Sainsbury's Café in Bournemouth

Cannot believe Sainsbury's is shutting Castlepoint restaurant, I'm sitting here 1 o'clock and restaurant is packed, very short sighted of Sainsbury's especially when other supermarkets like Dunhelm are expanding restaurants

Less than knee high tables are waist of space in busy place like this one... Nice staff and good service.

This is disgusting, chips are the worst it can be, end of the day portion?! Money makers!

Started coming in for breakfast while new kitchen being fitted , but still coming as great taste & great value, can't be bothered to make my own anymore !👍

What an excellent café. Food prices are fairly cheap and the staff are attentive and are happy to help. There are plenty of different sauces to choose from at no extra cost. The cafe was very clean too. The only complaint I would have is that the tables are very low but I'm not too bothered by this. Food came surprisingly quick and tasted delicious. Will definitely be coming back.

Sunday morning breakfast. Waited 20 minutes for our breakfast to be told our order hadn't gone through to the kitchen, coffee now cold, eventually arrived after 30 minutes cheese wasn't melted on our cheese on toast. Poor service staff with poor attitude. On a rare Sunday off together ended up fed up.

If I could do zero stars I would. Myself & my daughter visited castlepoint sainsburys cafe on sat 1st Oct, we ordered a chicken burger to share along with a child's meal , myself & my daughter have both suffered food poisoning from the burger & chips and have both been suffering with sickness plus my daughter has an upset stomach too. We will not be returning to this cafe & have inform environmental health services.

2 brilliant breakfasts tea and a coffee £14 and nectar points. Great food tasty and very good value for money. Empty plates now so will have to visit again.

The service is slow however the iced latte was better than Costa coffee!! now they have taken omelettes off the menu!!! stripped down the breakfast menu. I think why bother its almost not worth having the cafe at all

Very nice food and staff! Our fish and chips took a little longer than expected, and the people who work here gave us free drinks.

A great vegetarian breakfast as normal. Food always piping hot. Team short staffed today due to illnesses but so great to watch the team working together. Keep up the good work.

Nice little on-site cafe that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Order at the till and food is delivered to your table. Food is often well cooked and there is a choice of different main meals, desserts, hot and cold drinks as well as public restrooms being available on-site.
