Ordered online for delivery and when it turned up a slice was taken from it. You can cut a circle into so many slices and it does not look like a pac man but a circle. Will not be purchasing from this site again and am advising everyone I know to bypass this store. Went to store and manager was most unhelpful. Pappa John's was a much better experience

Bunch of muppets ! Asked for a delivery gave address and post code… an hour later I rang up and asked where the pizza was and they said it was a pick up order….. why would I have give them my address and post code it I was picking it up ? The man on the phone got very aggressive. Won’t order pizza from them again

Good choice of Pizza toppings. Easy to order online, and pickup 15 mins later. Make sure you don’t pay full price, there’s nearly always a 50% off or similar offer available. For more variety can even choose half and half toppings.

My go place for pizza. Ordered using the app, told me when my pizza was ready for collection. Simples.. what more can you ask? Piping hot delicious pizza.

Was having a tough day and went in for pizza around 9:30pm. Struggled with payment for a couple minutes and the staff, especially a man called Richard, were so friendly and understanding (even threw in some cookies free of charge). Absolutely made my day!

Ok place, what can you say about a small pizza place...

Pizza... can work out very expensive if you're not careful.. I'm not keen on Pizza and wouldn't pay that price if I was. .. my daughter and grandchild really enjoyed it.. the server was very helpful when ordering.. very pleasant and patient.

Very neat little pizza takeaway on busy road junction. Clean and efficient, very helpful staff team and quick too. From customer area you are able to watch your chosen food prepared from start through to boxing and receiving. Great menu, very often good deals and although just a small room to wait in it's a takeaway what else is needed Parking in roadway outside and easy access to customer entrance Oh and great tasting food too.

I'm not really a fan of pizza but I popped in a cos I was really hungry and the young lady serving was very friendly and had my fresh pizza cooked in under 10 minutes excellent

Food (pizzas) pretty much as expected and cooked just right. Pricing is confusing. It says 'buy one, get one free' but it still seemed to be expensive.

Dominos Somerford Road Dominos Somerford Road. Appalling service, rude staff , I ordered a delivery that wasn't delivered one month ago (I was out the front of my house so I know it wasn't delivered) the staff lied saying they tried to ring me (no missed call on my phone) when I went into the shop the pizzas were at the bottom of a large pile. The pizza 🍕 was ready quickly, hot and delicious. I collected as don't trust the closer store. Will be ordering again.

Took an hour for the pizza to come, and once it arrived it was lukewarm at best, not to mention the uneven toppings. Seemed lazy to me.

Why would ANYONE put this garbage in their mouths? My brother used to be married to an Italian girl and at least she knew how to make a pizza - these people need a trip to Italy just so they can sit and watch!!

Upon entering, I observed two staff members; both caught in their own little bubbles of existence: “Mr Sweaty” (food retrieval & packing) viewed through a little window looking @ his phone whilst rubbing his face & thick beard; completely oblivious that I could see him & what he was looking at! Entirely inappropriate viewing for a public workplace; but I guess he had the urge! Although he wore a hygiene face net, it barely covered his chin; no wonder people find hairs in their food! “Little Miss Ignorant” (food preparation) was sweeping & collecting food waste from the floor. Despite looking directly @ me, she refused to acknowledge my presence & then returned to preparing new food orders without notifying a colleague or washing her hands between activities! I quizzically asked "Should I just wait?" "Mr Sweaty" appeared @ the service counter & stated "[my] attitude was unacceptable & I should leave the store immediately". After pointing out his personal activities & shortfall in customer service, he returned to his duties, retrieving pizzas from the oven, cutting them up & sliding them into boxes. Another food hygiene expert who didn't think a quick hand rinse was appropriate! Goodness only knows what else he’d been touching…??? A special topping anyone? A 3rd male appeared, presumably the manager? He too stated “[my] attitude was unacceptable & I should leave”, despite not actually witnessing the initial interaction or his staff behaviour! Overall, an experience demonstrating an abhorrent & disgusting regard to personal hygiene within a food/service environment & unprofessional customer facing communication skills. CONCLUSION: People on minimum wage really DON’T care about your food quality! Think before you order! Ironically, a prominent sign notified customers of store CCTV protecting staff members from abuse! Hmmm!

Totally useless ,didn't even deliver pizza , because they couldn't drive upto house ,just took it back ,had my phone number didn't even bother to call , when I phoned them said they only had one driver

Two and a half hours wait for cold pizza, before have had a hot pizza that had been cremated. Is it that hard to cook and deliver pizza?

Awful service, been waiting for nearly 2 hours for the order they keep hanging up the call more then 6 times, I will never order from them again. Disgraceful and didn't even get my order.

