Arrived at 20.50 on 12 March 25 and told the restraunt is ' closing early' and could only take out, there was a few people still sitting on the restaurant and not inna hurry to leave .. even though website and door says 11 pm. Cant rate food, though explanation wouod have been good...Now sitting in McDonalds down the road at 21.05.

Haven't had one from here for a long time, was very nice and yummy and the service was good

Was served by a friendly young man who was so helpful with my order and the food was lovely and hot and tasty. The fries are much nicer than Macdonald. The staff mostly always seem friendly and helpful.

There is a reason why McDonald's is 50 x busier than a BK, and its not the food. The price and the service is so poor in comparison. I cannot believe that people in a BK don't know how a McDonalds service is so superior but they clearly want the easy life. BK burgers are far better than a MacDs but they are also more expensive.

Food was Luke warm, expensive for what you get. Restaurant was grubby as was the drink dispenser area. It'll be a while before I go to a Burger King again.

I first went to this Burger King just after it opened, and frankly, it was awful. However, I have just given it another go and ordered a Whopper Meal. Hot delicious and the way Burger King should be. I'm a fan of McDonald's when I do have a burger, but this is now a very attractive alternative. Well Done very much improved in all aspects. Clean good food served promptly and better staff interaction.

Service was good when booking online but make sure you check your order when you pick it up they missed a item from mine and it's too late when you have driven home

Don’t use the drive through they always forget your order twice I’ve drove off with chips missing this evening was a while kids meal and 4 portions of fries needles to say I won’t be returning no wonder McDonald’s is always rammed only 20 seconds away!

I've eaten BK burgers in many places over the years but this one was really good. You know what you hope for at a BK but they so often fall short of that enticing photo on the menu. This one was great, all very freshly cooked and hot, fries done just right. I'm glad we made the short drive to Christchurch rather than the easy option of the one next to our Travelodge in Bournemouth which has rather lower ratings in reviews.

Turned up here for a burger meal. There wasn't anyone behind the counter!. I shouted but no response waited a few minutes then left. Sale lots to a competitor up the road as they have staff to serve customers.

Visited drive through! Plant based whopper stuffed at bottom of bag and burnt!!! All meat items on top! Not burnt thankfully!

Rude service! Was told they charge 30p for a tiny pot of mayonnaise!! No other burger I’ve eaten in charges for mayonnaise!! Food was cold and whopper looked like it had been sat on!! Worst Burger King I’ve been to

The food was the worst I’ve ever tried to Eat!! The service was awful!! The young lady that served me couldn’t even be bothered to even put a false smile on. I left extremely disappointed as this is the first time I’ve ever ordered from Burger King, I’ve completely wasted a good £10 that I’ve worked really hard for! Total disappointment don’t bother

A very clean and tidy place to eat in,and staff so helpful.

Staff were nice but the food was poor. Fried clearly old and had been sat around. Onion rings borderline inedible. Cheeseburger was overcooked, dry and cool. The whopper was ok, which was the only thing that stopped me taking the whole lot back. It’s clear why this place is usually pretty empty, and the mcd’s up the road is queuing out in to the road. Shame, cos a good BK is hard to beat.

Fries not hot but warm. The burger bun was not stale but definitely not fresh. Slightly crumbly and dry. Not the best Ordering not easy either. Won’t be back for sometime!

Nice new Burger King but very unhelpful and rude staff. Don't understand why as there were not many people here. I won't bother to come back. Burger Kings in Bournemouth and Salisbury that I have used for years do not have staff like this. Thank you.

Standard branch of the massive chain. Never seen this one that busy. Right next to the retail park and a drive through Costa.

Food has markedly decreased in quality and quantity since i last got a burger king. Fries weren't crispy and the buns are dry. No wonder it was almost empty at lunchtime in the school holidays. Won't be getting a BK again.

Modern building of this popular chain. Assorted seating, feel new. During our visit the tables and floor were dirty, which was a shame as the restaurant would be attractive otherwise. The food was excellent but marked down as the self-service drink machines had very little choice as more than 80% of the choices weren't available - sadly this seems often for many Burger King outlets.

I went into Burger King and the staff were very helpful and friendly despite it being busy. The self serve kiosks screens make ordering quick and easy. I received my food after a short wait and it was fresh and delicious, by far the best fast food place Around. Would definitely recommend and will be excited to return for some more food.

Have been here before and food was nice, but the self service machine didn't work then or this time - all goes through right until the end then says it hasn't! The food this time though was not as nice - my burger was burnt all round the edges - I did not enjoy it and won't be rushing back anytime time soon. Lovely and quiet at least.

