Cooper Dean Arms Harvester in Bournemouth

Came for dinner at weekend with friends. Very busy but service good starting with Lucy at the bar. . . First impressions count. Wasn't disappointed. . All staff we dealt with were polite and friendly and didn't make us feel rushed. Salad bar replenished and fresh and food served hot and not too long a wait. Good experience all round including fair price. One of the best Harvesters in the area. Remember to enter your car reg at reception as managed car park.

Heather was great and very friendly!! Was great with my little one and asked if everything was ok. Was very quick with service and brilliant customer service

Went for just a casual drink or two with my partner. Lucy was working the bar, she was extremely polite, friendly and attentive whilst we sat. Always smiling and approachable whenever we ordered. Would come back again, as she made the experience worthwhile.

Booked for a family catch up. 14 of us in total. Service was attentive, waitress was so friendly and patient with us (sorry didn’t get her name) . Food arrived in timely manner and was hot and very good. Overall bill just over £200 for all of us which was fantastic considering we all ate and drank so much. Salad bar fresh and plentiful.

Came here for my partners moms 90th birthday,the food was amazing and Heather our waitress was very kind and helpful such a lovely lady

Excellent customer service from Alison who was attentive, happy and helpful. My daughter and I really enjoyed our lunch. Food was delicious ( gammon and ribs) hot and generous portions. Salad bar was freshly filled and crisp.

Just never again. Seated, then waited 45 minutes for drinks and decided to walk up to the bar to get drinks, 55 mins before they came over to start taking any form of order. We decided to finish the drinks and not eat

Great food at a very reasonable price and lovely, friendly staff! Cristina was our sever and she was really helpful and very friendly :) The atmosphere was good and the place was clean. Would highly recommend.

The only decent thing about this visit was the waitress !!! Sadly the food was diabolical !!! A medium rare steak that was burnt black on the outside and bleeding and not cooked at all on the inside !! When we asked for it to be done a bit more they kindly cremated another one but not before we heard the chef ( I use the term loosely as it’s not fair on actual chefs ) moan about how we were wrong and he was right , my veggie chilli was nice but the yellow rice with dried black beans and dried sweet corn was all clumped into little plastic pancakes like rice does when you microwave it for a week before you serve it was horrid and the salad on the free salad cart I wouldn’t touch with a barge pole because it was sad and old, the lettuce was turning brown and everything else was just dry £50 down the toilet .

Alison was a very friendly and efficient waitress! Nice food and drink. I had The Camembert Tart with Jacket Potato and salad. Then a Sundae Best for dessert.

First time visiting this harvester at Cooper Dean, we were very early from our booking time, but they accommodated us had a fabulous meal, very well good and filling, also the salad bar is a nice bonus

It was very good. The food came quickly, fresh and warm! However my biggest thumbs up is for our server Rachel, she was fantasticly friendly and just added such a cheer to the meal. :)

We often visit this Harvester and always have a good experience but on this occasion we had a GREAT experience because our server Rachel was so fabulous!! We were a party of 5 and Rachel was so engaging and friendly we all said she was the best waitress we had ever encountered ANYWHERE! The food was the usual Harvester standard but even if it had been bad we wouldn’t have minded because Rachel was just so wonderful!! People like Rachel are gold dust and I hope she is appreciated by her employers because without great staff you are nothing. Thank you Rachel keep being you because you are GREAT!!

We meet family several times a year here for breakfast. Food and service always good but why it is always so cold. They don't have the heating on, i'm sure by the evening this isn't an issue but when you come for breakfast you should not need to keep your coat on. We were there on Saturday and in November and on both occasions it was freezing cold and the radiators were not on.

Served by Lucy who was very polite, and our drinks came quickly . Great customer service which was great and we will think about visiting for a meal next time !
