I've been waiting so long but it's worth it!

Prompt and accurate service, more than willing to resolve any problems, food is always brilliant also, I will continue to use them as I have done for years.

Missed Toppings, wrong sauce on the pizza base at least it arrived on time and the delivery person was nice enough

Ordered 4 large pizzas for delivery when they didn't arrive I called and was told they had no drivers so I went to collect myself. When I arrived the staff were very rude and had a right attitude, I asked for a part refund to be rudely told that I was not entitled as I had collected them!!!

Very rude and doesn't cater for food allergies when it's on delivery they told me to pick the food I am allergic to off and that they can't make the half and half pizza on the app as they say it's not on it so if someone has an anathalatic shock or ends up dead or hospitalized because of this the can end up being sued

Sorted me and 2 mates out who hadn't eaten for 24 hours, with some posh cheese on toast, chicken, fries, and a few freebies.

Food was ok. Staff are very rude and lack communication skills.

As good as any other domino’s but a bit slow and the food court was dirty and not regularly cleaned. Tissue and left food from customers. Slow service and dirty store is a reason to never go back. I walked straight out.

Went to order a pizza tonight women is the slowest person on this planet I could have drove there quicker ….. she took my order all my bank details they said sorry I don’t know how to use the card machine and then said she wa the manager …. Insane!

Gave Dominos Pizza Hengrove a 3 stars only for the good food and pizza's, apart from that the issue is the way they changed payment to online only, to be absolutely honest with them they need to put payments back to cash and card contactless payment because with all the fraud and scams going on with online services etc online transactions on the website/app or by phone sharing personal data with 3rd parties i will never trust!! I bet there's more who prefer to pay by cash or card over the counter so they need to bring that type of payment back then they'll be a 5 stars rating or they'll lose customers if they don't due to people taking online personal data risks!

Order online for a collection which was really fast, will order again for collection as it is a lot quicker then getting it delivered

It's a nice little place, great food and great prices.. what I will say is the staff he has been amazing.

I took advantage of the 50% offer and we ordered 2 pizzas. Both had very little topping and a lot of tomatoe base. Very sickly. They must of took 50% off the topping. Never again

My son bought me a pizza from domino's which was nice as always

Notified through the app that my order was ready for collection only for me to arrive and have staff look at me waiting and blank me for a couple of minutes and then say that it will be ready in a minute only for them to take my name off the screen. I watched them put one of my pizzas in the oven while I was waiting. Not really pleased

Surreal experience. Ordered three pizzas. They made just two and told us the third was on its way. They kept telling us the third was on its way. FOR OVER AN HOUR! They had made a mistake apparently. No one was making it.

Words can’t even describe how terrible Hengrove dominoes service is.

Fast delivery and good pizza A little pricey but worth it App is a little buggy said my food was delivered but it wasnt It did come about 10 mins later though

What can I say Domino's is over priced we all know that lol Our experience at this Domino's was really good. They were very busy but even so we didn't have to wait to long for our order and the lady making the pizza basses even put on a bit of a show for my children. They love the fact you can watch them making the pizza's.

I made an online order this evening and I accidentally entered one of the pizzas incorrectly. I rang the store and they kindly agreed to remake my pizza for me despite the fault being my own. Brilliant customer service - Thankyou.

Ordered via the Dominos app. Food ready in exactly the time quoted and piping hot. Only criticism is that the pizzas were not evenly sliced - some enormous pieces and some very small!!

Place is an absolute joke got my order wrong twice

Ordered pizza & wedges- delivery scheduled within the hour. Called after the delivery slot, no trace of my order, the guy was going to look into this and get back to me. 15mins no call back, re-called to be told my food would be with me in around 20mins. 30 minutes later still no delivery. Recalled to cancel and request a refund, was told that the manager would have to call me back, that was two days ago. Still no call back and money taken from my account!

Extremely poor service, delivery didn't arrive twice then found delivery driver eating my pizza down the street! Dominos said I would be refunded later! Opened a case with PayPal who refunded straight away

Very long waiting times at 3pm on Sunday. Staff not welcoming and looking not interested. I almost apologised for interrupting them by handing over my money.

Ordered pizza 2 hours later no pizza it had been out for delivery for 1 hour. When I rang they recognised the number and hung up, then when I got through and spoke to manager he gave me a refund with no argument, but it will take 2-4 days to refund the money They only had one driver.!!!! If you don’t have the drivers don’t take the orders

Worst dominoes by far, don't answer their phones, late delivery and awful customer service

Order pizza took 1 hour to delivered. COLD PIZZA burnt. And missing foods. When mentioned to driver he said he will get me missing item. Tried to call them so many time did not answered. VERY BAD service.

I don’t think I’ve ever found ordering a meal so painful. From waiting 2-3 hours to having to complain 3 times for one order being wrong and have 3 separate deliveries for a pizza, side, drinks and ice cream considering it was all ordered online the only reason for the issues was all down to human error. Won’t ever use again and unless ordering for collection DONT USE DELIVERY! Awful.

My pizza was made and delivered by Louise. She was an absolute star and I appreciate her service 🙂

Terrible customer service & experience again. Ordered our food at 8pm. 10:30pm came & still no food or response. (Rang the store 4 times). I finally got through to them on the 5th attempt at 10:45pm, to then be told they only have one driver & it will be even longer to wait for the delivery. Practically begging me to come pick the food up. Normally i would cancel & that would be it. But, my 8 year old just got home from football & was far to late too cook. They should have not been taking orders when they knew they couldn’t keep up with everything. Even a simple call would of helped as i would of went & got it. The food was freezing cold where its been under the heaters since 8:45 (the app said it was ready). For food that is expensive to start with, just tipped the scales when the food was freezing, wrong items also such as drinks & spice wings instead of regular. Even if it was hot, it was still incorrect. Very poor communication & all round service. Will be having a full refund due to the many issues noted.

