Went tonight for my daughters 21st. Terri provided wonderful service. Always smiling and very attentive. Thanks Terri you where amazing, the only reason for 4 stars is the ribs where not up to the usual standard which was a little disappointing. Otherwise perfect family dinner celebration 🍾

Mi primera visita. A pesar de ser extremadamente ocupado, estaba bien equipado, muy eficiente en todo el mundo, desde la asignación de mesas, pedidos, entrega de bebidas y explicaciones del menú. Lo que lo hizo diferente, y mejor que la competencia, es que diferentes funcionarios asistieron a las mesas cuando vieron la necesidad de atención. Ningún funcionario asignó un cuadro o esfera. Comida y barra de ensaladas de buena calidad y nada era demasiado problema. Bien hecho equipo de cosechadores, volveremos.

Cannot believe Sainsbury's is shutting Castlepoint restaurant, I'm sitting here 1 o'clock and restaurant is packed, very short sighted of Sainsbury's especially when other supermarkets like Dunhelm are expanding restaurants

No wonder people are shopping online. The customer service here just hit rock bottom. They have done away with the row of friendly staff at the pay counter (men's dept) and replaced them with self service machines. The remaining over-stretched one or two staff have to handle returns as well take payments and help people having problems with the machines. The guy that served me was clearly not trained (not his fault). Please tell me how a machine can check if my shirt is 100% cotton, fold it nicely and put it in a bag? Please re-open the pay desk.

Loovvee this store, staff know us well enough (especially my mum) to know our usual drinks order although mine changes a lot 🤪 The staff served quickly, have a chat and always POLITE, I don't think anyone has ever been distant or rude. Only thing I'd say is AlWAYS check babyccinno temperatures, there are a couple of staff who consistently make them with HOT and I mean like 160°f milk, I forgot to check once and it burnt my 2yr olds mouth 😞😞😞 I still feel awful and it was months ago, don't be afraid to go back up and ask for another one, they are always apologetic and rectify immediately. Always a pleasant experience. Toilets and furniture need a massive upgrade though
