Fox Cafe Redhill in Bournemouth

We had 5 people in our group, 3 wanted bacon and cheese panini 2 had sausage panini, 4 came out close together and 1sausage panini came out after 30minutes and the sausage was not cooked properly. Will not be going to that cafe again.

A lovely inclusive place, where everyone is welcome. The team have always been pleasant and understanding and never made me feel unwelcome even with my noisy toddler and newborn. There is toys for the little one to play with and coffee and food is of a good standard. Great community cafe ☺️☺️

I have visited the cafe several times now with my children and have always been given a warm welcome. Staff are friendly and attentive and the food has been lovely. We particularly enjoy the soup and the cheesy chips! Nothing is too much for Rachelle and her hardworking team. They have even set up a “Chatty Table” so that any customers who would particularly like to talk to someone can sit here and not feel lonely. Games and toys to play with and books to look at. Activity sessions going on at various times too. A lovely place to go after school or any time really.

Lovely friendly staff good selection of food and drinks. Go out all out to make you satisfied and experience nice would definitely go back again

Very slow service ,tables not cleared, poor presentation of food, shortage of menu items and condiments..cafe none too clean and toilets dirty. Cafe needs an overhaul and more experienced staff. Seriously this all needs looking into. Sorry to say this cafe is not fit for purpose and am surprised it is allowed to run as it is at such a low standard.

The worst all day breakfast you could ever,ever imagine. Cold, overcooked, bits missing, slow. They could not cope on a not particularly busy day and i felt sorry and embarrassed for the kitchen staff .They should take it off the menu and stick to smaller items. I paid over £20 for food that was pretty awful. The nice lady did offer to re-cook it but after the very long wait I declined. I could have easily demanded a refund but I'm too soft. Never again. God help them when busier times come if they don't get it together a bit more

We were visiting relatives and decided to order a festive breakfast at this wonderful little cafe. So glad we did. It was all perfect from the table decorations to the perfect eggs and bacon. The atmosphere was so friendly, we will certainly be calling again next time we are in this area. Thank you to Rachelle and staff, you are all wonderful.

Homely and relaxed place for a quick warm or cold drink. Food menu is great for allergies. Biscoff oat hot chocolate is amazing!

Lovely park for kids, cafe either charged me wrong or are massively overpriced. £12.10 for 2 cans of drink and 2 ice creams. Prices of ice creams arent on the board either so huge shock. Wont be buying from cafe again.

Quick drink and biscuits at the Fox cafe this morning, pleasant service and to sit out under a parasol. The disappointing thing is how the coffee came in a cup with a chuck-in-the-bin symbol and a warning 'contains plastic'. This place is council-run and if they (one of whose services is to handle landfill and recycling, of course) can't take the lead on making sure the containers are either reusable or recyclable or compostable, who will? We have an ecological crisis on our hands NOW, come on people we all have to do our bit not make out it's someone else's issue.

The staff were absolutely lovely thoroughly enjoyed the service!

Promised my boys some lunch out, queued for 20 mins only to be told they are not serving food due to a kids party. People around us were eating chips, etc!! Would have been helpful to pop a blackboard/sign up saying no food or at the very least, cover up the menus advertising food! No apology, shame as its put me off going back.

Very reasonably priced with nice decor and kind staff. Food was delicious and have a wide range of drinks to choose from. Has good seating be it outside or inside, kid friendly and is open every day unless of bad weather and is very accessible. Needs more recognition, it was great 9/10

Love it here. Good value for money. Coffee, a small selection of cakes/biscuits and also ice cream. Lovely outside space.

Lovely cafe. I regularly visit for a cappuccino and toasted teacake. It’s been great during lockdown as drinks and food served from a kiosk and so Covid safe. Great for a coffee and chat with friends and ideal for families and dog walkers.

Good cafe , accommodating staff but the only problem is the toilets are closed , it’s a big park but no toilets , just a shame , it’s the councils job I guess. But the cafe itself is good and excellent choices of food .

Comercializado como apto para perros, pero la señora que nos atendió nos dijo que no se admiten perros, ya que sirven comida. Incluso mostrarle la pancarta "amigable con los perros" no parecía cambiar su posición, aunque nos dijeron que podíamos sentarnos afuera, ¡es un parque! Encontré el cuenco del perro que anteriormente se mantenía lleno en un rincón junto a un cubo y lo llenaba desde el bebedero. El siguiente cliente quería té descafeinado y le dijeron que no lo hiciera, a pesar de señalarlo en el menú. Si el objetivo es generar ingresos para el parque, es una oportunidad perdida.

Awesome cafe,well worth a visit

Proprietors didn't turn up till after 11am, no real rush to open to public, after a few minutes of waiting shutters pulled down again whilst checking out the paddling pool. Cannot rate quality of the cafés coffee and tea, Maybe better luck next time.
