Food was delivered quickly and was still hot when it arrived. Our order was correct and we really enjoyed our pizza and side. Driver was friendly.

They charged me twice and they said we will refund in 5 working days but they didn’t and i was asking them they said sorry we can’t refund but you can order another pizza 👎👎

Went in today at 17:50 with concerns as on the app it deducted one pizza. When calling and going into this store the team were very welcoming and understanding of our online issue. Fixed it and reassured us he would get it all done in a speedy matter. Great dominoes. Would recommend this store. Great staff!

This dominos branch on moorland road has a serious igene problem i went to collect my pizza and there was a young Indian lady picking her nose behind the counter so i shouted to another staff member and requested that i didn't want this person in question to handle my food but it was too late as she came with my pizza this was completely off putting for me and I will not be using this dominos branch ever again.

If any management read this message, please listen to the phone call you received at 21:37 on the 29.13.24 That will explain a lot to the start of my journey. After I place my order on the phone I walked into your branch, there was one person in the fridge, that didn’t acknowledge me, after about a minute of standing there someone shouted something in another language to someone out the back, this person came through with a mouthful of food ask my name (for the order) I wanted to confirm my order number, I said you never gave me an order number on the phone. After he huffed I was told it would be two minutes, I could see my order on the computer and it said ready, five people then walked in that were below me and got their food and left.. odd When it came to the Bill, The gentleman then said £12… I said it says £11.99 on your menu, he said yes, but it’s full toppings it’s £12, I then had to remind him that it says £11.99 on the menu, why are you charging me £12? He then said it’s okay, £11.99 I then said again, why did you charge me £12? He stared at me and didn’t give me an answer. Terrible

horrible service. never got my food. never got a refund. workers kept lying about my order being on the way and told me not to cancel.

Staff is lovely and delivery is always fast.

Paid for an accepted cancelled order, because I accidentally clicked collection rather than delivery phoned straight away said they can't change order to delivery but agreed to cancel yet still being charged!!!!

Took 10 minutes longer than advised on the app. But the veggie pizza was good. Fries were not hot only warm. Seems fries were cooked and boxed before pizza was cooked

Horrible service. Waited around 15 minutes to get served in an empty store. One staff was cleaning and unwilling to help, the manager said ‘i’ll be with you in a sec and disappeared’. When it was time to get served, the person behind the till took around 10 more minutes to take my order at snails pace - it was shocking. As the place was empty, the pizza didn’t take too long to prepare.

Food took 2hours to arrive despite saying on the app that it was delivered at least 1 hour before it actually turned up stone cold and some items incorrect, me and my partner both tried calling the store while waiting but calls got ignored. Exceptionally poor service and certainly in no rush to order again.

I would put 0 because we ordered at 21:47 and it never came. Google says they start delivery at 23:00. We called and called and eventually our phone was directed to London road that they informed us they are closed now and we won’t get our delivery. Good job domino’s

Bath by night strolling along eating a Dominos couldn't be a better situation, I saw a couple walk together to score a Dominos and do just that yeah I was a bit jealous having no company but I enjoyed my time all the same. Great place great food 10 10

There was a hair in my pizza a couple of weeks ago then after that it was hard and after that it was cold I don’t think I gotta carry on as y’all get it but this annoyed me today it was chewy and put me out of my good mood so don’t come here terrible

Always a great pizza from this particular domino’s.. order in store and the man out the front (think he is the manager?) is great and even remembers you by name when checking with the kitchen on the progress of your food - 10/10

I cancel the order because they didn't have chicken pizza, but they didn't refund us for a week

Service is usually fine but last night something on my pizza tasted extremely mouldy. It was either red peppers or tomatoes. I had to pick them off. I couldn't see any viable mold but the taste was unmistakable and very unpleasant.

Staff we're really friendly, efficient, helpful and kind. Food was made to order, and quick. Nice and hot upon collection.

Just called Dominos on the London Road, spoke to a lovely guy by the name of Kane. He works for both dominos in bath. Just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU for having so much patience, my card was playing up then having to put him on hold whilst I found out what was going on, he was so lovely and understanding all the time having patience and reassuring me whilst I was getting rather embarrassed. We got the order sorted in the end and he managed to get me all I had ordered for my son and his friend. I really hope a manager/senior member of staff reads this and give’s the gentleman recognition for his brilliant work and just being a great person. Thank you Kane we need More men in the world like you 😊

Delivery is always late and pizza comes cold

I ordered the pizza at 19:00 for 20:15 to be with me. I kept calling but the store was either not replying or saying that it should be with me within 5 minutes. Now it’s 21:45 and it still not with me…

Got upset stomach, pizza was not baked properly :(

Ordered our pizza at 17:39. Got a text at 17:54 saying that our pizza had left the store and was on its way. Half an hour later it hadn’t arrived. Called up and got told it would be 10-15 mins away, don’t think they guy understood us when we said we had been told it had already left. Then half an hour later we called up again (it was now an hour since our pizza had allegedly left. Now at 18:54) - got told the guy had stopped for petrol…doesn’t take an hour to fill up with petrol. He finally turned up at 18:56-8. Our pizza was so cold we had to warm it up. Called up again they sent us a new pizza. Arrived within 11 minutes of the text. Much better service that time but shouldn’t be made to call twice and wait an hour for two pizzas.