Ordered for delivery at 21:15, it's now 11pm and the tracker still shows "Quality check". I live locally so they don't exactly need to come far. Tried calling the store multiple times to cancel and nobody answers. Avoid this place, and find somewhere else.

Been waiting 2 1/2 hours still no pizza despite saying pout for delivery

1hr and 40 mins since ordering and food still not here. Called Hengrove restaurant multiple times just to cancel the order and they don't pick up the phone. Husband went to the restaurant and they said they're too busy to answer the phone - he watched them ignore the phone ringing while he waited for them to remake our order. Found time to go on their own mobile though 🤷🏼‍♀️ Feel bad for the other customer orders lined up on the side next to where ours had been waiting for an hour. Wont be ordering from them again.

Ordered over an hour ago on the app and it still says preparing, have tried phoning and no answer, quite concerning considering they close in 20 minutes. This is not acceptable never had issues ording from different stores before. Will be getting my money back!

Ordered pizza and sides to be delivered to my house. Driver called and said that ce cannot see the address and drove off. Don't know where he was, definitely not where he should have been. I have looked at the track on Dominos website and it said that order was delivered, but it was not. Still waiting for my order to arrive on Wroughton drive one hour later. Disgrace and you are charging for deliveries.

Corporate mumbled a few apologies and refunded it, but didn’t address any safety concerns about keeping “hot” and “chilled” food at an ambient temperature for this long and the serving them up! Then they just went quiet. Bit like Bojo taking things “seriously”.

Terrible customer service, 10 staff working and not one of them acknowledged me ,totally ignored me as I was waiting to be served, I had to ask if I could be served,

I ordee domino's pizza at 21:15. It hasn't arrived so I called them at 21:30 they said that it was out for delivery and it still hasn't arrived. It Is 22:15 and it hasn't arrived still waiting. So please don't expect delivery from domino's on time.

Don’t even bother ordering !!!!! It will never arrive (has happened to me 3 times) or will arrive over 2 hours late !!! (has happened to me countless times). not sure how this franchise is even still open.

Normally ok but over 80 minutes tonight to get our food and it was cold and greasy. Also we ordered 2 garlic breads, one was very cheesy the other had next to none. The cheese rolls seemed to be dipped in garlic too.

Best on in South Bristol. Stay away from Bedminster. I drive here .

It took about 50 min to get a pizza! The person that took my order forgot to put it on the system and despite we are waiting the whole time in front of her they just noticed that 40 min later! that was when we went to ask about why it was taking so long and why people that came after us were receiving their pizzas before us.

I was actually visiting the NHS Covid walk in test centre

We ordered from Domino's tonight as a treat and the entire experience has been pathetic. 1. Domino's all over their website claim contactless delivery but when the driver arrived he made ZERO attempt to deliver the pizza, he just rung me and told me a lie saying he wasn't allowed to enter due to Covid, despite multiple other Domino's drivers delivering to my door. When I then met him he handed the boxes to me in a non contactless fashion in direct contradiction to their advertising while stating "yeah, lots of people complain" 2. Missing items, we were missing dips with our pizza's despite this very quote from their website "Don't forget that with every Large, Medium or Small Domino's pizza, you'll get a free Garlic & Herb Dip on the side, so you can drizzle (or dunk) to your heart's content." The garlic and cheese pizza bread only contained cheese on half of it with the other half being bare. 3. Cold pizza, both pizzas were cold not even luke warm but full blown cold despite the store being 0.9 miles away and a 3 minute drive, there is no excuse for it being as cold as it was. 4. Lack of slices, one of the Pizza's had ZERO slices cut into it, it had been thrown into the box, sauce and toppings sticking to the side and just ignored, a minor gripe but with all other issues, one that adds to the sheer annoyance. 5. Communication, once the pizza arrived I tried to ring the store 6 times and each time no one answered the phone to even sort out my issue so we ended up just throwing them in the bin and getting a different delivery and will get a refund. Overall pathetic service.

I will never use Domino's pizza ever again. Visited November 2020 while staying at the nearby Premier Inn, it is about 2 minutes from the hotel on foot. I ordered 2 pizzas which cost over £20 via the internet, it told me they were ready for collection but when I got there one of them wasn't ready and I had to wait more than 5 minutes outside until they called me in. When I got back to the hotel the pizzas were cold and I would say not cooked properly, worst pizza I have ever eaten. A day later they sent me a customer experience email which I replied to, on it it asked if all the staff were wearing masks, you might assume from that the policy is they should all wear masks but most of them didn't wear a mask. Don't go here it's awful, utterly dreadful.

Ordered pizza at 22.55pm by 23.45pm nothing so rings them claims the driver knock my door when he didn't even knock my door disgusting service!

Tonight my family and I decided to have a treat and order domino's, when it turn up one of the pizza looked like it had been dropped and it was not looking like a pizza, so we called them and got told they would replace the mashed up pizza, and was told to get rid of it. Next we have a phone call saying that they want it back, a lengthy call later telling them what was on the pizza (2 times or more) they have said they would replace it so now 2 people has eaten and 2 haven't as we have to wait 30mins+. Not sure if we would spend money there again.

Cold not fresh horriable worst ever

Really disappointed with our pizzas. We don't live a million miles away from the shop but just get like getting a delivery. The pizzas came cold and didn't look. I ordered a BBQ pizza and a veggie pizza. I think they may have forgotten to add the BBQ sauce. Even under current circumstances I still expect a pizza to arrive hot if nothing else. Definitely go elsewhere if you fancy a cheeky takeout pizza.
