Like a boiling hot instant coffee from a vending machine. Supposed to be a flat white. Worst coffee ever served to me by a barista.

to the lovely lady who left a sweet message on my drink this morning - you made my day❤️ i was having an awful week and this brought such a smile to my face, you deserve the best!

The two girls running the shop were very pleasant and not flustered by the long queue. Carolina was especially smiley. Sadly I didn’t specify that I only liked a splash of skimmed milk (neither was i asked!) so I haven’t enjoyed it much.

Order ice latte , but she said no ice Paid by cash , she said don’t have money change Why open shop ifs still not ready

Came for a coffee this morning and was served by a girl called Anna (I believe or near enough) who was extremely friendly and smiley and kind. Amazing service for such early in the morning! Thank you :) 🐱

Excellent service at this store. Always ready to serve as rapid as possible due to understanding of time restraints. Staff are always smiling and friendly. Especially Caroline Ready to serve my usual order of a Medium Vanilla Latte! Thank you all very much for a great service always! 😀

Excellent coffee and service (particularly from Charlie this morning) staff are always friendly and helpful and service is quick. My favourite Starbucks without question.

I ordered a Hazelnut Latte, arguably the simplest of orders. I was running late but there girl took her sweet time making the coffee, and promptly forgot the hazelnut in my hazelnut. By the time I realised it, it was already too late and I had to board the train with bitter coffee. ( i didn’t put any sugar in it on account of the sugar in the hazelnut)

Came in Sunday Oct 20 in the evening. Instead of being greeted, was told "we're closed" 3X in a row, despite being there 40 minutes before advertised closing time. Was not helped and had to leave. Staff person was either closing early, or 9pm closing time listed is not accurate. Either way, terrible service.

Disappointed. Ordered a flat white was given what they called a flat white but was just a milk coffee. They had obviously made it in batch. As the previous order was a flat white.

Worst, and most expensive coffee ever, complete with unfriendly staff. They burnt the milk to the point I couldn’t drink it and I had to throw it away. I didn’t have time to return it as I had to catch the train. What a waste of money.

Picked up a coffee from here from time to time. The quality of the coffee is decent and the food is stocked up and cooked well. The service is a little slow and this place usually has a queue but worth it to stop here if you are waiting for a train for 10+ minutes.

Truly nasty burnt coffee. And £4. Wouldn't have used Starbucks if there were any other options, but Temple Meads is very sparse

The customer service here is terrible. The opening times claim the store opens 5:30am mon - Thurs however it is extremely rare that this store opens on time. The staff are extremely rude, yesterday, after waiting outside the door for around 7 mins, I lent in and politely asked the guy what time they’d roughly be opening and he responded with a foul attitude saying whenever he is ready and he’s the only person in, and then today, again, I was waiting outside for roughly 10 mins after “opening time” and I could see 2 members of staff there slowly getting the place ready and not one of them acknowledged me or the person waiting with me. One of the staff members even left the store and walked past us without any kind of acknowledgment. The “atmosphere” I get inside the store is that the staff absolutely begrudge being there and hates every customer that walks through the door (when they finally open them) On the rare occasion that the store does open on time it’s a miracle if you can get a smile out of and of the staff that serve you, I understand it’s early in the morning and we’re all tired but come on, put a little effort in, it is a customer service job after all. I commute mon-Fri around 5:30am every week so I can tell you for certain this is a consistent issue.

Fast service as always despite the huge queues. The lovely Carlee and Richard always banging out the orders as quick as they come. Nowhere to sit etc. as a takeout service in a railway station. Usual starbucks food available.

Swear they put the Starbuck’s misfit baristas as they know by the time you’ve drank your drink or eaten a bit of your food you’ll be on your train so you can’t complain🤣 no matter what I get from this Starbucks there’s always something so wrong about it either forgetting syrups, or not even heating food properly. This morning my ham and cheese toastie was completely cold I don’t know how the woman didn’t even realise🤣 god get some better staff I beg x

Should be open at 06:00. Waited and waited, had to get the train…without the coffee. Staff in 0 hurry to get the shop open.

Terrible hygiene - sweet items covered in flys, half the menu is unavailable because things are broken. Average service. At least it's a Starbucks. Unfortunately, there isn't many other options in the station, but avoid if you can.

Coffee is always prepared to high standard with friendly staff. Can't really comment on atmosphere, it's a tiny underground pod in a station, but does the job!

Charlie with the fabulous name tag was great, service with a smile even during rush hour. 😀 we need more people like charlie.

Really great service from a lovely man today that was calmly working his way through a long queue, whilst his colleague was on break. He was on his own and doing a brilliant job. I barely had to wait, the queue moved so quickly and he was incredibly professional. It was an fab caramel macchiato too! Unfortunately didn’t catch his name but he had dark hair and it was at about 10am on the 15th July. Just wanted to put this on here, so that if there is a rewards scheme in store, he is praised for his hard work 😊 Apologies if not correct pronouns, I am presuming.

This one particular employee zaheer was amazing with me. Some customers were in a dodgy mood but she was great. Sbx was a lovely experience in the station ;)

Indian girl was very rude horrible customer service. I asked for a straw and she just shouted in my face not going to Starbucks ever again.

The service there was horrible!! I ordered a coffee there in the morning before I caught the train. The girls behind the counter were chatting and slacking, making the coffee super slowly. 2 minutes before my train departure time, I politely asked when the coffee would be ready, the black girl with hairband rolled an eye on me and said “we are making it, OK??”. It’s a super unpleasant experience there and I almost missed my train. Not recommend this Starbucks at all.

So amazed at the team work was very busy and seeing how fast they were. Don’t remember her name (red hair lady) on till very nice polite when serving me, then two lovely girls Nor and Tanisha making drinks so fast and getting orders out and so nice 😊

Absolutely fuming. For a place that has a menu that has cold drinks i have been here on two occasions and both been told they don’t have them. The lady that served us called hayley was extremely rude and seemed like she didn’t even want to be there, as she gave me and my sisters dirty looks. Definitely will not be stopping there the next time i get off at bristol temple meads station again. Disappointed and sad. Get a new job.

The rudest Starbucks I've ever been to. Forgot to make my coffee so served other customers ahead of me which caused me to miss my train. When I complained about this, Maisie the barista literally laughed in my face and said the only way I could complain would be to leave a review - so here it is Maisie, hope this makes your day feel much better as you clearly weren't having a good one so far!

A grumpy girl served me at 7:30pm and gave me caffeinated coffee instead of the decaf I ordered. I checked with her and she was adamant that it was decaf. It's 5 in the morning and I haven't slept even after taking a sleeping tablet. It also cost £5 and tasted awful!!! Overpriced, bad service and terrible quality!

Very friendly and professional staff who work very efficiently to serve everyone quickly whilst waiting for trains.

This place needs more staff - refused to make my order as could only do simple tea and coffee as there was only one girl working. This puts her in a bad position and means they lost costumers because the majority of people who go to Starbucks normally want more than plain coffee

I was shocked not too see the fan that was promised by Starbucks during the hot weather are you're staff not worth it well it seems that way to me hope you are very comfortable in your air conditioned office hang your head in shame 😡

Amazing service from the team in at 19:30 on 1st September, everyone was upbeat and happy- really brought a smile to my face with them singing and being excited over the vegan pumpkin spice cookies!
