Nicely tucked away down a little alleyway is this little coffee shop. I just had a latte with some salted caramel cake and for my wife who is Coeliac they had a Gluten Free treacle sponge and custard which she assured me was delicious, and she washed it down with a latte also. The place was clean and staff were friendly. Access could be an issue for some as it was on the 1st floor accessed by some fairly steep stairs but overall a nice experience

Look in for lunch every now and again. Hidden away and up some stairs but worth it. Daily specials including roasts, standard menu also, great for breakfasts or coffee and cake.

Four of us arrived about 12.15pm. When we left about an hour later we were full up, as was the cafe. Three of us ordered the Special of the Day Mince and Onion pie...complete with a yummy suet crust, having recently come out of the oven (the pie that is). Pleasant, helpful staff. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Very reasonably priced.

After trying the dreadful Weatherspoons for a Gluten free meal, we stumbled on this eatery in Liskeard and the two wonderful ladies could not have been more accommodating and pleasant. We both opted for the special of roast lamb, complete with roast potatoes and even the gravy was Gluten Free. Our meal including drinks came to shade under £20 in total and it was almost embarrassing paying so little for such a lovely dinner. So if you are in Liskeard, please support this great restaurant.

Once you find it (down a side street, off the main drag in Liskeard) you will keep going back. This is a lovely little cafe. They serve fresh food, have a wide veggie menu, but also do big breakfasts, and lovely cakes. The main meal choices are numerous and well priced. The also do 'specials' a couple of times during the week. On this visit I had a tasty teacake and a generous hot chocolate. Lovely!

Have used this establishment on many occasions. Service is quick and menu is well priced. Daily specials are what one might call. good old fashioned meals and well worth the modest outlay. The staff are very friendly and have built up a good repeat visiting clientele. We see the same people many times. Real coffee is served and the toilets are always clean

Tucked away down a small alley it is well worth finding if you are in Liskeard looking for a coffee, snack or lunch. The cafe itself s spotlessly clean & the staff are always friendly & make you feel welcome. There is a daily specials board (with roast of the day which we can thoroughly recommend) alongside the standard menu. Breakfasts are freshly cooked and I must admit are our usual choice. Please note that the cafe is up a flight of stairs so may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues

A clean, comfortable environment tucked away in the centre of Liskeard. The café is upstairs, no lift or storage for baby buggy, so only suitable for the reasonably mobile customer.

What a lovely surprise this was. A small entrance hides a lovely and well lit establishment. The peanut butter and marmalade cake was especially cool and they had a range of hot drinks too. The presentation was REMARKABLE! Really classy and chic. Bravo!

This cafe is so friendly and the food is freshly prepared and delicious - so it makes the dozen or so steps upstairs well worth it. And a wide choice for veggies too!

Nice clean cafe near car parks in Liskeard with toilet facilities. Modern art decor makes for pleasant surrounds. Freshly made pancakes form the heart of the menu but other meals available. Interesting surrounds, speedy service and good beverages make for a very pleasant visit. Appears well frequented by regulars.

Above a bike or general repair business to the side of a cut leading from the Parade to the car park. This was an unexpected and easy going cafe tea room. Not so good if you are disabled or not too versatile. Operated while we were there by a couple of friendly ladies. They have speedy and free WiFi but could do with a couple of newspapers (the I is only 40p). Good simple and fairly priced menu. Only gripe is the slightly studied American/Continental practice of serving tea as plain hot water in mug but with the bag on its own separate little dish which thwarts any prospect of the fresh infusion straight into boiling water. Apparently they also do conventually brewed pots if you want more than one cup. I like this place but it has one or two forgivable quirks.

Whilst having a stroll around Mousehole we came upon the Orange Cafe Bar by chance with it being up a lane just away from the harbour. We did not immediately realise it was a vegan cafe but that was not an issue for us. The staff were warm and friendly, explaining the dishes so that we could make an informed choice. We went for the burger (patty) and cake, both of which were delicious. People often shy away from eating this type of food but on this showing they should give it a go, which saw two diners leave very happy.

I have been here four times now, its become a thing whenever we come to Newquay, tattoo before I go home. The staff are incredibly friendly and always chatting away when you're there. They make you feel like part of the family. It's clean, tidy, always smells so good woth the cakes and coffee, I always feel like I'm home when I go in.

Very good B&B in a very central location. But it is very expensive so 'value for money' comes into question. Very good cooked breakfast served in the mornings but for the money it should provide freshly squeezed orange juice.

We found our way to Freathy Farmhouse Cafe by following a sign from Whitsand Bay. What a lovely find! Very rustic and charming cafe. We sat outside in the sun and enjoyed very generous sandwiches served with delicious salad. Some of us even managed cake! We will definitely return although I understand it is best to check opening times. Ps Loved the decor in the loo!