Ordered and paid for the meal on line. At collection point the two milkshakes ordered were not given as it was explained the machine was not working. As I cannot drink fizzy drinks, the only substitute was water or Capri sun orange drink. Not really the equivalent of a milkshake. No refund was offered, just a tiny 72g tub of ice cream. Very disappointed as the food was Luke warm and chips dry…..definitely need a drink with this meal and did not enjoy it. There needs to be some kind of notification at the time of choosing the branch when ordering unavailable items. Won’t go there again as not the first disappointment at this branch.

Good selection of food, well cooked, quickly served with friendly and helpful staff. Frequently eat at Burger King and have never had bad food or service.

I went to Burger King yesterday and the experience was amazing the staff was polite and they helped us with everything we needed the food was hot and fresh, totally recommend for anyone that is interested in trying some Burgers.

We drove to the Burger King, parked, ordered our food on the big screen, waited for it to be put in front of us, then we took it to a table where we ate and drank our purchase. Service didn’t feature that day. We did everything except cook it. The restaurant was empty when we visited, so no atmosphere.

I love me a burger king dude/dudettes...but this came out turbo hot and pretty quick ..so as far as I can tell its better than most BKs.

Food cold and to top it all I was told that's because I ordered it 10 minutes ago. Might of ordered it 10 minutes ago but you only gave it to me at the table just now. By the time I finished my chips the burger was cold. How hard is it to make a hot burger. Not recommended. About as cold as McDonald's

Burger king do burgers, which are fine, better that maccies in my opinion, but it's let down by the cost. Should a burger, fries and a milk shake cost 16 quid?

I enjoyed my burger. It was easy to order on the screen, and it was pretty quick after that!

In such a busy area, it seems people forget it's here. Place is practically empty when we visit but staff are always helpful.

Hot food, quick service, clean restaurant

I had 2 Whopper meals and a cheese burger which took a while to process. The self service machines were not processing orders. The chips were cold as was my whopper, and an hour after I had eaten it I was violently sick. I can only assume the burgers had been lying around and reheated. All in all, a pretty disgusting experience.

I ordered and was greeted with attitude from Madi which I ignored as we all have bad days.I then proceeded to pickup my food from the window and there was a red hair in my cold chips i politely asked for another portion to which I got a response of “that’s your hair” (I am ginger not red) I am not satisfied and do not recommend going to somerford Burger King

Atmosphere could be improved with a little music and also quite pads on bottom of chairs as make a terrible loud noise when moved on tiled floor. Food is tasty and fresh, milkshakes great and thick. Much better than McD's.

Well burger king you've upped your game and far superior to the rest , well done ,the new limited burgers and loaded fries are excellent.

Ordered the chimychurri burger and had no sauce. Just patty's and cheese. Obviously I got home and couldn't be bothered to drive back to argue it out but still I was the only one in the drive through. Bonkers how you can employ kids that can't read, and this is the future... we're doomed. Sort it out for the sake of others cause I'm not going back to any burger king....in fact it should be called burger we might get it right if we feel like it. Shocker.

Food was nice, I visited on the evening of Monday 13/11/23 the female cashier called my number out for me to collect and I said hey, thank you and smiled and she stared straight at me with the most miserable expression and didn't say a word, full eye contact given before just walking back into the kitchen. I felt so awkward I went and ate my food in the car. It was bizarre as she had no problem laughing and joking around in the kitchen prior to serving me. This was the worst experience of customer service in a fast food venue I have received. I don't think I will be inclined to use this venue again.

It's a standard BK with a drivethrough. The kitchen is in view and appears clean. The indoor tables were clean. Unlike some BKs, this one does milk shakes, which are very good. Parking right outside including disabled spaces

The place was virtually empty and absolutely no atmosphere. Service was reasonable but considering we were the only customers, quite slow. I was a great lover of burger king in the past but the quality and flavour of the food was really bad. Will not be back. Should have gone to McDonalds.

Closes early all the time. Don't say your open until 11pm if your gunnah shut early.

Waited nearly 10 minutes at the drive through when the whole place was empty!! And now today putting up that your place is open I drive 20 minutes to find out you have a fault that you don’t even know what it is!! Sort it out

Semi cold chilli bites like they have been sat there for hours and to make it worse i was missing one!. Burger half out of the wrapping and squashed like a pancake.

I was the only customer, there was no one else besides me. I had to wait 10 minutes for my complete order. When I got my coffee, the burger and fries were already cold. Now i understand why there is no customers here. Avoid.
