The Sandwich Shop Hanham in South Gloucestershire

Fantastic, ordered party food for 50, portion sizes were really generous, quality of the food was really good! When we discussed our needs ordering, it was suggested that we order less than originally planned. That was helpful on our wallet and from the 29 trays of food we initially thought was still too much, we ended the party with just 3 with various leftovers. Will not hesitate to use again in the future. Well done the sandwich shop! 👍

I've seen this place around for a while, but never had the opportunity to pop in...I decided yesterday the 25th June was just the bit of food I needed...what can I say? Impeccable service, beautifully soft bread/Baguettes (if ya want to get fancy lol) Sooo many fillings, fresh crisp Veg...I find it hard to say anything bad about "The Sandwich Shop" Today's baguette was peri peri chicken, there was so much filling it wouldn't fit in the bread, so the lady took the excess and put it in a little pot for me to take home...all in all, a proper sandwich shop, with great prices, and a big ol' smile to great you 10/10...now...what do I order tomorrow...hmmmmmm

Used the Sandwich Shop to cater my baby shower, the portion sizes were fantastic and the quality of the food was great! I had loads of compliments on the sandwiches! The staff were so kind and helped me pack my car as I am heavily pregnant. I really recommend the Sandwich Shop!

Refused to take my order for what ever reason even though I have been supporting and buying food at lunch time all week . Really disappointed!!!

Ordered a chicken breast sandwich but unfortunately it seemed to be processed chicken and a sliced loaf from Aldi.

Very good portions for the money, tasty with fantastic service. Chap was very friendly and his misses was tidy!

Went in there to get lunch I was the only customer in there to then to be told we can’t sever you as we are busy theyalso had 2 people behind to counter and not one could’ve served me🤦‍♂️

Used them to cater for a small family party and the food selection ,quality and value was absolutely fantastic, I will recommend them to all , also their Web site was very user friendly

Baguettes were stale and rubbery, really disappointing

I've worked just around the corner from here for almost a year now and I only discovered this place today. I couldn't believe the value for money and the quality of ingredients is exceptional! I will definitely be back ASAP

I had two wraps the quality great but there was just too much filling and I had to waste it my husband couldn't even eat his. Will down grade next time

I would give it four-and-a-half but not sure how to do the half star. The staff are extremely friendly and chatty. Nice toasties and a few speciality teas. I would like to see more herbal teas on the menu. No gluten-free available but they do nice seeded bread. Very obliging. I wouldn't mind it being open after three pm, which I believe is the time it closes, or it may be three-thirty.

So its been quite a few months since my last review of the sandwich shop. The owner dropped me a message saying that they had now found their feet. Therefor we gave them another shot and well fair to say it is now a weekly treat again! Nice fresh food and well priced with staff always happy to help and do what they can! I am glad this is all back to how it used to be!

--------- UPDATED REVIEW -------- So after a response to my original negative review on trip advisor saying that they now believe to have found their feet with the sandwich shop we decided to give them a second chance and placed a order today. Staff very friendly and service was quick ( ordered online and collected around a hour later... this was 9 sandwichs). Food was nice and hot and ready. The food was fresh and tasty only slight complaint is the portion sizes have certianly decreased a little from the old owners but this is not the end of the world... Glad that this sandwich shop is tasty again and we will be back :) ------- ORIGINAL REVIEW ------- As an office we used to come here every week for a office lunch and it was perfect all round. Shall not be returning what as sad as it used to be great

Amazing Wraps with a wide variety of fillings and sizes. Sandwiches, baguettes, drinks and other sides are also available. The huge one wrap is as big as you can get around here and certainly fills you up. Prices are reasonable too.

Good food all round friendly staff adequate portions. Small parking area sandwiches rolls baguettes all different fillings.

Really great sandwiches. Had tuna mayo. Will return. Lots of filling and fresh salad. Would recommend.

Great food, good prices all fresh and made in front of your very eyes. One thing I would say is you can be waiting here to be served for quite a while as there is either 1 or two people working at times which can be very busy. I don't mind waiting but today was over half an hour for a couple of wraps. Some of the salad needed to be refilled and you have to wait while they peel carrots and use the slicer. Could be slightly better organised in my opinion. The boss is always out delivering which I appreciate but he's the quickest wrap maker and it would make more sense to be in-shop.

Ordered a jerk chicken salad via their website, requested a pick up time and everything was set and ready by the time I arrived on lunch break. Salad was fresh and full of flavour. Shop is clean and presentable. Full up with a happy, fully satisfied tummy :)

Honestly the best sandwiches in the area and one of my favourite in Bristol. It's ran by a lovely couple who are very friendly and work very hard. Their hot wraps are a must try as well as their daily special. Cannot praise them enough.

Wanted some tasty food so popped in for a bite. Bought a hot Moroccan chicken wrap and a freshly prepared salad..it was totally amazing with great flavours will definitely go again...great value. may try the piri piri chicken next time!

Went into this Sandwich Shop the other day by chance as I was passing through Hanham, very pleased I did! Had their new 'Big One' a Hot Moroccan salad Wrap! Huge and very tasty. I will be visiting again next week, can't wait. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed. All looks lovely and clean and fresh too

This is a place that will give you great quailty sandwiches for good value prices. In a rush just phone through the the order and it will be ready for you to pick up. Will always recommend this to anyone that whats to eat on the go.

Being in the hanham area for work I was bored of the same old Unhealthy food, until I found munch fix with a wide selection of difrent food! Also ran by a very polite couple I will definite be going back!
