My food turnt up an hour after making the order and it turns up cold and sweaty

My mini chicken fillet burger is missing

where is my order??? I haven't found my order. did you deliver to the wrong building? This order was meant to be delivered to Emersons Green hospital Bristol BS16 7FH

Chips were awful, black and pitted in various places, should really be checked before serving to customers, had to throw away around half of them.

It is the company’s responsibility when they give the orders to Uber drivers to check their phones and see if the people are legit. The amount of times it’s been people working illegally, who eat the food and then give you someone else’s order. It is KFCS responsibility to check who they are giving the order to. The Uber drivers pretend they are women on the app and turn up as men who have eaten some of your food or just give you the wrong thing. When you ring kfc and explain they need to be checking the drivers numbers they are so rude, it’s your responsibility because it is in your hands up until the point you give the food away. Disgusting to be giving it to so many people that are doing it illegitimately. To also be told on the phone it’s Ubers problem and they will carry out the refund. Who gave the food to the Uber driver? KFC DID, you ask them for the order number and you check their phone to see if it matches up with them. 9 times out of 10 it’s people illegally working and posing as someone else on the app. Sometimes the food will never show. So yes that is completely kfcs responsibility on who they give your orders to. It’s a joke.

Food was stone cold the driver was at the wrong address was standing at my front door 10 minutes whilst he was trying to find my house

We called kfc who confirm driver for just eat collected the food. The driver decided to keep our order and never tried to deliver it.

The overall cost is way too expensive for what I ordered. Pay an additional £3 in service charge and delivery is not worth it. Will not be using Just Eat again!

Don’t order from the fishponds branch! Ordered food, price went up for delivery then a delivery fee on top again! When it arrived half the order was missing, called the branch and was told it was all in the bag when I said it wasn’t they told me they believed they’re staff and I was wrong and I was told to call deliveroo and they would refund me. When I told them it was there mess up and not deliveroo that messed the order up he basically called me a liar!! Funny how they didn’t call me a liar when I stormed through the door and demanded a fresh order. Won’t be using again! The branch should be closed down

My food stated it was delivered on the app and when I contacted kfc fishponds to ask if the delivery driver had picked up the food, they said they couldn’t help me, I had explained all I wanted to know if my food was still at kfc. The person on the phone with me didn’t know what to say and I heard him ask someone in the back ground and thier reply was it’s just eats problem and told him to hang up the phone.

You guys have miss half of our order out and won’t resend out out what they have miss and yelled us that we have to pay for it all over again to get our half of order I will never order from this KFC again.

Absolutely disgusting service, completely unhelpful. £36 spent on food to be delivered via JustEat, the order appeared as ‘Delivered’ but was not actually delivered. I spoke to KFC Fishponds over the phone regarding this issue, I asked them if my food had been sent out or if it was still waiting to be collected, I gave my order number and they were incapable of carrying out such a basic request, the person on the phone asked a colleague what to do who then told them ‘it’s JustEats problem, just hang up the phone’. Absolutely vile customer service and no respect.

I specifically added to my order no legs please (as can be seen in my note) yet 5 of the 6 pieces of chicken were scrawny legs (I took a photo in disbelief as this was totally opposite to what I asked for), The reason behind no legs was that chicken pieces were being shared amongst 2 children and I would have picked the chicken bits off for them, they now have to share the 1 whole piece of chicken, Not impressed, sorry.

Ordered a delivery and half the order was missing. Contacted the support number who gave a refund - which can take up to 15 days. All still hungry and don't want to risk re-ordering. Annoyingly we only chose the delivery option to get the 8 free fillets (not actually free as you have to pay £4 delivery fee!)

Everytime we order 2 fillet burgers for some reason they only send us one? happened a few times now. So please refund for the missing one. Aside from that, the chicken was beautifully cooked (as always), lovely and hot food when it arrived too. We usually order from here when the kids are staying as they thoroughly enjoy it and did again (except for me who went without because my fillet burger didn't arrive) The fries are gorgeous, love the flavour of the new signature fries, really different and so very tasty, overall we're happy with the order apart from the one missing item, hence the reason for knocking off one star in the rating, but if they hadn't missed an item off? the food itself and brilliant delivery driver would have gotten full stars, hopefully next time though :) (Just eat can you not add a function where we can tip the delivery driver directly based on their delivery and how good they are? we don't keep cash at home so always pay online with card, but it means no cash to give the driver a tip so being able to do that via the app/website once order has been delivered would be great (like another company does). As some of the drivers go out of their way to be helpful, polite and kind and are really WONDERFUL so fully deserve a tip.

i walk in to eat something but the place was dirty and put me off , i walked away and i drove to another kfc wich was 5 miles , next to ikea , i think the place needs extra stuff to do a bit of cleaning

every time I order food the courier tries to deliver to the wrong place, for some reason your map takes them to a block of flats called lansdown house but we live in a bungalow at lansdown close, please rectify this issue as I'm fed up having to walk up the street to the flats to get my food

Total rip off, less than 10 chips and they tasted sweet, chicken was the size of chicken wings and the filet burger was as small as they could make it, for nearly £20 I will not be buying from here again

First of all, my order never got delivered! From the time I ordered my meal to the time I got the “delivered” confirmation (but never actually receiving my order) it took 1 hour and 30 minutes. KFC is 1.5 miles from my house. There is no way it should take as long to cook and (supposed) delivery, and to never receive the order just makes the whole experience experience even worse!
