Nando's - Bath in Bath and North East Somerset

Good food as always. There was a long wait for our food due to some problem in the kitchen, but the manager came over to apologise and offered us free ice cream so that was really nice. Will come back again to this Nando's.

Came in with work, a group of 15 for lunch with 9 wheelchair users among us. I only booked at 11.30am for a 1.30pm slot but the team did an amazing job of sectioning off an area for us, removing chairs to make space for wheelchairs etc. really appreciated the effort and care they took to accommodate us and the food was delicious as usual! Would definitely return to this branch, the staff are fantastic. In terms of accessibility, there is a large accessible toilet, no steps throughout the restaurant and lift access to the first floor where the restaurant is situated. Thank you! :)

Wings were dry and some were burnt so partner complained and to be fair they cooked him a few more. Service friendly and swift.

The location of this restaurant is convenient and the environment inside the restaurant is very spacious. It is very suitable for a group of friends to have a casual gathering. The taste and quality of the food is good, I personally like the chicken wings here.

Come to Bath for work and on my break I decided to get Nando’s. Ordered online collection for 7:30pm on the 29th of April. Arrived in the restaurant around 7:33pm and they told me my food will be ready in next 15 minutes. Unfortunately this didn’t happen and I get my food at 7:55pm. So first of all I ordered online collection for a specific reason that I will get my food when I arrive but I was disappointed that this didn’t happen and I had to wait another 20 minutes to get it. If I would’ve tell them I need it on the fly which I think 20 minutes it’s not on the fly I would be there probably even longer. I was so disappointed again as I had similar experience in Bristol. And can’t even blame for them to be understaffed. My wrap and my broccoli were cold. If you cannot provide the food at certain time then don’t ask people for a pick up time. I am sure this is my last time in Nando’s.

We went there for a late lunch. Service was under average.... No spirit of Nandos at all. Food was good and only warm no butter with the corn. A bit dirty but after all okay.

Can’t go wrong with Nando’s. Ordered for collection, food was hot and delicious! Only Issue was we had to wait 25 minutes after our selected collection time. We didn’t mind as we could see they were incredibly busy. We’re a young couple in no rush, but I imagine if you had to be somewhere or had small children that may have been a pain.

Food was okay, first time I’ve had delivery Nando’s. I wouldn’t have delivery again! Food got very soggy & was blander then sitting in the restaurant. Such a shame :(

Been before but not for a year maybe more. Layout is the same. Same way to order food. NO coffee. What? I popped down to the Costa within the complex and tookt it back up. Food was, as always brilliant. Staff friendly. Not busy but it was only about 4pm. Would recommend.

We here today again after horrible experience from last visit . But looked like they hired a net manager Cameron. He's absolutely amazing very friendly polite and at your service kind of a person. Food is amazing last time and this time too. He remembers my son has a peanut allergy . Thank you

Very appalling service today 18.02 12.00, sat down in few minutes. After 15minutes sitting no one came over(all waiters were standing behind the till), then seen some waiters to get the drink for themselves from the drink machines(never experienced this before that after sitting 15minutes was no tap water offered or anyone to come up with menu for drinks). Went to the till and was told its all done by the app now online orders, asked to order a classic way. In the end got wrong food as well. No customer of Nandos again. Time to change the manager or waiters.

We were not informed that we have to order on an app or at the cashier, so waited 20min for a waiter to take order. In the meantime 4 waiters were chatting at the bar and there were no clients whatsoever. We ordered chicken liver, but were brought chicken burger instead and could not get it changed. Food was good, but not the service.

Tolga was amazing. He helped set up an embarrassing birthday surprise for the birthday girl and played the part very well. I cannot fault the service from the rest of the team either. Brilliant staff. Thank you for the excellent reveal and the idea for an embarrassing reveal. The team were very helpful and understanding with our kids too.

5 stars for the friendly service. All waiters and waitresses were very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing as usual and the restaurant looks very nice!

