Great place great staff great food a really good atmosphere and a wonderfully painted floor which caught my eye upon walking through the door

We had lunch here after visiting the art shop that Coby’s is above. The food was superb, my son is a celiac and hey did him a jacket potato with beans and cheese with no issues, he’s a very wary ester and wolfed it down. My wife had a scone which she says was lovely. The ploughman’s I had was gorgeous with a good variety on the plate. I would recommend this cafe to anyone

Great place for authentic Thai food! I went here a couple of weeks ago with a friend and I can not recommend it enough, the pad Thai was amazing and I’d definitely have it again, chaba is so friendly along with the other staff! Very fast and friendly service. I will definitely visit again!

Fantastic value for Money. For an hour our for a few hours for a b-day. Food is amazing and portions are massive for both kids and adults . Team are always helpful and change the game they have a really good selection and plenty of consoles to play on.

We had the set lunch here today and what an experience. This restaurant oozes quality, when we had ordered our food our wine arrived in glasses of such quality that I have never seen in a restaurant before. The wine was excellent as well. When the food arrived it was so well presented and delicious that I would have expected to pay more. The service was excellent and all in all a great experience. I would recommend a visit if you are interested in a quality experience.

Food was very tasty, lots of flavours and well sized. Children’s menu was not provided but they had many options from fish and chips, sausages and chips, burger and chips or a tomato pasta.

Wow! We stayed here as they offer free camping if you purchase meals in the pub. Utterly worth it. The bar staff were fab - friendly and efficient and definitely part of the charm. The food....the photos don't do the meals justice! I ordered the scotch egg for starters...literally perfect! The yolk! My hubbie had the chicken wings and he said they were great! I had the steak...not cheap but so worth it! It honestly has to be the best steak I've had so far and I am steak fussy! Hubbie had the lamb and he was utterly impressed. There are two shower rooms with a toilet / sink area (first one's lock is broken). Second has two showers in, so for any parents, this is ideal. I have to say, the folks in the bar of an evening were also super-friendly. So far, one of our favourite camping stop-overs! Food, staff, area....amazing! Thank you.

I think over it's time as a cafe serving excellent food,it has gone down in some areas! The teacakes are a disaster.. .as it cools it is like CARDBOARD. A better variety is required. A disaster.

We stayed at the Bodmin Jail and after the average dinner at a ridiculous price, we decided to drive into town to sample the wears of the local hostelry. Couldn’t picked a better place. Good food, good portions and good service. I was gonna get a sarnie for the road thinking I might get hungry but the BLT sufficed just dandy! Drove back to London a happy chappy and glad we chose this place. Parking is a bit tight but struck gold with that top right across the street. We’d come back for sure!!

What a gem bizarrely found it when looking on wetherspoons locator! Staff were pleasant and friendly. The food excellent cooked to perfection they were able to provide for a vegetarian and a celiac in our party without batting an eyelid. The room was perfect and the background music just at the right volume. We were intrigued by the left hand clock above the bar as we left. We will definitely recommend them

We stopped here for breakfast as we were passing through Bodmin and we were pleasantly surprised. Lovely breakfast, comfortable environment and service was amazing.

We chose Bodmin Chicken House based on its high review score, but unfortunately, our experience didn’t live up to expectations. The chicken fillets were undercooked, raw and slimy, which is completely unacceptable. After eating half of one, I’m now feeling the consequences. Given this serious issue, I cannot recommend this place, regardless of its overall rating. I hope the restaurant takes food safety more seriously to prevent this from happening to others.

Placed right for a quick warm drink. Carrot cake good as usual. Latte and Black Coffee with hot milk is always best. Staff anywhere we go in a Costa is good standard very friendly and helpful and efficient.

Great lavazza coffee, pasties, sausage roll and carrot cake. Greeted with a big smile and welcome, served promptly with clean cutlery and polite service. Well worth a visit if you want good value for money and quality food.
