiting again.

What a great spot for food. We visited from out of town as Perranporth was so busy. What a great find. Fantastic old building with friendly staff, well maintained gardens and top quality food. I wish this was my local pub. Will definitely go back again.

We are on holiday and found the pub as took wrong turn just called in for drink we asked if there was any free table they moved a young lad for us so we could sit had to pie of the day food was lovely and the service we be calling bk before we go home

What a great find whilst on holiday. 11 of us attended for dinner all with different tastes and allergies etc. All where catered for and not a bit of food left on anyone's plate . Great food in a very traditional olde pub. Excellent quick service.

Stumbled across this little pub. Such a great find. Food was outstanding. Service was brilliant, a little too good....but that's because I like a nice break between courses. Would definitely recommend the pork....over members of my party had food envy, oh accept the veggie would had the best starter of halloumi!!!! Fantastic price. 3 course meal 4 guests.

Popped into The Miners Arms on the way back from Lands End, it was a Sunday so wasn’t sure if we would get a table for the 5 of us, there wasn’t any inside but the staff were lovely and offered us an under cover table outside which was absolutely fine, the service was great and the food was just what we all needed! We all had a Sunday roast and it did not disappoint it was beautiful! Couldn’t say no to a pudding either 😍 would highly recommend to anyone 👍🏼

Excellent service by all. Very friendly bar and waiting staff. One of the best pubs I have ever been to that cater well for vegans. Excellent vegan options. Number 1 on our list! Not to be missed by all who love great quality food, vegan and non-vegan.

My husband and I read the Google reviews about the Miners Arms and decided to go there. Staff (25.07.23) was friendly, Service was quick. My husband ordered a Steak & Kidney pie 🥧 and I ordered a Burger 🍔 with Chili Jam and Chips 🍟. We both enjoyed the meals we have ordered. The Burger patty was definitely home made and the Chili Jam was nice too but it could have been a bit more 😋. All in all, the Pub Grub was smashing. 👍🏼 Toilets were very clean. Parking is no Problem and free of charge.

I'm going back to Cornwall, just to go and eat at this pub ,it's everything you could want, the building is quaint the inside is amazing like time has stood still and the food is unbelievable!!! It's absolutely beautiful in taste and presentation, I would definitely recommend anyone to pay the miners arms a visit you will be impressed.

Un pub re cuco en un pueblito cerca a la costa. La hamburguesa cajun estaba riquísima! El local dispone de wifi y admite mascotas. Se puede comer dentro o fuera. Se llena rápido asi que recomiendo hacer reserva con anticipación si sois mas de dos personas.

We had an excellent Sunday roast. Especially loved the tarragon creamy leeks. Everything was cooked to perfection, crispy potatoes, tender meat, rich gravy and crunch seaweed in the light and crunchy Yorkshire pud. We'll be back ....... with friends too! The dropped star for atmosphere was because we were on our own in a room but the upstairs was busy so not complaining

Lovely 16th century building. Attentive and friendly staff. We had 2 steaks off the special menus and they were delicious, chips were nice and the fresh peas with Portobello mushroom and tomato. We will be back next year!

Popped in for some dinner on our travels with no warning. Welcomed us and we’re very friendly. Option to either eat in/ takeaway - eat in was roughly £2 more per item. The food was absolutely delicious and the building was very sweet, filled with Polaroid pictures at the bar. I asked if it was okay if we kept our camper van in their car park for the night and they allowed us (usually only available for Brit Stops but they had the space). Couldn’t recommend more and only a few minutes from Healeys cider farm!

We visited The Miners Arms three times last summer and couldn't fault it. Coming back here was never in doubt. The food is exceptional, the staff are wonderful, and the overall experience is everything you could want from a quintessentially Cornish pub. Would definitely recommend.

Just been to the Miners Arms for a Sunday roast. My first time in the Miners Arms and I was very impressed. Couldn't fault anything. Food first class with great service and very reasonable price and dog friendly as well. Look forward to going back !!!

Husband and I staying overnight in motorhome in the car park. Had a wonderful roast meal each. 4 different meats to choose from. Beautiful cooked assortment of vegetables and Yorkshire pudding. Friendly efficient staff. Top restaurant quality, atmosphere and service. Loved it all. Thank you.
