So ordered at 12 on the website to be delivered 45 mins later the tracker was showing at the prep stage so thought I’d call to see what’s happening to be told they were a driver short and when he was free my order would be made May be 20 more minutes so I said I’d cancel the order and that it would have been nice to know! So went out to go get something else for lunch. 1 25 pm I had a call ( 1 hour 25 mins after ordering ) to say the driver was at my house! Despite the fact I’d cancelled the order

Went to this cafe which is a lovely place to eat but sadly to say I am not happy about returning. Ordered full English breakfast which was not up to a standard I would expect. The mushrooms were pale and uncooked the sausage skin was tough and chewy ,egg was not presentable .Very disappointed. You too could have this breakfast for £11.50. .

Pasé 20 minutos en la cola esperando ser servido. Había 2 vuelos que debían salir por lo que debería haber sido previsto y gestionado. Eventualmente llegó al frente de la cola solo para ge le dijeron que tanto el café Las máquinas estaban rotas, así que no hay leche, solo café negro y té! Pedido 2 expressos y cruasanes de almendras, cuestan £ 14. 90 por una muy mala experiencia. El personal estaba haciendo todo lo posible en una situación muy estresante. También los pasteles deberían haber sido cubiertos - no lo eran, sólo en la parte superior del mostrador, así que no higiénico! Vergüenza en el aeropuerto de Bournemouth 😢😢

I arrived at KFC with an autistic lady I was supporting. We used the machine to place an order. We waited for our order. Mine came, I picked it up. Then we waited for the lady's order to come we waited and waited then I went and asked what the hold up was and apparently they were cooking the chicken. We took a seat on the corner and whilst I was sat down, I noticed how empty it was, but didn't think anything of it. We waited some more then finally the order came around about 15 minutes later. Not too much of a big thing, more of an annoyance really. The lady I was with started eating her chicken I finished off my meal. Then just as we are to leave the lady I was with started to have a panic attack and challenging episode and wouldn't move from her seat. I tried to calm down but she didn't want to move. I went up to the counter and tried to explain to the young boy server, as our time was nearing on the alloted parking time, but he just said I would have to pay a fine, as they don't own the car park???? No empathy or anything. I went back to the lady and eventually she moved. A couple of days ago I received a Parking fine for £100 from Civil Enforcement. I find it bizarre that KFC operate in a car park that they don't own. I dislike any kind of conflict or argument. Therefore, I have paid the fine, and will move on from this. However I wanted to write this here as I want KFC to know I will never ever return to your restaurant ever. This is not just me lashing out, this is an absolute fact. My clients and their families are livid about all this and have agreed to stay away too. I should have put 2 and 2 together when I saw how empty the restaurant was. Lesson learnt. In the meantime I'm telling everyone I know about this in the company, so they too are aware. Terrible

I went down to the shop to get buy1 get one fee which was advertised on the shop window went to order and they would not onner the advert I rung head office and they where no help I would stay away from domino's and go somewhere else just lost a very good customer as we go there evey week

No compre comida de este lugar, ya que recibirá intoxicación alimentaria como lo hice el 23 de agosto de 2019. Yo solía ir allí hace unos 4 años y el servicio y la comida eran de primera categoría, sin embargo, ahora no tanto. Así que ahórrate el dolor de la intoxicación alimentaria que tuve y pasa las siguientes 24 horas con tanto dolor. Me dieron un rollo de pollo que era un lomo desmenuzado que estaba muy procesado y tenía lechuga de queso y mayonesa. No era el mejor, pero tenía hambre, así que me lo comí. Entonces debería haberlo hecho. Los he informado al CCC, así que espero que este lugar pueda restablecer el estándar.

Went here today for my usual coffee and lemon muffin whilst shopping at the retail park . Usually dogs outside but today a dog was inside off lead . It would appear that dogs are now allowed in certain stores in certain areas on lead . I have an autoimmune disorder which is triggered by animal hair so do not expect for a “ only being friendly ‘ dog approaching me . When I asked a member of staff about dogs and I didn’t think they were allowed. Her response was “ well they do now “ .

After completing our activities, a group of us had a very nice drink in the bar. The service was friendly and the staff very good. As the afternoon progressed, we had the displeasure of experiencing the 'jazz' group setting up. Whilst only a few of us were left, we were first asked to move tables as they wanted to reposition ours (by 90 degrees and 6 inches forward) then about 10 minutes later we were asked if we wished to continue our meeting elsewhere as they were ready for their guests and members to arrive. As we had nearly finished, we drank up and vacated, clearly not welcome. Consequently, we ended up in the Curlew, which is situated around the corner from the center. The staff were equally as friendly, the ale selection was a lot better and we ended up ordering food! Moral of the story... Go elsewhere after activities at the center!

Opened in August 2019 as part of the new ownership of Bournemouth Airport. Its a welcome addition to the airport BUT... The staff are brash and its only opened at scheduled departures. I was on a delayed flight to GVA and asked to leave Costa as its only opened during set departure times, this didn't stop the staff serving drinks in a mug and brunch on a plate.

Cold!!! The food is always cold. Whether u order via drive through go in store or order on just eat, the food is always cold. My daughter always orders a fillet of fish and as they cook this fresh that is the only hot item. Burgers usually cold, chips always cold. You can always rely on them to be disappointing. Why do I go! Because my daughter loves a maccy d's. And for some reason kids don't care about cold food!!!!!!
