We've been ordering here for 3 years, never disappoints us. Best takeaway and authentic food in Ivybridge and further!
We always recommend to everyone who asks us about food/takeaways in Ivybridge. Lovely people, amazing food, decent price - what more could you ask for?
Thank you Taste of Bengal for being our go-to takeaway when we want to treat ourselves
City Church Plymouth met here on a Sunday morning: 10:30 for a cuppa and 11:00 for the meeting itself. It meets on the first and third Sunday of each month.
Fantastic, ordered party food for 50, portion sizes were really generous, quality of the food was really good! When we discussed our needs ordering, it was suggested that we order less than originally planned. That was helpful on our wallet and from the 29 trays of food we initially thought was still too much, we ended the party with just 3 with various leftovers. Will not hesitate to use again in the future. Well done the sandwich shop! 👍
I chose this restaurant as it looked lovely and the reviews I read were mostly positive.
We met friends for lunch and had a good table, good service but the food was just average, nothing to rave about.
The bill came to a whopping £211 with an optional service charge of 12.5% on top. I chose to leave a 11.% tip rounding up to the nearest round figure, which I felt was fair. As we were leaving, I was chased by the waitress to say that I hadn't left the full tip!
Wow, when it is an optional service charge, surely it is my prerogative to leave a tip that I am comfortable with?
I was embarrasssed and very disappointed to be accosted in this manner in front of my friends (I was paying for lunch). I would not return for that reason. Optional means optional, not obligatory.

Cannot give any stars as place didn't seem to exist, followed map and 3 promenard is a double fronted place with sofa's no name on the front and closed although on checking for places to eat said it was open, did show any signs of being somewhere to eat.
this was a very pleasant surprise! Given the gorgeous location in exclusive and rather expensive Salcombe, I wrongly expected that the very reasonable prices at Bo's would lead to a fairly mediocre dining experience. Very happy to be proved wrong. The food was fresh, tasty and well presented. I also noticed that they don't charge extra if you want oat milk in your coffee. This is a bit of a bug bear with me just now, so extra points to Bo's for this.
Haven't sampled the food yet, but love everything else about this pub. Great lounge, friendly staff and massive carpark.
They regularly hold events like quizzes, flower arranging and art workshops.
Having had a less than positive experience trying to get a table at a nearby cafe, D’Urbervilles was recommended by a local shopkeeper. Beautiful building housing an interesting homewares shop with a great cafe attached. The frittata was fabulous. Loved it!
I was very lucky to stumble across this lil gem in the very heart of Bath. Super atmospheric and the choice of wine by glass is excellent! And thanks to lovely Anetta I ordered a baked camembert with honey and boy that was a perfect dish for a cold rainy lunch! Will be back and definitely recommend
