The best restaurants in Hayle North Cornwall, Isles of Scilly South West

This lovely little café is nestled in one of my favorite beaches in the world, and I had it recommended by a pair of trusted friends. Went for lunch today and it was unbelievably tasty, stunning food, and views. 10/10. Can't wait to return for one of their upcoming events.

We visited the Madhatters's tea garden (dog welcomed) a lovely secluded spot. The cream tea was delightful the scones warm and buttery and the clotted cream and jam gorgeous. The tea came with beautiful cups and saucers and a good pot of tea. The service from the waitress was very friendly and prices very reasonable. Will be returning 😋😋

Excellent food, didn't have to wait to long for our meal, good friendly waiting staff, bar staff were under pressure though, as only one serving.

My opinion of this place has changed, my wife loves these fish and chips, way better than highlanes fish and chips.

Lovely welcome. Great food. Unusual dishes as well as Italian. I had a seafood chowder....delicious. Reasonavly priced. Would say uoi need to book in the peak tourist months. We were there in a quiet December mid-week.

The Terrace has a relatively small menu with specials which change very regularly, but the food the produce is delicious. We love this restaurant, especially out of season, but even in season, when the staff are run off their feet they are so friendly, knowledgeable and all together very attentive.

Bubble waffle beautiful and fresh. Great value for money being only £5.50. Enjoyed it all!! Young man that served us very friendly

We were staying in the local area and decided to visit Duckies for some late lunch. We're glad we did. Despite being a little late for the brunch menu, our orders from it were still accommodated by the friendly and helpful staff. We visited with our dog who enjoyed the attention, as the serving staff fussed over him. Food was nice with generous portions. Prices were a little higher than you might expect but the quality of the food and service still made it feel like a bargain to be honest. Would happily recommend.

Visit weekly for the Sunday swim.

Plenty of hot food but grateful that we could take pasties back to our self catering accommodation. Friendly staff. Good quality food.

Twelve of us had lunch here yesterday and they opened specially for us. The food was excellent, the service was first class and the views will be spectacular when the mist lifts! As others have said, the restaurant and holiday park are a well hidden secret and well worth discovering. We will be back.

Had another lovely stay at the Madhatters tearoom. Great food and accommodation. Pauline and Mark are lovely people and always make you feel welcome. Set off for early start home and Pauline supplied lovely sandwiches and cakes. The weather was beautiful even after a stormy start on Saturday it turned out well. Will look forward to visiting again. Just stopped here after a walk for coffee and cake and was pleasantly surprised. Service was quick, staff polite. Cake was tasty and the coffee was perfect and reasonable cost. Will stop here again if passing
