I went to Cafe Q with my family for my sisters birthday lunch and the experience was a all round 5 star. I had a cabatta roll with sausage and hallumi and It was absolutely delicious! They accommodated for my brother who is gluten free and vegan and made him a special vegan and gluten free BLT (which he said was the best one he's ever had). I also had a banana and mango smoothie and it was soo fresh and tasty, I drank it so quickly! The ladies in the cafe were so welcoming and I felt so relaxed and looked after, with a lovely atmosphere it was just like being at home with family. I would highly recommend the Cafe Q to anybody young, old, families etc, I can guarantee you will love every bite of what you order and will feel well catered to. Make sure you try one of their fresh smoothies too! Thank you again lovely ladies! We will definitely be back soon x

Had a beautiful small chocolate birthday cake made for my partners birthday whilst staying in Cornwall. Still eating it 3 days later and it’s absolutely delicious still! Also had 2 raspberry and vanilla cruffins (or cronuts?) and they were INCREDIBLE. Highly recommend.

A lovely restaurant with excellent food. The staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. As a wheelchair user it can be tricky parking as the restaurant is situated at the bottom of a hill. The front entrance is accessibble with a small step over the door frame. You will struggle accessing the toilet if you are in anything other than a small manual wheelchair as it is quite tight. You must pay a visit to the beach while you are there . There is a car park with a lovely viewing platform.

I have both stayed and Eaten at the Driftwood Spars many times so didnt hesitate to book again for a family get together for a birthdy. I was extremley dissappointed with the food. It was expensive for what it was. a couple of us had scallops as a starter which was such a tiny portion it was ridiculous. For a main I had Monkfish which was a " special" and again a tiny portion, at £50.00 a head for 2 courses it was not value for money. Such a shame as Ive had fabulous food there before, but will think again before booking

We booked here for 7 of us and 2 dogs , lovely lively atmosphere , small menu choice but enough, the steaks were really tasty and cooked perfectly for the 3 who had them 3 different ways . The barbecue chicken burger was lush and big with a plateful of fries . Friendly staff. It was a really nice meal well worth the money. Must mention the delicious Cornish pale ale. Great evening
