Lovely little cafe for a Pitstone when in Exminster

Coffee and a bacon sandwich. Yum!

Passed the cafe on a circular walk from the village and stopped on seeing the menu board outside. Had 2 bacon toasties, two hot drinks and two pieces of cake for under a tenner. All staffed by community volunteers, this wonderfull little cafe has good food, charming service as well as indoor and outdoor seating. Packed with locals having a great natter. Lovely place.

Nice little spot in exminster, make use of this not many small business arround you can get a relaxing bite to eat and quick chat with the person next to you, or grab a quick takeaway coffee and cake for the bus ride home

Me detuve en Exminster en mi viaje a casa y me encantó encontrar este pequeño café. Parecía ser un lugar muy popular para que los lugareños se reunieran y charlaran. Solo tomé café y tostadas, pero el precio era razonable y el amable personal me sirvió rápidamente. Este es el tipo de lugar en el que me encanta pasar cuando estoy fuera de casa, sin pretensiones, con buena comida, precios y servicio, administrado por personas que son amables y serviciales y disfrutan trabajar allí. Sin duda lo recomendaría.

Después de mudarme a Exminster en julio, invité a mi madre a visitarme. Salimos a caminar 8 n en el pueblo y visitamos la tienda de caridad local y compramos algunas gangas. Era una hora de almuerzo particularmente calurosa en julio y necesitábamos algo más que lo que el Tesco local podía proporcionar, pero afortunadamente nos estacionamos al lado de Victory Hall y al regresar vimos el café Corner y el cartel que anunciaba café helado, así que nos detuvimos allí. para tomar una copa y un poco de tarta. El personal era muy agradable y alegre y hablador y se ofrecieron a traer nuestras bebidas a la mesa. Nos sentamos mitad al sol y mitad a la sombra y nos sentamos allí durante una buena hora más o menos, solo viendo pasar el mundo. Fue tan cómodo que definitivamente volveremos. Gracias al personal

Yes, a return visit to coffee on the corner. This basic and unassuming cafe really does have a genuine welcome for the customer. Excellent bacon sandwich and coffee. All with a genuine ‘service with a smile’. I can thoroughly recommend this cafe for a very welcome pit stop. Thank you.

Auf dem Weg zur Morgan Garage in Exminster hatten wir einen kleinen Hunger und sind per Zufall hier eingekehrt. Das Pub nebendran war über Mittag geschlossen. Freundliche Bedienung (Freiwillige). Das warme Sandwich war frisch und schnell zubereitet. Dazu kann man noch Bastelarbeiten der lokalen Bevölkerung erwerben. Alles für einen guten Zweck. Danke!

A really vibrant Community Cafe offering lots of tasty snacks, great bacon butties and toasties, with various specials. Honest reasonably priced food. Coffees that rival the big names in Exeter centre. Very friendly staff make it a welcoming meeting place and has many regulars. Well worth a visit and helping to keep the community alive.

Staff always helpful and do well with the minimal facilties they have. Wish they had a bigger kitchen so that they could produce a wider variety of foods. nice outside area in the summer.

Following a visit to GP we noticed the cafe and decided to have a quick cuppa. Well the quick cuppa turned into an hour long visit. This was because the weather was great, the coffee excellent and a change of plan to turn a cuppa into full blown lunch. 2 baked potatoes later we were very satisfied. The staff were very polite and helpful. The food served with a smile and very courteous team of staff. Definitely blaming back to Cafe on the Corner.....whether I'm visiting the G.P. Or not.

Great little cafe in the heart of our village serving a range of lunchtime snacks including toasted sandwiches. Staff very welcoming and food very good.

Well run cafe with very limited facilties in the memory Hall in the centre of Exminster. Some of the staff are volunteers, but they do a good job. Huge plus is that it is very reasonably priced.

This is a community run cafe that we accidentally found when our navigator decided to send us here instead of a petrol station. We stopped for lunch as the time was right for a pit stop. The staff were genuinely nice and friendly, and the food was beautifully fresh. The decor wasn't much, but it gave us a good perspective on village life. It was a little noisy at first because of a local playgroup visiting, but it was ok. We were really made to feel welcome, and that counts for a lot nowadays. Good on you! If we lived here, we'd be back.

A great spot with indoor and outdoor seating offering cakes, sandwiches, salads. A great spot to enjoy the village from.
