Haven't been up for a while so was nice to return! Both my boys have a mushroom allergy, straight away we were assured everything was OK to have and were shown ingredients for the items. Lucy looked after us so well! Would definitely recommend!

Back again on another visit to the area. Lots has changed since we last came - a big refurbishment which looks lovely. One thing they luckily haven't changed is the bar staff. Lucy made us feel welcome and valued as customers. . . Although busy still didn't make us feel rushed. Always visit this Harvester when in the area.

Came in for lunch on 9th may and we had Terri serve us. She was serving on her own for the whole floor and still had a smile on her face and going above and beyond. Would love to come back just to her Terri serve us.

Recently I have visited Dean Cooper Harvester and it has been a pleasant atmosphere along with great service and food. The waiter Cristina was very helpful and professional checking up on us being a family of four. She showed great attention to for our table and overall Harvester is a great place to have either breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Extremes or service. On arrival we were seated waited 10mins to order food. We weren't asked for drinks so ended up ordering drinks after food. We then went to salad bar and to get our drinks to arrive back at the table to find our food had arrived. Very tasty could of been a bit warmer but otherwise ok. The table behind us left after there food arrived while they were at the salad bar. The service was to fast. Now for the flip side as we finished our desert a server asked if we'd finished and our table was cleared. We then waited about 35 mins watching every other table get served drink order food order and every time the server finished one table they'd move onto another. So I went to bar to get some help which took a further 10-15min to pay the bill. The manage did even come out from the back. We were told the drinks would be taken off for our inconvenience. Guess what they weren't. We were asked if asked for the bill. We said said we tried as after our deserts were cleared we sat at an empty table wasting nearly an hour of a beautiful day. We were told there was confusion due to shift change and changing serving areas. We had 3 possibly 4 servers and felt totally ignored and unimportant as customers.

I really enjoyed the food there. Most of us went for the £25 3 course meal as if it works out cheaper than getting the dishes separately. I went with BBQ chicken which was cooked perfectly. The portion sizes were adequate for my appetite. Try not to eat too much salad before the main meal. There was time in-between meals for food to go down so if you're a big eater this would be the time to get more salad. One of us seated at the table had the haddock and chips which he described the portion size for the Haddock as "Generous".

staff very friendly the food was very good and the salad bar was constantly being refilled and cleaned ,since the refit the resteraunt feels cosy and inviting we normally go to the Sea Horse because it is very close to me but my last few visits very disappointing so we will NOT be going back there

First time here. It was very busy and it was a good idea to book well in advance. So many turned away as all the tables were fully booked. We were accommodated near the entrance because one of the party was in a wheelchair, this was OK but we didn't see much of the restaurant to give a view of the layout. The staff were very helpful and particularly our server Christina. The menu appears to be much more modern with Tacos and flatbread which was for an older person a little bewildering. I had a chicken skewer which was very good. Others in my party had Cornflake chicken. You live and learn. All together a nice meal out.

This is one of the Harvester of the UK, The manager was a fantastic, funny, and very professional person. Kids just loved it! The sauces are strong, but the Peri Peri ***** / If you want to go with your family is perfect!!!! All the staff was really helpful, friendly and the food was really good. We will definitely go back.

Big well done to our waitress Lucy when we came for dinner this week. Although very busy as well as dealing with a very loud table that was being rude to the Manager- Lucy maintained her professional manner and didn't let it detract from giving us attentive service and a lovely dining experience. Will definitely return and recommend to friends.

We were a very big group and our server Heather was excellent - very friendly and helpful and patient

Took a good 20mins before we were finally seated, then all the rotisserie chicken was unavailable making most of the meals unavailable as they were refusing to replace it with chicken breast, eventually I ordered a burger which was soggy and deep fat fried to top it all of I then had a maggot crawl out of my burger bun when I took it up with the manager he refused to take responsibility for it there was also no onion in my opinion rings. I have never been so disappointed with a restaurant I will definitely never be coming here again!

I used to love the Southern Fried Chicken Burger but they've changed it to the Southern BBQ Crunch and it isn't as nice.

Came in with friends on Mothers Day. Was extremely busy as expected but our visit was pleasantly enhanced by Lucy on the bar. Although she was rushed off her feet she still took time to answer questions we had regarding drink and menu choices without making us feel rushed. A true credit to your Harvester.Will definitely be back.

Standard harvester, which I always find pretty good. Get the app and shop the offers for a great deal. Don't leave it until you get in the restaurant though as phone reception is poor!!