Visited The Kingsmead Square branch of Nando’s for a late lunch. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food, as always, was cooked to perfection and brought to our table promptly. I really enjoyed the new peri peri Mac and cheese side dish. Great venue in centre of Bath for well priced nice chicken dishes.

This was my first visit to a Nando’s, invited by friends. I wonder what the fuss is about. I found the food to be of average quality and nothing special. It is disappointing that in a city with lots of good restaurants that places like this continue to be popular. Service was good though. Nothing wrong with the staff.

Popped in for a cheeky Nando’s with my mate and you can never go wrong with a cheeky Nando’s but what made the experience great was Isobel she was just fab. Girl deserves a raise. Cheers to her.

We went for our dinner last night thats 13th jan as a family .food was good. All waitress were friendly apart from one THE MOST ANNOYING MANAGER. I m still crossed .he literally humiliated me in the restaurant what I was doing was giving my son a coke zero in a small glass as he was eating his food and he took coke in his glass I was just about to sit down and this horrible manager soo loudly telling me off how I m not supposed to take drink in a small glass and started interrogating me FFS if I lay £80 for dinner can I not afford to buy another drink . I never felt soo bad . Yes I would agreed if he saw me drinking from it and kept drinking if I would accepted that but I wouldn't even sit down I needed to explain him what I was doing where all other ppl staring at me. Such a not nice thing to do with your customers. For £3 or whatever the price of soft drink absolutely not worth it this type of man who likes to call himself a manager even the waiter probably know how to talk in a good manner . Terrible customer service.

Nando's in Bath exceeded my expectations. The delicious food, paired with a clean and calm atmosphere, provided a delightful dining experience. The friendly and fast service made the meal even more enjoyable. A definite recommendation for those seeking a satisfying and pleasant restaurant experience.

Taking so long 2 hours for one other

Food was okay, but you wouldn’t expect to wait almost an hour for your food at Nando’s having paid over £80, when the restaurant wasn’t even that busy

This is no criticism of the staff or the quality of the food, but I presume there are a lot of deliveries being catered for whilst in store customers suffer long wait times. We had to come back after half an hour for a table, then we waited 40 minutes for our food to come.

Extremely good service every time I come in without fail. Tolga was especially lovely ensuring I enjoyed my food and even recommended to me a new dish which I had never tried and it was out of the world (fino pitta) if your looking for a place in bath with great food, and even better service, look no further than nandos.

Unpleasant customer next to us was dealt with calmly. I messed up my order and it was sorted very quickly. Friendly staff. Xx

Fantastic Nandos, we were the first customers in and the staff were all super friendly and welcoming and the food was immense. Love the addition of the ice tea too ❤️

Keeping customers waiting 20 -30 minutes and turning away many so staff can occupy prime booths to use them for breaks , phone and laptop use is unacceptable. Almost as bad as being lied to by the shift manager. Be careful people

I ordered a quonoa.lettuce.tomato.feta salad. It did have a little of each of those but 80% of my "salad" was pita croutons. Restaurant was not busy but it took 20 minutes to get this..and they had to take it back because at first there was no quinoa at all. Even after they added some quinoa it was still 80% croutons

Place is dirty and run down. Tables are sticky and tacky looking. Baby high chairs are absolutely disgusting with years of dirt. Floor is chipped and dirty, with food just left where other customers have been. Cutlery is water stained and sticky. Lights are filthy dusty with all the wrong bulbs. Staff are just children who don’t care. Toilets are smelly and blocked. Windows are filthy with mould growing underneath the seal of the frames. I’ve been to restaurants in developing countries which are far cleaner this this Nando’s. The place is just tired, tacky and filthy. That just what we can see. Begs the question how the kitchen are kept?

Visited this branch of Nando’s on a hot day and immediately felt the benefit of their air conditioning. Both of our main courses and our two sides looked great on the plate. The food was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. There was a nice and relaxed atmosphere inside with good tunes playing. Great customer service displayed. Good place to go for a reasonably priced meal in centre of Bath.

