Service - very good chat with the staff, well mannered ,well presented, clean & tidy, followed the requests for sauces. +2 extra points as they gave me free chips after I had already paid for a wrap without chips. Usually these sort of places would be happy to rip you a new one if you want a single one of anything. This place is different. Atmosphere - Very well lit and ventilated, displays clean, floor clean, everything was clean. Price - There's always room for improvement.

Excellent location for a takeaway or home delivery. I have tried Pizza, Kebabs, Burgers and Wings. All very good. Pizza in particularly, really fresh and great taste.

The food seems nice when your eating it but the next day it’s unbearable pain, food poisoning or something. I will never have it again!

I class this as one of the best kebab shops around Bristol!!! Their chicken shish kebab is out of this world and the southern fried chicken is amazing highly recommended.

The staff are great lovely people but something must be up with the burger’s because they gave me and my friend raging stomach issues😬. I literally experienced nam in my intestines 💣. Called and ordered a chicken fillet burger tuned up paid got home and received a burger not even busy. Not impressed one bit . Avoid

I am absolutely fuming at this place!!!! They got my friend’s order wrong and said it was lamb meat and chips, when it was a lamb doner. They took 90% of the lamb meat off and used the chips for my order, which was a chicken meat and chips. I told them I was not happy with them using the same chips and they said “it is not the same chips”. I then made it clear I DO NOT eat lamb. They laughed and said “you’ll like it if you try it”. NOT funny and very inconsiderate. They continued to gaslight me and say it was not lamb on the chips. I got home.. and shock horror, underneath the chicken …. Was bits of lamb!!! Awful service, fatty food, would not recommend. I am absolutely disgusted at the service. If I could give it 0/10 I would.

Ordered on user eats. Have been a regular customer for years. Several times they have ignored special additional instructions and have increased prices without increasing portion size or acknowledgement of additional instructions. Not worth the money. Or if you have any requests they will ignore.

To much waiting for your order I waited for a lamb kebab for 1 hour and 20 min I I receive the wrong food my opinion it’s a bad restaurant

How can they justify charging a tenner for a jacket potato that was clearly bought frozen then just chucking a can of tuna on top. No mayo no butter. Absolutely vile. Then chips tasted like they had been cooked in old oil. Massively over priced and bad quality of food, good reviews must have no taste buds.

It's an average takeaway place to get from, although I have some gripes about it. First, the staff aren't the friendliest and mocked me and my partner for our choice of pizza. The food here isn't all that great either. Also, they state it is cash only but that you can use their app to order with a card... Why is this the case these days?

If I'm honest very expensive but it was only place open here after midnight .. first time I've ever paid a tenner for two fried chicken chips and a coke ..I will never ever eat from here again ..the chicken was just fried bones .awful

Terrible customer service. The initial staff member I had spoke to gave me sarcastic attitude and poor service as soon as I entered. I started getting fed up of his attitude and other staff members could see that I was starting to get annoyed, so kindly removed the arrogant staff member out the way and served me. Get rid of that guy, he’s gonna cost this business dearly.

Worst service I have ever had absolutely uneatable rang them keep putting to busy rang delivery driver said give me free pizza tomorrow no way would I even eat from here again food tasted gone off and pizza was well undercooked and soggy unbelievable takeaway place want my money back.

Quite possibly the worst kebab shop I've been to. I have never seen prices as high as here but me and my friend decided to give it a go. £7.50 for a donor wrap and £9 for meat and chips. Portion did not fill the box, which upon further analysis of other posted views is a consistent theme. Meat came out of a keep-warm container and was only luke warm, salad was watery, wrap was also partially cooked and Luke warm. They only take cash, not an issue for us but something to note. Would not recommend. No idea how these prices can be justified considering the portion size; taste was okay but not something I would consider returning for due to the above mentioned reasons.