Lovley Driver … but delivered cold pizza 🍕 abd melting ice cream, apparently shop was told by driver this pizza had been in a car for over an hour& their response was unrepeatable, poor driver basically informed me chances of getting a hot pizza were 0 now been 3 hours. Been lied to disgusting

I don't eat pizza very often but went into the shop was served by a lovely young lady that works there and she made the pizza taste perfect!

Was once a Papa Johns fan, but Domino's always tastes delicious so go nowhere else now when a takeout is in order.

Just brought meteor pizza and was fully loaded 10 slices I've only been able to eat 4 was huge for £9.99

I've ordered 4 or 5 times from this store and is 50/50 if your food is hot or not. Tonight's order turned up and was someone else's order not ours. I called the shop to ask whare our order is and got a not very energetic enthusiastic girl telling me that apparently our order was on the side next to her and hadn't even left shop. We are not even 4 mins drive from their but 20 mins later this guy turns up with what ever excuse and hands me stone cold pizzas and starts to argue with me that they are hot!! I've asked for a refund will see if they can get that right.

Poor customer service by members of staff young man charged twice when was only ment to be once then said"DONT WORRY WILL ONLY TAKE SIX WORKING DAY TO COME BACK INTO YOUR BANK".wasn't very helpful to say the least .nice food tho.....

Had take away delivered, serious hygiene problems , I pulled 2 hairs out of my mouth from the pizza , with all what’s going on in The world, when hygiene is sooooo important right now , shame on you Dominos, get your staff hair nets or get clean staff , disgusting

Was served by this really nice guy called Alex who was immensely professional when there was an issue with my order he apologised for the issue and rectified it in minutes. This man needs a raise

Staff do not wear gloves when handling food, even when handling meet and vegetarian meet. They have good social distancing in the kitchen, with protective screens between each station. service was good and quick

Extremely hit and miss. Sometimes nice but often food is of a bad quality and honestly a bit lazy. (Pictures attached are of an order delivered on 8th March, in which the garlic pizzas were basically just the base - not even garlicy. A complaint was made but was not acknowledged.)

Love dominos but this was terrible ... you could cook a pancake with the oil from the box .... very disappointed

Had problems a few years ago with the service from this branch of Dominos, but the service has improved considerably. Good quality pizza and great quality ingredients. I will use them again.

Usually very good and have no complaints but I ordered a pizza on the 26th of may but had it cancelled as they had no delivery drivers. I’ve now waited 7 working days and counting for my refund. Me and my girlfriend order once a week together as a treat but am disappointed by the fact I am having to wait so long for my refund apart from this I don’t have any issues and enjoy the pizza

Always poor service and usually cold by the time it gets to you. The one in barrack Road is definitely the better option if you have both.

Often visit this dominos as it is my local take away pizza chain. They always provide great tasting pizza and amazing sweet treats. The time in which they make the food is quick and the staff are also friendly. I would choose this chain over any other at the moment. But pineapple does not belong on pizza so I won’t be ordering that anytime soon!

Absolutely awful service this evening, took 1 hour 30 minutes for one pizza. This was after being told 4 times the driver was 5 minutes away. Hopefully I receive a refund for this. Ridiculous amount of time to deliver 0.9 miles down the road. Will never order from here again.

We had a fantastic dinner here for 4. A pizza is perfect baked, if you try the double decker base, is fantastic. Two layer of wrap with liquid cheesebetween them. Perfect. All fresh and tastes delicious. Many sides are available as chickens, potatoes wedges, garlic bread,twisted dough balls, or cookies, the new italiano range is even better.

What can I say, its dominoes pizza, either you love it or hate it. The parking when collecting is a bit rubbish but they do offer delivery but unfortunately not to my area!

It's a Domino's. You will get the same pizza here as at any other Domino's. That's fine from time to time, but personally I would rather use an independent shop if at all possible. Why would you want to eat exactly the same thing every meal?

Good pizza the Texas BBQ was really nice.

Thought I'd try them since they are closest, and the order was delivered in about 20 minutes after the phone call, and the pizzas were perfect and hot. Update after 2 months 25/5/2014: We've tried them 3x since, and the last 2 orders have been a bit slack. Plus my son, who reacts to colourings by getting itchy, has coincidentally been getting itchy each time - it may not be related, but my wife won't allow another order. By contrast, we have also used the Dominos in Poole a few times, and he has never gotten itchy from their pizza, plus, it's always perfect.

After an hour wait the pizza arrived... It was disappointing. Looks like they were low on cheese and overcooked.. Oh but the other pizza is not cooked enough half is still just raw dough.
