The best restaurants in Frome Vale Bristol, City of South West

I absolutelyncherish C#1 as my haven of relaxation!

It's been converted into residential premises and is CLOSED FOREVER. They never made much effort with the customer counter anyway, but it's a shame the premises didn't go to a business who did want to run a public facing bakery at this location.

Ordered lots to share and we’ve had a few takeaways before but wanted something different so we tried Hot Dog King. I heard reviews about possible long delivery so ordered early but it came perfectly on time so that was a great start. Now the food, start with the sides the dirty fries we amazing still crispy and topped with a generous amount of toppings. The cheese o’s and Mac n cheese bites were both again still crispy and thick pieces meaning big portions and lots of cheese. We also had the bbq nachos and the Mexican corn both of which were delicious. Now the dogs… we had three to share and omg they were all amazing, juicy firm hotdogs with great topping and amazing flavour combinations and they live up to the name of jumbo. We finished of with some of their milkshakes which we thick and tasted great. If I could give more stars I would, will definitely be ordering again.

Lovely traditional pub, very affordable considering it's location and the food is very good and affordable. I always have nice time also good music live or not live. Beautiful large garden. One of my favourite pubs in the area. Staff always friendly!

What a weird place it's totally bleak and empty and they can't serve you the food you want... Never been to a takeaway away that can't give me a cheese burger. I don't understand what their business does. They don't have food. They have preset non fresh food that's super over priced. I only wanted a cheese 🍔 they insisted on adding bacon and other things. I didn't want bacon but there was no option for a normal cheese burger. I literally don't understand what they do.

Excellent Service Excellent Food

Our local and a great Fishponds staple. Since this change hands it’s upped its game and has a bigger ale and craft beer range. Good is better too. Pizzas are the best I’ve had in Bristol with quite a few vegetarian options. Staff are friendly and pipes are kept clean: they weren’t previously. Large beer gardens at front and back.

Lovely clean and fresh looking restaurant. Great friendly service. Food was delicious and reasonably priced for the quality and quantity. Highly recommend.

Price is higher than quality and price. £3.50 for small chips which is smaller than McDonald 👎🏻👎🏻

This was by far the best curry I’ve had in ages, the prawns were lovely and fresh and tasted to perfection and the naan was freshly made the day before. I would recommend highly.
