The best restaurants in Liskeard Central Cornwall, Isles of Scilly South West

We booked a table for a large family gathering. Service was spot on, efficient and friendly. Food was fantastic. Lots of veggie options and sensible prices. Good coffee. Overall, great experience.

Lovely cafe, scones to die for, would recommend highly. One small point, was a bit chilly, could do with some heating? Otherwise fab 👌

Nicely tucked away down a little alleyway is this little coffee shop. I just had a latte with some salted caramel cake and for my wife who is Coeliac they had a Gluten Free treacle sponge and custard which she assured me was delicious, and she washed it down with a latte also. The place was clean and staff were friendly. Access could be an issue for some as it was on the 1st floor accessed by some fairly steep stairs but overall a nice experience

This is a lovely sandwich shop which also does cooked breakfasts takeaway or delivery, will try that next time! I ordered a fresh prawn/salad sandwich. The filling was ample with loads of prawns in a tasty marie rose sauce. The granary bread was very soft and fresh. It was the perfect sandwich! Will be back to try other items on the menu and I could pay by card! As I didn't have any cash on me, perfect.

Excellent food and drink. We had some of the delicious cakes and homity pies, with some of the unusual, but tasty fermented food. Very unique! The coffee is the best in town and the staff are extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Hi we both had a good meal here my wife enjoyed her scampi and I had the build your own breakfast. Staff are attentive and this is a tidy establishment. Best fried eggs I have had in an eating establishment in a long time.

20 minute wait for a drink and the coffee was awful. Complained to staff and still had to pay full price. Staff nice and friendly tho.

Historic building. Cornish olde worlde atmosphere is full on. Big cark park. Meals like grandmother has been cooking them on an aga all day...delicious. this place won't disappoint. Dog friendly.

Best curry to takeaway in Liskeard by a country mile. All breads are made fresh on the premises and the chappatis are fantastic. Highly recommended. Carl.

Huge amount of choice. Proper breakfasts,dinners and desserts. staff are willing to adapt to customers personal preferences

Absolutely fantastic curry. 3 of us visited early Sunday evening. Poppadoms and pickles to start, 3 different main courses, with a sag paneer, 2 rice, and 2 garlic nan breads. All delightful. The curries all tasted different (not always the case), and were all packed with tender chicken, cooked to perfection. Must also mention the nan breads - as good as I've ever eaten. Large portions, the remains of which were taken away. With 1 drink each, the bill came to just over £80 - perhaps not the cheapest, but worth every penny.

Great find for coffee, breakfast, lunch or brunch. Good food, reasonably priced, great customer service. Dog friendly too.
