The best restaurants in Oldfield Bath and North East Somerset South West

I had great expectations and they weren't fully met. The food looked really nice and it was ok. Just not amazing. Lovely and fresh, great service, just needs a little sauce or pzazz to make it great.

Food here is great! The staff are lovely and we enjoy doing the quiz on a Tuesday, it starts at 8pm which is great as I can get the kids to bed before going out! 👌

Having lived in Bath for 30 years i can tell you this is the best curry in Bath. For a traditional curry they don't come better than this great flavours, consistent high quality and really nice people always bust and operate with a half open kitchen so you can see people making your food. There are places in Bath now making Indian fusion food charging more and producing a worse tasting curry. We travel past 3/4 curry houses to get to Panahar. Worth it everytime!

My husband and myself were visiting bath for the Christmas market and were delighted we were going to be in Bath on the same day as old friends we hadn't seen for a few years due to covid and geography. We chose the grumpy baker due to reviews and were not disappointed. We were there for a good few hours and with cases as we were flying home straight after the lunch. No one objected or said we were in the way. We had coffee, toasted Panini's, then tea and delicious cakes. We had not met the children before and basically had a wonderful time in what felt like our living room. The café was busy, pleasant ,welcoming and the staff were always smiling and helpful. I can see why so many families go there. Clean and with lovely food reasonably priced. If I lived in Bath I would be a regular visitor. Merry Xmas to the very happy staff at the Grumpy Baker.

First time order for breakfast delivery and the food was top notch. Fresh and tasty, will definitely be enjoying more of the menu soon!

La hamburguesa vegana con queso era tan buena. ¡Comí con gusto! Las empanadas también fueron devoradas rápidamente. Aunque no somos veganos, si tenemos más experiencias 5 * comiendo deliciosa comida vegana, ¡podríamos hacer el cambio! No ser recibido al entrar / ly acercarse al mostrador - 1. Todo estaba como debía.

The place was small and yet they’re able to cook so many dishes! And delicious, if I may add. Me and my friends ordered a salt & Pepper pork chop with jasmine rice, a king prawn dry noodle bowl and some chips to share and wow were we suprised! The kind chef Bruce came to ask about our food and we were more than thankful. We ended up ordering a house special fried rice as we couldn’t get enough. The bill was worth it for the amount and quality of food we got. We didn’t get to try their boba teas as we were very full but that’s something for next time!!! We will be back

Dare i say the best pizza in Bath, ya ive also had a few mediocre ones but tonight's hit the spot nicely! Good food, good people, great value. Oldfield park is lucky..

Beautiful burgers! Very tasty. Had as a takeaway, would highly recommend! Also the waffle fries were a delight.

Food was prepared on time, great value. Opted to order and wait rather than risk delivery, really enjoyed the food, will certainly be back again!
