Pizza Hut in Christchurch

Nice pizza best place to have lunch and dinner. Staff very polite and nice also very helpful to choose a deal if have any delicious taste

Absolute joke! Ordered 2 pizzas (but was charged 3 times). Went to collect it and was shouted at by the member of staff who was refusing to listen to anything I said. Showed him the order number many times and he said there wasn't an order. 15 minutes later I received a call from the shop and the man was also rude saying that I could not speak properly. They refused to provide the pizza and refused a refund. I paid £29.97 for nothing, other than to receive abuse. I now have to have the hassle of contacting them via the website to try and get a refund.

Ordered takeaway. Order turned up wrong, called the store to discuss, was told I had made the wrong order! I had the email from the app confirming what I ordered! The store put the phone down on me. Avoid ordering, not only did it take over an hour to arrive, it wasn't very warm!

Ordered a MyBoxMeal for collection, went for a firm favourite and had Pepperoni Pizza, Hot n Spicy Chicken Strips and a small bottle of Sprite. Came to around 12quid and was a great meal. No complaints at all. I was lucky too as they had run out if small portions of dough so I got a upgrade to a medium pizza. I don't do takeaway pizza often, but when I so I will order from them again

I ordered a pizza and garlic bread for delivery online as it said they had a 50% deal on if you spent over £25. I did, but the discount didnt work but i didn't realise untill after i had paid. I rang pizza hut and asked them to cancel the order and the man took my name and said ok and abruptly hung up so i presumed he cancelled my order as i asked. I new it would take 5 working days for the refund to go through so i ordered just a pizza on its own and thought i would collect it on the way home as i was now passing the one in Christchurch. I got home to find that my mum had taken in a delivery of pizza already! Which ment i had ordered twice and spent nearly £55 on pizza which i cant afford and theres alot of food wastage. Ive just had a baby boy and wanted a chilled night but was so stressed by it i couldnt relax. I would asked for the refund i asked for on the phone which i obviously didn't get before. I gave the reference for the order on an email. The customer service said they would not give a refund. I will not be getting pizza hut again.

Ordered food at 6.55pm where it said an hour wait which was fine. Food didn't arrive until gone 9pm! It was stone cold and had items missing. Couldn't get hold of them on the phone. Complained to pizza hut but customer service was rubbish all round. Not the first time this hut has been bad so won't return and definitely won't use pizza hut as a whole after the appalling customer service at headquarters.

We ordered 2 pizzas on a deal here last night at 8pm. We both ate half and decided to keep half. This morning we both are really poorly. With stomach cramps, rumbling, neasua, severe indigestion & hurt burn and terrible diarrhea. Needless to say we've thrown it away. Never again! We've eaten pizzas before from papa John's and other places and never have we ever felt like this.

I suppose it was my fault for ordering just because it was £5 a pizza. The delivery tracker app showed the driver turn off 4 roads before ours, then suddenly changed to "enjoy your meal". A tad concerned our pizza had been delivered elsewhere I called and was told "wait 10-15 minutes then call". 15 mins later it turned up, stone cold like cardboard. So guess the app us redundant, so why use it? What's worse is the delivery was not contact free as advertised. The driver stood 2ft from our door, not 3m as advised, and handed me the pizzas with a face mask hanging around his chin. A bit disappointing.

We ordered the £5 pizza and I must say wow so very tasty. Great tasty crusts and very tasty toppings. We will certainly order again. Good food at a good price.

We had two pizzas delivered today from Pizza Hut in Bargates. They arrived early but both were greasy and tasted like cardboard. I would never use Pizza Hut again.💩🤮 my dog didn’t like it either and she eats anything!.

Tonight we ordered 4 pizzas at 7.02pm I checked the status of my order at about 7.25 when I logged on a msg in a black box appeared advising me there was a technical fault so please phone my order through. I telephoned the shop to check to see if the order had arrived, first I was told NO then the man who did Not have a clear telephone manner said yes the order was there, I explained to him what the website said and he argued back insisting there was no problem. Our pizzas finally arrived at 8.40pm in between this I telephoned 15 times the phone rang out and then someone was picking up the phone and replacing the receiver finally speaking to a man I agreed that he was to cook fresh pizzas and my son would collect. My son went to the shop NO PIZZA? My son then came home empty handed then 10 minutes later 4 cold over cooked pizzas arrived. Terrible service,terrible unapologetic staff, terrible pizza

Just returned from this place, ordered 1 large meat feast, 1 large veggie and 1 small margarita, paid £27.99 and returned 20mins later minus 1 large Veggie pizza. Said to the guy behind the counter that I was missing the veggie pizza and his answer was no as I didn’t order one, I then explained that he had messed my order up and he was making out that I didn’t order one questioning my integrity. Asking him what he was going to do about it he said we can cook you one but I would have to pay for it, to that end I had to keep my composure and walk out. I don’t leave reviews but I thought I have to do this and warn others of their incompetence and unprofessional attitude, plus the pizzas were cold

Ordered 2 x pizza on a Saturday evening for collection. Walked to collect them. Must state that we were really disappointed with both of them - meaty one and farmhouse. Minimal toppings on each especially the farmhouse, bland and tasteless. Have never seen so much dry crust on a pizza through lack of toppings. When you spend £13.98 on 2 x pizza you would hopefully expect something tasty and moreish. Really disappointed. The only highlight was the Ben and Jerry’s ice cream.

As a trusted franchise we will come order here again. The pizza was of the quality expected from Pizza Hut.

Completely got our order wrong! And what we got tasted just awful.. We were poorly the next day. Such a shame as we’ve ordered before and was ok.
