Restaurant too a long time to prepare, food cold on arrival.

Always enjoy a KFC. Can't go wrong, even if not the healthiest takeaway available! This KFC is very small so there isn't much room, so probably best to take away and not eat in.

I had a great experience at Fishpond KFC. The food was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. The staff were very polite, friendly, and welcoming. I received my order on time without any delay. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommended!

Not absolutely woeful but certainly a rudderless captain-free ship in my experience. Lots of lads who may or may not have the right to work in the UK picking up deliveries.

if you order 3 pieces of chicken why do you get 2 drumlegs

The delivery driver gave me one bag and said to recieve the second bag I had to give a code upon looking at the receipt the order wasn't mine so he took all bags off me and told me he was going to bring my order to me and nothing turned up... tried getting a refund as me and 2 children went without on a 60 pound order and they've refused... talk about day light robbery...

You have delivered the wrong food to us. We have tried to ring you countless times as we have paid nearly £45 for food and have waited well over an hour for it. You have delivered someone else’s that have paid £24 no we have no food and no way of getting hold of you.

a whole party bucket missing and hungry children and just get offered a refund that will take ages to go back into my account and no money to replace the food disappointed to say the least !!!!

Driver does not communicate. He was all the way by mc Donald’s in fishponds and I ordered form kfc fishponds. My food is freezing cold

It tasted very nice and I enjoyed the gravy with the fries. The fries are not so much to my taste, I rather like french fries. I am not eating often take aways but this was nice.

Waited 40 minutes!! And in the end I got everything cold!! I told to the man in charge is everything cold and he told me they can fo another on and will be another 30 minutes.

Don’t order from this particular kfc….if you want to receive your full order. The quality of the food that actually arrived was good and arrived hot. Unfortunately they failed to send three items from the order which is pretty poor in my opinion. I could understand one item possibly being missed by mistake but 3….is just ridiculous!!!!

Delivery driver seemed to go to wrong house and messaged me to say outside, he wasn't. had to wait outside to flag him down but he went down another street. finally walked food through our street and food was (that arrived) was cold. additionally, missing items too.

everything was beautiful still lovely and hot very succulent and tender chicken

The fries were absolutely freezing and so were both the fillet burgers. The box meal wasn’t as cold but still needed heating up. I don’t think it was on a heat insulated bag like other apps so that upset me a bit as we are paying for more delivery. I also appreciate the drivers etc, but pls can you ask them to put them in insulated bags, even if their in a car. It’s freezing in the UK right now. Thank you

Chips were cold, had to microwave to heat which ruined them. Delivery said 45 mins, then changed to 5.45 (15 mins earlier), then changed again to 5.55 which is probably why they were cold, think it was mulitiple drops hence why they were cold. Chicken okay though

Order always wrong. Dont know why we bother. Keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. Missing items and wrong items put in order almost every time. Today they put two childrens fillet burgers in the bag instead of two adult fillet burgers. I double checked what I ordered and it was their mistake. They never learn and take responsibility for their faults. Dont bother ringing them anymore because they dont care. Easiest job in the world, and they still can not get it right. Embarrassing

The amount of times this place doesn't deliver the food you've ordered is laughable. I can't believe I've tried a couple of times to then have the same thing happen each time which subsequently results in a time consuming refund process. I would strongly advise against ordering for delivery.

Perfect as always, lovely fresh, hot food. Always consistently good here, only ever had one issue when they got an order wrong but one mistake out of all the times we have ordered from here? that's pretty impressive. A++ HIGHLY recommend this place

Yesterday i ordered a bucket from kfc and i was so satisfy by the service of the team leader Su. She is so energetic and can make the orders to go out faster from the kitchen.

The chips were cold, they’d put a cold bottle in with hot food. Try to keep drinks separate to give the food chance of keeping hot

It took nearly 1hr 30mins delivery and my food was stone cold and the chicken pieces look like a size of a pigeon won’t be ordering from here again.

I’d like to give a special shoutout to Team Leader Saad, he’s pleasant when taking orders and the food always comes out nice when he’s in. Give that man a raise or if you wanna go the cheap route (which you probably will), give him a firm pat on the back. KFC is far from my first choice but because of him, it’s in my top 10 places to eat when times are tough. 🍗😩🥹

There was no news about the delivery; the staff at the restaurant was very unhelpful and I am still waiting for the food to be delivered.

5 stars for the delivery driver. There was a mess up with the driver being given the incorrect address - not their fault, they did their bit and was very polite. Didn't receive the order.

They forgot both of our drinks and kept pushing the time back. Originally meant to be delivered around 10:10 and eventually it was around 10:45 it arrived.

fries are cold aswell as the chicken,dissapointed as usually i never get any problems,but this time round i just can't eat it cold,it's no fault of the driver as she was very kind and helpful,thank you!

I ordered tango orange and got Pepsi max instead, not happy.

We've ordered from here before and it's been ok but, sorry to say, we watched the predicted arrival time creep from 19:30 to 19:54 and, when the food arrived, it was cold, soggy and pretty much inedible. Contacted Just Eat who gave us a paltry £5.

My delivery was on time. my food was really tasty. Haven't ordered from Kentucky before, but so pleasedi did. Highly recommend