They helped me with my order, I ordered online for collection and found out by email that the order I placed was for collection in a different branch,the staff at this store made my order at their brand instead which I was very grateful ☺️

A generous review. Appalling customer service. You got my order wrong and insisted I should've checked it on my doorstep. Surely it's your responsibility to prepare it correctly? Your refusal to rectify the issue is a draconian approach to customer service in this day and age and you should be ashamed. 10% off my next order? Like your crusts - get stuffed!

I've ordered pizzas from this Domino's branch several times using their app & then collecting it in person. I've always had quick service times & good quality pizzas.

Ours was 40 minutes late luke warm and tried to text complaints u can't we have always had good hot food from dominoes and always quick 😔

Ordered garlic bread and wedges. Been waiting nearly 4 hours and it’s still not here. Rang 5 times off of my own phone, and a few times off of a friends the customer service was horrendous and made it out to be our fault eventhough we’ve been waiting outside for an hour and a half . We’ve seen 4 drivers pull up to our accomodation and still no luck with our order. The customer service is horrendous!!! They blocked my friends phone number because they complained about it been ridiculous.

This was my first ever time trying domino's, usually i would order from pizza hut but for the past couple of weeks id been getting bad food poisoning from there, so i thought id give domino's a go, i am honestly so satisfied with my food from here, it was the best food i have ever had, (almost better than my mothers) i'm 100% eating from here again. probably on a weekly basis.

Ordered from here a few days ago order a pizza and garlic bread for me and the kids, pizza came but garlic bread didn’t, said sorry will send one up straight away, another 50 mins goes by and then I get a call saying it’s outside, also said they will give me a £5 off next time, never received it!

Absolutely terrible. Waited 40 mins never delivered. Called and a new order was sent out which also never arrived. Cannot recommend a worse place

Was okay, ordered a pizza online, when I went to collect two people were preparing pizzas in the entrance, I was waiting fore quite a few minutes before one turned around and said "you have a customer" then had to wait a few more minutes before someone actually appeared to serve me. If I hadn't pre-ordered online I would have left and gone elsewhere.

Wrong sauce on pizza, wedges were half cooked and the pizza was cut in the oddest way possible. Got here quick though.

Waited 50 minutes past collection time - staff were rude and rolled their eyes when we asked questions and just continued with what they were doing (clearly have no customer service skills), but I understand they may have been busy or understaffed. There was at least one staff member doing nothing much standing out the back (visible through the door) who could have come out do hand out pizzas or deal with the building number of people waiting for their food - but instead just proceeded to ignore people who were clearly trying to grab his attention. This member of staff eventually went through to the back to check on orders and told us that it would be another 10 minutes (despite us having already waited half an hour for collection). What was also visible in the kitchen was the mounting number of pizza boxes ready to be collected - yet no member of staff did anything to distribute these. Eventually, we were able to get attention of one of the staff members who was able to get our pizza, that had evidently been waiting on the shelf since we came into the store to collect. The pizza and sides we collected were cold and so had to microwave when we returned home. Very dissatisfied with the poor levels of service - if possible, I would give a negative number of stars.

Never can go wrong with a dominos

I collected Hawaiian pizza and ate it in the park. It took 20 minutes because it was weekend. I think it's a good menu to eat when I'm busy. (It can be delivered and there is a table upstairs.)

Very helpful, friendly staff with an abundance of knowledge. There is also an in-house master herbalist available for appointments who is incredibly helpful. It's a place that I can trust.

I always order from dominos. Today I ordered large pizza but when I opened box amount of ingredients was laughable. I paid £20 only for this pizza plus other food. Guy on the phone was arguing with me that this is their standard. It's look like never again dominos.

Incompetent staff. I had a disappointing experience tonight... I ordered 2 items and was told it’ll be 10-15 mins, waited patiently for over half an hour right in front of everyone but when I eventually went to check my order I was told that it was never processed in the first place. After a bit of disagreement between the staff members they eventually retrieved the payment record and refunded me. The guy then sheepishly said he almost charged me again! Made sure I had my refund on a receipt and couldn’t walk out quick enough. Never again.

The basic parts of dominos are the same everywhere so the review can only be about management and staff. Most visits are quite satisfactory with the only complaints being that sometimes the pizza isn't as hot as I would like, however a couple of times I've had bad experiences with this chain. Rude staff with limited English skills made a couple pick ups difficult and toppings are sometimes very unevenly strewn in one corner of the pizza. Speed however is excellent. They deliver much much faster than you expect, before estimated arrival and how other chains have. This makes up for a lot!

They do not attend you, and if there is non one there, in 2 or 3 minutes the deliver will leave, and call later saying that there wasn't anybody there. I do not recommend to order pizza and deliver it to home, it will never arrive.

Nice little store with friendly staff. Collected food quickly and was able to park easily for free in the co-op carpark.

2 hour wait then delivered to the wrong address so then had to be remade never again
