I love the conto lounge, lovely staff, amazing atmosphere, so relaxed and friendly. The food was lovely but not as hot as usual, that said the favour was gorgeous (coconut prawns with noodles) my sons really enjoyed thier burgers.

Enjoyed our food, especially the cheesecake, and dog friendly which is a bonus!

Although the food is ok, nothing special, the ambience and services really makes it stand out. Everyone is very helpful and kind, quick service and calm place to go for a bite, have meetings or just stop for a quick drink.

Food is always great from the Conto Lounge. Good quality and always arrives fast. The staff are very helpful, polite and proactive. A nice atmosphere with quirky decor. Only one negative thing is that there are some of the soft seating spaces that are not the cleanest. Because they are busy and dogs are allowed, they can't get a vacuum cleaner out mid day and start cleaning, however they could clean a little deeper despite it being an awkward clean (not easy with the variety of furniture in there) when the place is closed at night/early morning in my opinion. Would still recommend and will continue to be a favourite eatery.

We had a lovely meal on the Saturday of the Mother's Day weekend. It was the busiest I've ever seen it but there was a lovely atmosphere. Ordered drinks and food via the website which was super easy.

Food was OK, shame the staff were so miserable

Goodness, what on earth has happened with Conto Lounge. I have eaten here several times & my previous review was 5⭐️ However my food on today’s visit was somewhat disappointing. I had the Lebanese Falafel Flatbread & sadly it all fell apart somewhat flat in the taste department. The hummus was okay but the falafel were just little crunchy crumb like bits. Perhaps I just chose badly from the menu or perhaps they have a new chef 🤔

great experience. Two out of the three servers were super nice. One guy was a little bit grumpy. Food was really good. Lovely that it was dog friendly and spacious enough that our anxious dog didn't get too overwhelmed.

Regular customer at Conto Lounge Winton. Food is exceptional, however the option to add extra items when you take off items unless its a vegetarian option is a massive negative. Also the 2 for 1 offer that promoted is really complicated & isn't your traditional 2 for 1 offer. I was expecting 2 of the same cocktail for the price of 1 however ordering through the app this is not how the offer works at all, so be advised you will experience this when ordering 2 cocktails which are not for the price of 1. The service is generally good, however when they are busy the service level drops considerably. Overall a good experience but things could be better.

I personally asked for cremated streaky bacon on in my gluten free breakfast bun and it came out with all the fat clearly fatty. I had waited ages so just removed it and call a guy over and told him I was not happy. He just said he will tell the chef for next time. This is absolutely not acceptable. Would not recommend if they are not able to follow clear requests.

Had a brunch, Lounge breakfast with chips and Cappuccino. Toast was burnt ,otherwise, the food was good. Liked the Cappuccino. Good atmosphere, though I noticed the air vents were dirty with dust. Spent £16.85, would definitely come back for some drinks with friends. Thank you.

Brilliant place with a lovely atmosphere. Seated & served quickly, food and drink came quick too. Gorgeous mocha and would 100% recommend the avocado brunch. Flick served us and couldn’t ask for anything else!

Food was really good and service was a little slow but they were very busy and told us there would be a delay in getting our food. But great resteraunt woyld recommend it.

Amazing food I had the chicken avocado and bacon burger and was a big portion with coleslaw and chips. The waiters for our table were also extremely friendly and nice, especially snowy. The birthday girl was also treated to a free cocktail.

All the staff were super friendly, came here for a 21st birthday and got a lovely cocktail from Snowy who served us. The bacon cheeseburger was delicious and the strawberry sling cocktail was one of the best i’ve had. Really chill atmosphere and will defo be back.

When you order 2x half rolls to make a burger because everytime you order a burger they don’t follow removals of items…it comes in 8 pieces. Happened a fair few times aswell.

Poached eggs were more like boiled eggs, mushrooms were awful. Hard to get attention of anybody to complain. For the love of god clean the caged light by the coffee bit , enormous cobweb, looks like hasn't been cleaned in years.

