McDonald's in Christchurch

Cold!!! The food is always cold. Whether u order via drive through go in store or order on just eat, the food is always cold. My daughter always orders a fillet of fish and as they cook this fresh that is the only hot item. Burgers usually cold, chips always cold. You can always rely on them to be disappointing. Why do I go! Because my daughter loves a maccy d's. And for some reason kids don't care about cold food!!!!!!

Ordered a load of hash browns in plenty of time on the app. Made it inside the drive in with a couple of minutes to spare. Unfortunately, there was a hold up in the traffic so when I made it to the booth, they refused to honour the order (it was 11.04). They admit that there was a 20mn delay due to “kitchen issues”. By then I was stuck in a static queue of traffic with no way out. Took over 20mn to get out of there because they weren’t making use of the parking bays. Never again!

Appalling. Can’t process a simple order. Two Big Mac meals and no chips turned up. It’s on the order, on the bag, on the system. How does this sort of mistake happen? Shameful

The worst branch I’ve been to, was made to wait 30mins for my order and still had missing items when I received it, then wait a further 20 minutes to get the rest of it, asked for the manager who’s called geo, very rude man and I wouldn’t go there if I were you

Tried to call them about the terrible service my daughter received, but they wouldn’t answer the phone. Says it all…😡😡😡 Apparently it’s ok then to shout at children and call them liars when they make staff aware that that haven’t received their order in full!
