Popped in for a coffee, staff were very kind to the person I was supporting. Very friendly.

Quiet, relaxing atmosphere, has a KitKat mocha today and it was absolutely fantastic!!

I think Costa Coffee is a chain is absolutely excellent exclamation mark the staff are always very helpful and accommodating and everytime I go in there with my guide dogs they always offer to get him a water bowl so again I'd recommend this place everybody if they just want to have a quick cup of coffee or for a family visit

Nice location. Kept clean and run very well by two young ladies. Coffee served to perfection, clean W/C and seating area, a pleasant visit.

Always selling out of food around 1 - 2pm, can't toast a sandwich to save there life's. Just avoid of you are ordering on Uber!

I absolutely love costa! but this one in particular is full almost all the time and is really noisy (because of the coffee machines) and the place is small. It has a toilet which is always dirty😭 But omg food and coffee are spectacular! it’s a nice plan to go with friends you can take out

Food is ok for a quick snack, but is nothing to write home about. It is expensive for what you get. Service is ok but the atmosphere was a bit chilly

Would have loved to sat outside as we have a dog with us but the only table was dirty and covered in all sorts, yes we could have asked for it to be cleaned but even if it was I wouldn't have wanted to sit there after what was on the table and floor before.

Actually not that impressed. It was noisy. Staff were friendly enough but I wasn't impressed when a customer came in with her dog, a member of staff got Don on the floor with the dog, stroking and playing with it. Then got up a served another customer without washing her hands or changing apron.

Popped in for breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful and the coffee and rolls were tasty. We thought it was a nicely decorated, cosy and welcoming place to eat and you could see that there are lots of regulars popping in which is always a good sign. We’ll definitely come back when we’re next in town.

I've got to give proper recognition to the saviour of Bodmin. This Costa was a great place to hide out from the rain and no matter how many times we came back and forth to grab something else to drink or eat as we were wandering around Bodmin they never seemed to mind. Great service and obviously great coffee.

I can't remember their names, I think one of them was Lawren with the mohawk style hair, and there was a guy as well unfortunately I've forgotten what his name badge said, but we had a very nice conversation about how good it is to work at Costa, might apply for a job in the future haha. Just your normal generic Costa shop. Been in here a few times. Staff are friendly. However I find the drinks to be over priced. I ordered a cappuccino this afternoon and I've got to be honest it was a let down.

Was not able to use a promotion before not able to get birthday offer. Never had luck with app only when card points were transferred.

The coffee was the usual great standard but the takeaway cups smelt very musty and like they had been stored in a damp cellar.

The worst latte we have ever had. The member of staff who seemed to be in charge was rude to us on two occasions. So disappointing. The store was also a little depressing and not up to the usual Costa standard. We could deal with that but the coffe was terrible and the customer service non existent

The worst coffee I’ve ever had and aweful customer service. Clearly the staff are inadequately trained in making drinks and in manners! I asked for a Cortado, which is espresso with a short amount of frothed milk, which usually comes in an espresso size cup. What I got was medium sized cup full to the top with warm milk mixed with coffee. My partner took it back for me and asked for a Cortado, only to be told that “That’s what I’ve been taught” and given another drink exactly the same, with slightly less warm milk. These guys clearly have no idea what a Cortado is, let alone how to make one. Which I would do mind at all if it weren’t for the fact they have Cortado on the menu! I will not be wasting my money here again. Terrible

All stuff in Costa Bodmin are so rude. Don't listen what u order and doing mistakes and when u tell them are so rude‼️‼️‼️ If not my favourite coffee I would not go there

Amazing hot chocolate. Brilliant service, always polite. My favourite is Terry's orange hot chocolate

It's Costa what more can you say

We went to Costa in Bodmin as we arrived late and the other local cafés had already closed. Costa is usually a safe bet and we were certainly not disappointed! Apart from being one of the few costas still selling the sugar free bears !The tea was brewed perfectly and bacon sandwich was superb especially as it came with extra butter as requested although we were also offered an array of sauces. The staff were extremely friendly and asked my husband about his hidden disability lanyard without making him feel uncomfortable in any way. A mother cane in with her young child and asked to use the toilet. They were told that this was not a problem. As soon as they had left the premises the toilet was thoroughly cleaned. Two other youngsters came in and one began clearing the table and attempting to get the Ttention of the kitchen staff. The server explained that he would make the child a hot chocolate but he must promise not to touch the plates. He acknowledged that the child was attempting to be helpful However for everyone's safety including his own he must follow the rules. The flow of customers was slow and steady and the tables were sanitised after each customer left and the customers were served prompley and efficiently so that no que was formed. We would highly recommend this cota not just for the quality of the food and beverage but also for the calibre of the staff who have obviously had excellent customer service trying and value their role.

Just another Costa, like so many others, but with pleasant service, unlike some of the others. With the usual selection of snacks and cakes and the one thing that you can expect from all the Costas - great tasting coffee.

I visit this Costa regularly as I live in the town and I have to say the staff are brilliant. They are all well trained Baristas and very efficient and polite.

The coffee was nice i had a mocca and a muffin but the service impressed me the two staff that was on was quick and frendly the young lassie who served me was polite i would go in again when next here date 27th june

Costa Coffee in Bodmin has some serious competition. It is all I can descibe as being a little better than average. The decor is dated and needs some work doing on it.

My wife and I called in here for a warming cup of coffee on a dull Tuesday afternoon. It is reasonably spacious, but with room for a little more seating. It reminded me of an old railway station buffet - a little dull. There is a lot of room for improvement. The members of staff were friendly and helpful, but the coffee was average. We have had a lot better in other Costa coffee shops. On the plus side, the prices were good.