Delicious vanilla cheesecake with fruit compote but it is very expensive £7.25 and small.It was not on the middle of the plate. Can play boards games. There were dogs barking so not nice if you came to relax.

Very busy and only seemed to be one waitress when we arrived. Drinks okay except for vinegar- like house wine. The manager kindly exchanged to the merlot for my father. The food was fine except for warm coleslaw and dry sticky toffee pudding( no sticky at all) . Staff obviously not happy and only happy when cute dogs come in.

Dinner was delicious and service was fantastic however staff are clearly extremely busy and over whelmed since the manager had to leave his quiz to help run food. Despite this he provided incredible service as did our waitress who told us she was the only one on floor.

This review relates to a meal I had on the 3rd of September. It all started with myself and my partner being greeted by the most amazing staff. I ordered the club sandwich for lunch. I’ve had many a club sandwich before but my o my, what a delicious experience. I’ve also tried club sandwiches since, nothing came close. Staff were great throughout, deffo recommend! Appologies for the relay in review, I have been trying club sandwiches.

Ok good, dog friendly although if your dog barks you get told off. You don't really get any service unless you order at the table with the QR code. Drinks came quickly but food took ages to come. You can't get anybody's attention easily. Not the best experience but it was ok.

Good food for a reasonable price, a little high but worth it. Cocktails run about £8 each and food is between £7-14. The chips are delicious, I thoroughly recommend the cheesy chips. Staff are delightful and very quick to adjust to any problems. The interior is a little eccentric with a collection of portrait paintings and mirrors as well as two different wallpapers but overall an inviting atmosphere, good food and lovely staff

The food and atmosphere is so nice but ordering and service is too slow. Well organised but if you are very hungry you need to wait for your meal at least half an hour.

Lovely ambience and good food. They cater for a variety of different diets and dietary needs. The staff are friendly. They have a good drink selection. The prices are slightly high but that does seem to match the clientele they attract.

My local writing group had a meeting arranged as a get together here for tapas. It was my first visit so was not sure what to expect. As I suffer from Coeliac disease the group organiser had pre-ordered me some gluten free and dairy free tapas. My food arrived suitable labelled and separate from the other tapas served to the rest of the group. There was also one other pre-ordered GF tray plus they also offered some GF for anyone who had not pre-ordered (as there was, someone who had not realised the importance of pre-ordering and tried to eat my tapas but luckily the server checked and he had my emailed details with him). The sesame chicken wings were nice but I particularly liked the maple syrup chicken wings. I also had the mezze grain bowl and they supplied some gluten free bread. Would like to return and try the Tai chilli wings. I am not sure how much of the rest of the menu is GF and DF; I suspect not though. We were quite a large group, not sure how many (25?) but the staff were helpful, friendly and polite the whole evening.

A big 'thank you' to Kieran and team. At last night's Bournemouth Writing Festival social catering and service was excellent. My gluten free tapas was delicious.

I could hear chef shouting at staff in the kitchen from where I was sat. I also got food poisoning from eating there. Avoid at all costs if you appreciate your health.

The hygiene in this place is terrible. Dog poo on the floor and generally unclean. A risk to health

Pleasant staff and atmosphere good food

Just not nice. Ordered brunch, daughter had veggie breakfast, swimming in grease. I had smoked salmon poached egg. Full of shell, no check back took it to the bar it was replaced by alternative, difference refunded but would never go there again for food yuk. I let the first bit of shell go but it was full of shell. Manager later offered complimentary drink

Great place but please clean your outside bit! Litter and cigarette butts, very off putting. Just a quick sweep and a wash would make a huge difference. Love the food and great that you can take in dogs.

Recent visits to some of the other “Lounges” had left me a little disappointed. However, today’s visit to Conto Lounge In Winton was a great experience. Staff were very friendly & took time with our dog which was lovely to see. Mid afternoon visit on a Thursday & it was fairly busy, decos nice table on their “balcony” area. All nice & tidy throughout. We had the Korean Burger & chicken flatbread with chips. Perfectly presented & both very tasty too. Big thumbs up for their pink lemonade, delicious & refreshing. All good value too.

