All staff were very polite and helpful, especially the barman Lee. The food was absolutely on point, hot and absolute perfection. The atmosphere was perfect for a catch up with the girls. We will certainly be back

04.09.24 What is happening at Snuff Mills Harvester? Quiet night, but we waited for over 40 mins for our starters and a further 30 mins main course. Salad cart was mediocre to say the least, and many of the salad tubs were empty. When our main course arrived it was luke warm - we didn't have the bravery to ask for it to be warmed up as we did not want to risk waiting another 30 mins. Staff were obviously not busy and sullen. Unfortunately the food quality has been similar on the last three occasions so this is not a blip....we did send our food back last time but we had time to wait....we have been desperately hoping this restaurant would show the quality it used to be...but unfortunately this is not the case.... goodbye Harvesters.... from customers that have frequented your restaurant for over 15 years.

It was amazing and the food was great annd love seeing the fish and David food was brilliant and the way I like it. Be back again

Very helpful staff, we were early and managed to seat us. Our server ziva was brilliant helpful and attentive. The kids were offered the chance to feed the fish which they loved. Food was excellent, absolutely love the kicking garlic sauce. Well done snuff mills looks like you have a great team there now as in the past it’s not been all that service wise. Will definitely be back

Had a lovely family meal with our server Ziva who was friendly and attentive. We were moved tables as requested by a member of management and I was greatful for that as well. Lovely food, great atmosphere and will be returning again soon. Thankyou

Our meal reignited our love for Harvester. this is a great restaurant and the service was outstanding - thank you Kate. As is often the case, elements of the food left a little bit to be desired (requiring some hydration with butter or sauce), but the experience made up for this.

Me and my dad went the other day for dinner and the food was delicious no issues at all. Our waitress Kate was lovely, so friendly and welcoming, made our visit even more enjoyable.

We had breakfast en route to Cornwall. It was ok, as expected.

Excellent service Erin was a lovely lady and there was no waiting around she checked on us often even though she was busy , more than most places would do which was nice to see . Definitely a friendly lady ! Credits to her for still being happy and kind considering it was her 6th day in a row . Food was amazing aswel

Erin looked after me and my family at Snuff Mills Harvester on 18th August 2024. Erin was incredibly friendly and attentive and made our lunch very enjoyable. All in all a great visit.

Me and my partner came here tonight and the food was lovely but only one thing I would say is the service to our table was not very good and our waitress did only appear once when we ordered our food off the menu. We really enjoyed our meal but we wanted to order desserts and coffees but our waitress did not come to table again we kept waiting and waiting and we were waiting for 30 minutes we got very fed up of waiting. So we had to ask aother waitress for omml

Very good, enjoyed most of the food, the female server was very bubbly. One thing the chef needs to learn is how to cook a jacket potato as these were burnt and couldnt cut the skin with the knife

Wr had a lovely family meal. There was 16 of us and was looked after so well. Only issue would be to please bring the childrens food out first. The 18 month olds food was last to come out. But that is tiny issue. We where looked after so well and food was good as alwaydls. Thank u

Went with a famiy of ten to celebrate my grandaughters birthday. The waitress was lovely. The service a little slow but we were happy as drinks were served and we were enjoying ourselves My low points were because my salmon was a rather small portion and sadly dry and over cooked. Rather than a sweet I chose a latte coffee. Again it was poor. It was weak and watery. But we had a good time. Would I go again, probably not.

Great place. Great big pond in the middle which is a cool addition I guess. Waiters are so happy and cheerful and lovely. Food was good. Burger slightly dry but good overall.

me & my boyfriend went for a few drinks & was astounded by the service. emily, amy & georgia were particularly incredible. we were served extremely quick & every need was attended to. they all were very chatty & made us feel exceptionally comfortable. the drinks were devine & just how we wanted them. thank you amy, emily & georgia for the service, we will be back !!!

We’re new to Harvester but will come again. Kate was a delight and guided us through the menu with a big😋 smile.

The meal was probably one of the worst I've ever had, the meat was overcooked the fries were undercooked and cold and all the veg was cold the onion things were late coming out and so hard you couldn't eat them, waitress staff were very good.

Everything from food to service was brilliant. A massive thank you to Kate who was amazing, she is a very bubbly lady and is an asset to your company, she deserves a raise!

Food presentation could be SO much better but its edible and tasted okay which is what matters. Atmosphere is lovely, we were sat by the indoor river/fish pond. The staff are nice but we came in when it wasnt so busy but they took their time attending to us.

Had the 83 combo this evening, food was cooked well. Salad bar was a little tired but ok. Served by Kate who gets 110% for effort and service.

Celebrated my and my nieces birthday. Meal was lovely, I do have some intolerance to some foods and when I asked to remove them it got awkward.

Unusually for me I am writing about a restaurant that is not dog friendly. Food not too bad although there isn't a huge amount of vegetarian choices on the menu. I went there with my son and his family for a birthday meal.Had a special birthday dessert

I haven't been here for years and years. It was amazing. The rotisserie chicken was so succulent. The ribs were so gorgeous, the meat just fell off the bone. They were very accommodating and let my daughter feed the fish at the end of the night. Just amazing.

We just had been on harvester tonight the foods was lovely and I would saving how lovely the service we had from Kate waiter she’s very polite , good humour, I never had anywhere’s I had been to eating out so marvellous service how we had with Kate 5 star service 😍

Severely disappointed 😞 food was dreadful, chicken was dry, corn on the cob had no flavour and looked off, gravy... unsure if it was! Mash, well smash for sure... service, what service?! Salad bar... coleslaw that had been there for god knows how long and won't even mention the lettuce...Such a shame as the place itself was lovely apart from the cleanliness of the staff station, the bin was disgusting on the outside i dread to think of the inside and right in front of customers tables, even the dustpan looked like it had never been cleaned... when finishing our drinks outside we started to realise why, staff sitting outside smoking and chatting about the staff 'do' they'd had the night before and how drunk they had been, obviously they were all hungover and miserable, £17+ for something i could do with my eyes closed 100% better...very unprofessional and generally awful!!!

Went here for a meal as a table of 8 and the food was amazing and Kate was lovely very good service, very friendly

I had the mix grill and it was gurt lush.

Food was avredge I had a stake witch came out poorly cooked and we had to ask for the check repeatedly.

Our host Kate has been fantastic tonight and the food was lovely.

Our waiter/waitress/waitthem was a little slow returning with drinks etc , this was due to them having to visibly finish conversations with colleagues first.