For over a decade I've been eating nearly every other week at Nandos all over the country. When I do I ask for a large glass to drink water in so I don't have to keep refilling the tiny child size glasses they give you for water. They are always accommodating. Until today 14/7/23 when I asked and the manager refused. So I opted to leave with my young son and go elsewhere, and on the way out the waitress standing next to him spoke to us extremely sarcastically and sanctimoniuosly. I won't be back there and it's put me off going to others to be honest, if they can't even give you a glass that's right there in front of them because apparently that's a "company rule."

This nandos is like any other nandos. The staff seem nice and fun and we're very welcoming to us. The food as always is great. Can't complain. The nandos is situated on the second floor of the building with the access being via stairs or a lift which, depending on you mobility, you might have to wait for the lift. If I am in Bath again I'll come back to this nandos as it is easy to go to

Have tried Nandos in other countries before. It's an average outlet here. The ones in Dubai are the best! Rice isn't that great. Garlic bread was okayish, could have been a little more moist/soft. Found hair in our meal. The server was confused as to what they should do🤣, which I found hilarious. Asked for a replacement new meal.

Just taken 5 stars off and given 1 star, the chicken was really dry like it had been sitting under the lights all day , not fresh at all Same with the rice plus it had hard bits on the edges and the chips was luke warm. The grills have not been cleaned either which u could taste on the chicken skin. Come.on guys u can do better. Stop giving nandos a bad name. No wonder it was really quite there today

Terrible experience for dinner. Food in our group was awful. Bread for chicken burger was like wood, when complained staff did not take away the meal but just brought our a new bun - which then meant that meal was cold. Poor quality food. Watched staff clear at least five tables and not once did they wipe any of the surfaces, seemed to spend most of their time chatting. Toilets were disgusting. Avoid until sorted out.

If your looking for cold uncooked chicken served on a freezing cold plate this is the restaurant for you, Food absolutely revolting chicken uncooked served with still frozen mash chips still hard. Service absolutely terrible sort it out nandos.

Their peri-peri chicken were alright, juicy, full of spices, cooked just right. Tried the chicken burger and the bread was just very hard... almost like a brick :|

We had a very poor experience; I ordered a lemon and herb burger with no spicy sauce as I don't eat spicy food. Sadly the kitchen staff applied spicy sauce, it seemed as though they realised, didn't care and sent it out anyway. As soon as I started eating I realised this and I highlighted this to staff, the server said 'what do you want me to do about it'. I got him to replace the salad as I thought it was only on this, I then realised it was on the whole burger. I again highlighted this to another staff member, my brother even asked for milk for me as it was so spicy. They don't do milk but said I could have some frozen yogurt. My partner got this and it helped. The burger was ruined and I was unable to eat this as the sauce was spicy (even those who like spice said it was way to hot). I also highlighted this when we were due to leave. The man told me they'd had meetings that day about the issue which highlights that it happens commonly. Staff were poorly trained and did not care, no effort made to correct the situation and no ability to deal with varying situations. Restaurant unable to complete the options they offer

Worst nandos so far. Grilled butterfly chicken was dry and burned, broccoli was cold and tasted badly microwaved instead of grilled and we had a quite long wait at a greasy table in the foyer. Had much better experience in different chain stores.

We turned up and ask for a table for 2. We was told there was 45 minutes wait and there was only 6/7 tables being used. Didn’t offer if we wanted drinks as no where sit while we was waiting. I don’t understand why every-time we go to any Nando restaurants you have to wait even when there loads of table free and your staff are just standing around chatting. What happened to old way nando used to be. It’s a shame as we loved coming.

The food was great and came out in a timely manner even though it was rather busy. Our waitress and her supervisor were so friendly and attentive, it made the experience lovely.

