Costa Coffee in Bournemouth

First time in this costa. Been too many. Staff were friendly and helpful and usual nice cup of coffee.

Very friendly and efficient staff, drink was made perfectly!

Bella (I think her name was!) who served me this morning was lovely and chatty. A nice change from previous staff!

Went in for a business meeting. There were plenty of tables.

Yet another overpriced coffee chain

just delivered my order. one of the drinks spilt on the journey. ordered 2 drinks but no clue which one was spilt. he said it leaked it was all over wasn't just a leak. no incentive to replace my drink

My food was cold they didn’t even give me what I asked for and no note either or a message to let me know about this waited a long time to then get cold food and the wrong order

Worst one yet tbh, no note to say they ran out of certain item that I paid for…. Then the food comes damaged and spilt everywhere what’s the point in even delivering food if you’re not going to be careful with it people pay money for it !!

They didn’t have what I ordered in stock so sent two completely different items instead of just cancelling the order. Take what you don’t have in stock off the menu.

Three horribly noisy staff - a lot of noisy silly giggling and chatter from them as if they were in the pub after a few beers. Several customers were trying to work inspite of this on their laptops. A serious lack of self-awareness.

Friendly service. Nice coffee and bacon roll. Very quiet, although it was 8.30am on a Saturday and it was pouring with rain!

Coffee has been consistently bad. Surprisingly as I see inconsistency between different Costa Coffee shops

One of my favourite Costa cafes ... really friendly staff and a nice store layout with plenty of comfy seating. Also some outside seats if you're lucky enough to visit on a sunny day.

I like this Costa best, always a good cup of black coffee.

Food is very expensive but the quality is always great.

Only went in for drinks, but the service was excellent and the tidiness was above standard with very friendly staff.

Costa have the right formula. Let's face it, three quid for a coffee you can have at home, but no ambiance and jester of the barrista. It's the new wine bar of the century.

This is my personal favourite Costa in the area. It's not as big as most of the others, but, it makes up for it by it's friendly atmosphere and service. In terms of the quality of food and drink on offer it's standard Costa fare. My only issue is the limited parking in the area, but again, as with many Costa premises that's because it is located on a busy high road.

Zaglądam tam często, obsługa jest bardzo bardzo przyjazna. Latem uwielbiam mango frappe, pyszna i orzeźwiająca, nie zbyt słodka, po prostu idealna. Lokal przytulny i czysty. Można też usiąść na zewnątrz, ale sąsiedztwo ruchliwej i głośnej ulicy nie jest zbyt atrakcyjne. Lepiej już wziąć takeaway i uciec do pobliskiego Kings Park.

Love the cakes/sweets, simple and great.

Friendly staff, one guy in particular always in a good mood. Always seem to time it that it's never been too noisy or busy in there so quite relaxing. I use it to kill time with a Latte while my son attends an appointment locally.

Spacious and surprisingly busy coffee shop on the main road at Pokesdown. Courteous staff and reasonably quick service.

Good coffee, barista made the coffee as requested so was perfect temperature to drink straight away

Costa in Boscombe East are always very punctual, clean and very helpful. Unfortunately Costa (all branches) have changed their plant based milks from Alpro to another type of plant based milk and they are disgusting. So I order semi skimmed milk which doesn't help my stomach. But because their coffee is good, I treat myself and deal with the consequences.

Usual fate that is the standard in Costa. Sadly the staff weren't up to the usual standards. One member if staff not in uniform wandering around with an unlit cigarette in his hand. Other members if staff busy cleaning (which is good) but pretty much sweeping under the seats we were sitting on. Be better to give the customers a bit more room

Fast service and good quality coffee from the reliable chain

I have been in many Costa's all over the country, the branch in Boscombe has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in this chain. The coffee shop itself was clean and as you'd expect from Costa but a cold unwelcoming atmosphere. Having worked and trained staff in customer services for many years, I can only assume that good customer service skills are either no longer being taught or they've been privatised. I will not be returning to this branch.

It's a Costa ... Level access which was nice with a pushchair + it has baby changing in a clean bathroom with lots of space

Around the corner from our house so me and my partner nip in often, but it was especially nice today to be served by such a lovely member of staff 😊 really appreciate the drinks and service you offer, especially in lockdown

Love the morning coffee from one of the best places in town. Their ambience and the aroma of early morning coffee, really pleases your soul and charges you. Usually I’m fond of two coffees - one from Starbucks and surely Costa. An interesting brand and a lot of items to go with it - blueberry muffin, so yummy and my favourite to go with the coffee. The place is at a nice and cosy place. Love going there all the time.

Long wait to get served although the place was not busy. Only one person serving, dealing with 1 customer ahead of me with a food and drink order. Capucino was very nice though.

Extremely helpful staff. I'd ordered a medium cappachino before I realised that I did not have my bank card. I was with my granddaughter and her friend. So they had to muster up enough for their drinks, and the Barista said I could have the coffee she'd made me on the house. I really appreciated that. It was an embarrassing situation for myself and my teenage granddaughter. But kindly resolved by the Barista. This Costas has a cozy feel, whilst still being private enough to converse without being overheard. Thank you very much Costas, and thank you for the kindness extended to me by the Barista. This Costas is Accessible, and I shall be visiting again. Thank you

Situated on the main Christchurch road. Difficult to park. Fairly limited when it comes to cakes and food.

As you expect from Costa, good coffee and good choice of cakes

As a regular user of Costa coffees I am normally quite nervous about having my regular flat white, but as I have visited on 3 separate the service and coffee have been to a high standard. I will use this store again. occasion

I like this clean and tidy and fairly quiet cafe where I won't go deaf like in Boscombe. Like a lot of coffee shops the shop ordering seems to order more of the less popular items at the expense of the best sellers.

Your normal Costa service in terms of drinks and snacks. Staff were friendly and good service. The chairs and tables are in a bit of a strange arrangement but for a small site it has two rest rooms including baby changing facilities.

My favourite Costa in the area. Great staff, really know how to make a coffee, friendly and kind. Very helpful.

Great Americano as usual. Included a mince pie today which was tasty. Service from the manager Richard was friendly and efficient.