I ordered a pizza and a slice of cheese cake from there web site. It was really easy to order however it arrived 25 minutes late. The pizza is cold I had to warm up the microwave and The cheesecake is still frozen I’ll have to wait over an hour to eat it

Come to visit my sister in Bristol who recommended this place. Must say that the recommendation was worthy. The best kebab, calazone and Chicken wings I've tasted in a long time. Absolutely 5* plus. Thank you for great service and exceptional food. Will be back and highly recommend!

The best restaurant in Bristol, delicious and high level of hygiene. Mr Safwan and his staff are professional and kind with customers to the sky. I like to deal with them every day.

Use this kebab shop a lot and Uber forgot a part of my order but by the time we realised the shop was shut so had to ring the next day and the Boss Mann sorted it he was more than apologetic very happy

It was our first time eating here, it was a nice lamb kebab, chips and salad. It was tasty and we would go again. The staff were passive and only one serving of the four, with several customers in the shop. There is one thing to know is they only take cash. With that said, we would visit again.

USED TO LOVE Babas, and would especially drive all the way over from Severn Beach on a weekend!!! But today I popped in early afternoon to grab 6 hot wings with chips for lunch =£4. I asked for the chips to be separate so that the sauce wouldn't go all over the hot wings. When it came to paying he charged me £5, I queried this as for the past few times they just tend to overcharge me on stuff when ordering and I haven't said anything. The guy said it was because I had the chips separate!?!?! Like what!?!?! You're going to charge me £1 for a small polystyrene box? I wouldn't of bothered had I known or he'd informed me of this when I asked!! I will no longer use Baba, just trying to make as much money as you can, no loyalty from you so no loyalty from me. I'll go elsewhere.

I am very disappointed from the food I received today. The doner was cut into massive chunks which were very unappetising and uncooked, the strips were chewy and dry, pitta was stale and food was cold and didn't taste fresh, as though left over from weekend despite the delivery getting here so fast. I don't understand how this is uber recommended and how its received so many stars. The quality is poor compared to the prices of their food. Will not recommend from eating here again

I ordered chichen shish kabab And a double cheese burger on Friday 23rd July. My kebab had to much garlic in the marinade Small portion of salad and the pitta bread was chewy My partners burger didn't taste very nice the bun was stale Unfortunately we were regular customers never again will we come here again. My partner was sick all night and most of today

Was pretty happy, went into shop to order and collect, it took a fair while but that was also the same night that England was defeated by Italy in the Euros and so everyone was after comfort food. Can safely say it comforted me 🥰

The salad in the Donna kebab was non existent very very tiny amount used to be good not anymore, won’t be going again

Worst experience I ever had for any restaurant in my life. I never leave reviews esp bad ones. But this is the worst experience I had. I went to order veg burger meal and the guy took £6.50 as payment and started cooking the burger. I hesitated but still asked if he could wash his hands. He started shouting that he would wash his hands and started banging all the utensil around him. Then he said they were not actually open and walked inside the and carried on working on his preparation. I waited long for him to come back and he did not I went out and then back but still no luck he never returned to the counter. I had to wall away empty handed and did lost all the money. I have sofar contacted the restaurant via their website to raise I complaint. I did not get response even once. I am thinking of raising a formal complaint if I do not get any response by this week.

I called them for my order at 2:30pm* within 40 minutes the delivery was at my door✔️ and I live in the far end of Easton. Amazing kababs fast delivery service and friendly staff I highly recommend baba👍

After using this takeaway lots of times in the past, today we ordered online to be delivered at 20.10. Our food arrived earkybatv18. 30 so this was sent back. I called the shop at 20. 40 when my food hadnt arrived to be told it would be with me in 20 minutes. I called the shop again at 21. 20 and was told that they were too busy now and couldn't deliver.....v disappointed. I hope i receive a refund!!

Probably unjustifiably one of the more expensive local kebab places around fishponds as the food is on the same wavelength as others. The staff may as well be dead men walking. They don't talk or smile or even ask to take your order they just look at you. No people skills in this place. The atmosphere is very much 'take it or leave it'.... I think I'll leave it.

I wish they would cook the burgers on the flame grill in stead of the hot plate were the cook other meats very lazy 👎👎