It's my Birthday so we tried this nandos instead of the vaults, we come down to bath and we're excited but we didn't receive or drinks and we got our food before, we had to ask for our drinks, then we didn't receive our hallumi which turned up 59 minutes later when our meals were finished we had to politely ask twice and another 19 minutes went by to revive a mere "here you go sorry" in a very monotone voice, to then be angrily stared at by a member of staff when I left the toilet, I work in hospitality and know it can be knackering but for two slices of hallumi to take that long with not much of a care from the staff I think needs to be looked into, you set an example and if you really don't want to work there look for somewhere else instead of making somebodies experience so bad The garlic bread was sadly very hard too, unfortunate :(

No half or 1/4 chicken in a chicken restaurant. No corn on the cob. No ice (machine broken). Love Nando’s but this must be the worst run in the West Country. Often shut due to staff or kitchen issues, and always something unavailable. Never even enough ketchup for the kids. Needs a manager to kick it up the arse. Carried on going because handy. Will drive to longwell green from now on.

Went at 5pm on a Sunday in February. No wait at door, table and restaurant was clean and tidy. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a variety of foods and all were perfect.

Absolutely filthy - sticky tables and dirty cutlery. Was told very rudely when my partner and I tried to get a table to the night before we couldn’t because there were no free tables even though the resturant was was empty. Upon returning the next day we received TERRIBLE service then to be told we couldn’t order at the checkout and HAD to order via the QR code - only for that to not work. Poor experience will not come to this Nando’s again.

Staff were lazy and clearly didn’t want to be there. Food took ages and then sat under heat lamps while they had a chat. When food finally arrived there was no cutlery anywhere so we had to wait again until they had 5 mins to locate some for us ! Never experienced such lazy service and ignorance. Our kids love Nando’s but we won’t be going back to this branch that’s for sure !

Visited with family after watching a film at the Odeon. Good food and good value but a bit chilly sitting out in the foyer as apparently no tables inside.

I’m a lactose intolerant vegan and my. It friend is a vegetarian, they went above and beyond to cater for us and the manager on site was super friendly and accommodating! I had the rainbow salad which was packed with flavour and my boyfriend had the spiced chickpea! Thanks for making our day trip to bath end on a high note with great food!

Usually a pleasant experience but on this occasion we were waiting 40 mins with our little boy while all staff including management laughed and joked amongst themselves in groups around the tills and kitchen area. The food had just been boxed up and left on the top while others were served their food, staff messed about and just walked by us multiple times. Our little one grew too unsettled to stay without food, we were forced to takeaway only to have a cold and unappetising meal when we got back home.

Very low standard for a nandos, will not come again. Over priced and very run down. Felt like eating in a service station 🤣

The worst Nandos we have ever been in..All the cutlery was grubby... The tables were filthy! My husband and grandsons chicken was so hard they left it! My daughter and myself brocoli was cold! We tried to complain but no one was interested. We were absolutely disgusted!!!!

Una piacevole opzione per una buona cena veloce.

Went here for a lunch as we had a voucher. Its not a place we would choose normally and to be honest won't be rushing back. The food was fine but we felt it is very over priced for what you get. Like I said we had a voucher but if we had to have paid the full price we would have been really disappointed. I felt the idea is there and could be great, with the great range of sauces with great flavors but I'm not sure with the way the cost of living is going people will think this is value for money. Couldnt fault the Service that was excellent and friendly.

We had a warm welcome from a lovely chap. I ordered a rainbow salad with chicken breast and chips and half a chicken Rainbow colsaw and chips.When are food came out my chicken breast was cold the colsaw was dry and taste less. Chips were hot. In the Ladies there is 2 cubicles one had no paper the other the flush wasn't working very well and if you go take a flash light as it's very dark in the cubicles.

Ignore Bad Reviews, People Flapping Feathers due to being impatient. Staff do their best whilst in a battery show where its so busy ... they remained chirpy. Chicken was clucking good and overall happy!
