Costa Coffee in Christchurch

Went to Costa to get a coffee for me and my partner through the drive through. Sat in the queue for about 5 minutes until we got to the speaker to order we sat there for several minutes and no one said anything so we continued on to the window. At the window the girl serving said that we didn’t order at the speaker so would have to go back round. So after waiting for 10 minutes in total to be told that we left. Won’t be going back through there.

Booked a click and collect got my coffee but was met with bad attitude and service from staff as I had a genuine mistake as I didn’t know it’s only drive thru only after 7pm doesn’t state this on google or on the app so when I thought they closed at 8pm I turned up before and couldn’t get in so had to go to the drive thru hatch and explained what happened and just got moaned at

Never any croissants !! No matter when you arrive always get told sorry they are in the oven. But I will say staff are always polite and it’s the cleanest Costa around.

Staff are so friendly, polite and courteous they really go above and beyond. Always have food options in stock even towards at end of the day. Great Vegan options. I've been many times now both drive-through and sat in purely because they are fantastic here. Would highly recommend it. Cannot fault them.

I know it’s only a drive through, but.,. Friendly greeting and extremely courteous and polite baristas and staff. Staff make all the difference and these did, I’d go as far to say made the coffee taste better. Keep up the good work!
