Acabo de recoger una entrega para llevar a casa. Primera vez en este lugar y nos atendió un hombre llamado Carols S. ¡Qué hombre tan encantador, educado y dulce! El mejor servicio al cliente, enorme sonrisa en su cara! Espero que sea apreciado, porque sin duda apreciamos su gran servicio al cliente. ¡Gracias! ¡Oh, la comida era muy buena también!

We were in Bournemouth for a couple of days and we were looking for a quick bite to eat after walking along the sea front. Popped into 5 Guys and had a great meal at a good price My wife and I both had a standard burger, fries and a milk shake - all freshly cooked so nice and hot, excellent quality and very friendly & engaging staff. Place was very clean as were the toilets Highly recommended

We been to Five Guts in kuwait. The place in Bournemouth was just superior in terms of taste, service and ambience. The staff was friendly. Histella needs a mention for her cheerfulness and making us wholeheartedly welcome to the place. She was very helpful and took good care of us. The food was perfect

£33 for 2 x burger and chips. The burger was nice but so isMcDonald’s at a third of the price. We will not return anytime soon.

Prices way too high £55 for 3 burgers chips and drink and the service was terrible. They don't even give you a tray with your food they give you the food in a take away bag even when you eat.
