We were at he grove park and it was extremely quiet and the cafe was empty. The weather started to get bad and raining so I took myself and the children I had into the cafe quickly just for some shelter. Immediately we were told to leave as we weren’t customers before I even had a chance to think about buying anything. The lady was extremely rude and raised her voice at us to leave despite the fact it was tipping with rain. When I asked if we could just wait til rain stopped she said no leave now. Service was awful and she didn’t even give us a chance to buy anything so how could we be customers. The lack of humanity was just awful.
Revived wrong order then got told we would get the correct order sent out. After waiting another hours called the shop to be told they were not sending are food. And I would have to contact just eat for a refund. Do not recommend
Horrendous experience I became severely ill for three days after eating the chicken from this place in November. They then ignored my complaint email for weeks, did not refund me or offer any kind of acknowledgement despite this chicken being the ONLY thing I consumed that could have given me food poisoning, and it had a very strange taste/ texture when I ate it. I have since learned dominos source their chicken from Thailand (probably to cut costs) which I’m sure is not raised to the same welfare standards as in the UK. I then got an email weeks later denying any wrongdoing with zero sympathy for my situation and felt as if I was being accused of making it up. Appalling and disgusting customer service and as a result of this I am boycotting dominos FOREVER. AVOID!!!!!
I.was missing three items from my order and still have not had a refund. This is not good business. I asked the delivery driver if there was another bag and he said no so I knew i was missing food.

I strongly suspect Dominos gave me a contaminated pizza, that resulting in my young children having an allergic reaction to eating it, but Dominos were unconcerned.
My family have been buying pizza from this store for many years, without incident. However, I recently got a pizza the caused my 2 young children to cry, reporting pain to their lips and around their mouth. Their skin started to go red and they developed a rash on the faces. We stopped them eating the pizza and washed their mouths/faces with cold water. This reduced some of the pain and itching, so they were able to sleep it off.
I reported the situation to Dominos straight away. After chasing them several times, I received a generic response, a list of the expected ingredients, nothing else. This shows to me that Dominos are not concerned that that particular product had the reaction it did.
I believe a Dominos employee intentionally or unintentionally added something to the pizza that was not meant to be there, possible something spicy (like chilli oil). And, rather than preparing an untainted replacement, they gave me the contaminated pizza, resulting in my young children crying in pain.... but, most disappointingly, Dominos have not demonstrated any concern about the impact they had.
So, my whole family have now stopped buying Dominos pizza, because we can't risk our kids (or anyone else) having a similar reaction when eating their pizza.

The worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Stuff is very unfriendly and they are mixing orders/ giving partial orders, they seem like they are confused all the time. No effort to help costumers who are unable to carry their orders due to injuries. Never going back to this place!!