Great spot with some interesting art and nice vibe. Order your food and drinks via an app. Payment is done via the app as well. It is very simple and easy.

Tapas section are not tapas, just a very tiny snack and patatas bravas don’t have to do anything with patatas bravas, they have sour cream and tomato sauce!! I don’t even mention the expensive price…Please, at least if you make another country food, inform yourself ☹️ is like trying to sell an english breakfast as a croissant with nutella! Extremely disappointed. Cultural atrocity.

Top place to meet with the best Americano locally along with good friendly service. Might be a regular visitor...

Arrived today at 12:30pm for brunch, ordered our food and was still waiting at 13:50pm after being told there was a 40 minute wait for food. Asked the waiter if our food would be ready soon and if not can we have a refund to which she apologised and said the manager would come and speak to us. The manager arrived with the card reader and told us she has come over to sort out a refund. No apology from the manager, no offer to still bring out our food or explain what had happened and on top of that still charged us for our frankly terrible drinks that we had been nursing for over an hour. After being a loyal customer for years today has honestly solidified us never returning again. I can understand that some times a long wait is out of the staff’s control but to just be told we’re going to be refunded after waiting an hour and a half with no apology or any sort of offer of gratuity for the wait is just poor management skills and quite frankly the lady managing the place clearly has no idea how to manage and is obviously in the wrong business. Paid for parking and some overpriced drinks just to wait an hour and a half to be told our food has not even begun cooking after watching everyone around us who ordered at a similar time had already ate and gone. Overall if it’s even slightly busy in this place do yourself a favour and give it a miss to avoid being disappointed!

I will give 5/5 really great food and atmosphere. Staff where great I have been hear in the afternoon it's not really busy but it's occupied very simple interior but very unique.

Conto, circo, delfino and ludo lounge the whole chain are just fab!!! Same service food and vibe and circo lounge..used to end up here daily with the fur babies.

We had a brunch and ended up staying for hours. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was served quickly with no issues and we were welcome to stay without feeling pressurised to buy more food and drinks.

All the staff here are super friendly and the service for food and drinks was fast . We only had a small amount of food being the calamari, meatball marinara and whipped fetta with pitta bread . The calamari was decent , the meatball marinara was slightly flavourless but the whipped feta was honestly so good that I could have a massive bowl of it so I would definitely recommend that . Conto lounge is also dog friendly which is a bonus for me . Just been again recently and I recommend the mini pulled brisket chilli and the grapefruit margarita.

Food was delicious and we got our 2-4-1 cocktail discount which was amazing! Didn’t like one of my cocktails so Kat lovingly made another one to my taste. Snowy was a wonderful quiz host, had a smashing time and will definitely be coming back !! Couldn’t recommend more. Thank you Snowy and Kat !

Conto lounge is nice, with friendly staff, good atmosphere, and really nice coffee. BUT. Their food is good quality, but is never served hot - it always comes out luke warm, despite repeatedly letting the management know. The food regulations state that all hot food should reach a core temperature of 70 degrees C for two minutes whilst cooking, and should be no less than 63 degrees when held for upto 2 hours (according to FSA website). Two of us went into Conto today. Chris had a lounge breakfast, and I had a Chicken bacon and avacodo burger. My chicken was warm, but dry. The bacon was very solty. The breakfast looked good, but everything apart from the hashbrown was cold to luke warm - none of the food was anywhere near the 63 degree point. Telling the management gets the usual "Im so sorry. We will tell the Chef" but nothing seems to ever happen.

Called here with a group of girlfriends for some midweek drinks. This branch of The Lounge group is situated in the busy area of Winton. It’s decor is of the eclectic style of all The Lounge establishments I’ve been in. We arrived early so fairly quiet. Secured a table in the window area. Couple of bottles of red wine shared in this warm, large establishment that somehow keeps a cosy & relaxed atmosphere. Staff friendly & doing a good job. By the time we left there was not an empty table which must be a good sign. Didn’t have food today, but what I could see coming out looked good.
