Excellent breakfast !! One of the best !! Hot and lots of it!!

This is by far the best breakfast in Bristol I have been going for many years and it goes not fell me to deliver great taste Also the staff are brilliant 12 / 10 👏👏👏👏👏👏

Doesn't take 45 minutes to make a sandwich

The sub sandwiches are quite nice, except when I went this week there was no baguettes, no sausages, no quiche, or no sandwich filling that I wanted. so maybe don't go end of the week when there is limited options available.

Awesome breaky. Perfect before the rugby. Didn’t eat again most of the day!!!! Great staff and fellow customers.

Lovely sandwiches with a really big collection, good sizes and decently priced. Opening times very confusing, sometimes randomly shut! Always lots of staff in there but sometimes slow.

A good regular cafe with nice food fairly priced.

Nothing to review. Website says opens 8am. Staff inside at 7:45 when asked if opens at 8. Replied opens at 9am. This is after traveling over 7 miles in traffic.

Only had a takeaway sausage bap and bacon bap but we thought they were delicious and very generously filled.

I required a range of buffet food for a small wake we were hosting in Bradley Stoke. Nothing was too much trouble for Veronica and her team, helping me construct a menu and Vee’s provided a lovely, plentiful range of sandwiches, quiche etc. all delivered to our door at the appointed time. Everything was well presented and clearly labelled, and guests commented on the quality and variety of the food. My late sister-in-law would’ve definitely approved of the salmon and cream cheese sandwiches!! Highly recommend this local business and looking forward to visiting for breakfast soon!

Delicious brekkie and great service

I absolutely love this cafe. Food is decent, so many options to choose from and reasonably priced. They also have lots of options of cakes and sandwiches too. Staff are friendly, and the cafe has a cosy feel to it. I've been loads and will continue to keep going as I haven't found anything remotely similar.

Very inconsistent. Sometimes decent , otherwise the food is not great. The cold food is massively overcharged. Same prices as a cafe on Oxford Street. Poor quality meat. Keeps you thirsty for hours

I'm a little shocked. The menu has been upgraded and everything is a lot more expensive than 2 weeks ago. I had the same thing today as what I had 2 weeks ago. 2 weeks ago £9.30. Today £12.45. Increase of £3.15. As 3 of us ate, it was nearly £10 more.

This is a delightful, happy, snug place with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are always cheerful and happy to help. Nice selection of food with fresh coffee and speciality teas. Nothing's too much bother. Highly recommend.

Great place to eat, ate hear after being turned down elsewhere for breakfast and wish we'd stopped here first. Lovely accomodating staff, fresh food. Proper breakfast! We managed to park in the car park but it is tiny and tight. Well worth parking nearby and walking over.

The food is spot on I have been there a far few times as it is close to work. The staff are exceptional, extremely friendly and very attentive to your needs if you have specific requests. Located at the North end of bradley stoke this is a little hidden gem in the corner of a small rank of shops I advise you venture that way to just experience there soft bap rolls. They serve breakfast and dinner rolls, big plate breakfasts and selected daily specials.

First time we have visited Vee’s kitchen and we weren’t disappointed. We had an excellent full english breakfast, all freshly cooked and piping hot. Excellent customer service, with very friendly staff. Will definitely return to try something else from the menu. Nice to find a lovely little place like this. See you again soon 🙂

Worst experience for people when I wait outside for a table

The most enormous bacon bap! Tasty and very fresh bread. Excellent value for money

3/12/2022 - 11.45 am Don’t waste your time driving here. I went today & was told “ there was no food “ And if you zoom in you will see a sign that says ‘take away only’ which also would have been impossible because “ there is no food !” How can there be no food when there is a Tesco express right next door !?

I have eaten in Vees Kitchen the last 3 years. Never had a bad meal. Always cooked fresh . The staff are very polite and always helpful and happy. I certainly highly recommend this Eating place .

Our go to cafe! Vee & the girls are all lovely and even through life, a pandemic & the economy the way it is they are always still smiling. The best part, you can build your own breakfast so if you don’t like something on a normal breakfast, just create your own. Great food, great staff, great options!

I had the most amazing experience here. The food was amazing and so well priced with great portion sizes. The cafe was very clean and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. We came as a big group and they dealt with us with ease. They were so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them!

I can’t eat eggs but in order to veg a veggie breakfast without eggs I would have to pay 80p more. Where is the logic in this - I am so disappointed in Vee’s. Doubt now I will be back and vegetarians if you don’t want to pay for something you don’t get, well give it a miss.

Friendly staff and excellent food with way parking

Went in on a Friday morning. I could see about 4 of them working and they were absolutely rushed off their feet, we were told we would have about a 30minute wait the food came out faster than expected and still perfectly cooked. Great value for money and good quality ingredients. Highly recommended

Best cooked breakfast I've had in a while! The food was well cooked, hot a tasty. A large breakfast was about £6. The staff was friendly and very accommodating even though they were busy and understaffed. I would definitely recommend popping in if you're hungry and in the area.

I'm a university student who has been working for Vee over the summer, and have enjoyed every moment of these three and a half months. The staff have been a treat to work with, and the level of quality and expectations with their food and service are something every customer would greatly appreciate. I wish them the best and hope they don't cry too hard without me.

We popped in for brunch and we had a 1x full english and 1x sausage sandwich - both great value for money and good quality. Our son had the most amazing hot chocolate topped with whipped cream and a very generous portion of sprinkles and marshmallows which made his day :). Parking outside is shared with other businesses/Tesco express so was a bit busy but didn't wait long to get a space. We noticed people (local workers it seemed) popping in for take-away food/sandwiches so that's always a good sign that they have repeat customers. Would definitely recommend if around the area for a takeaway or sit in meal.

We came across the kitchen by chance, on holiday. Spotlessly clean, lovely staff, great food and real value for money. A little gem.

Service was fast, waitress was knowledgeable. Had a red velvet cake which was lovely and moist packed full of flavour with a hot chocolate. The café is tucked away but near other shops with a name that stands out. Served takeaway too with cold drinks as a option. Would recommend for a family or even just a day out.

Outstanding service food is fantastic. The full English breakfast is the best around. Good clean service and the staff are really good at what they do very friendly and always willing to help. But above all good value prices are are right on the button. Recommend to visit you will not be disappointed.

Really tasty cooked breakfast, and the coffee was ok. Very reasonably priced for everything we ordered. I would recommend coming here for when you don't fancy making breakfast! I didn't rate the coffee as it's really more of a café then a coffee shop, so tea is probably a better bet. We will be coming back 🙂

Poor food and service, I just ordered my breakfast and I got 2 canned peeled tomatoes instead of normal fresh ones. And when I was having trouble to get the sugar for my coffe because I just couldn't find it and asked the lady where it was, after a "close to the door" she was just staring at me while I was struggling and holding my food and cup of coffee. At that point as I was in a rush so I gave up and went out, even heard "Thank you". Never again.

Delicious coffee, beautiful clean atmosphere and really lovely friendly staff. Support small businesses folks, especially lovely little places like this, so much better than your big chain companies and they do takeaway too.

Food's always lovely and very friendly staff

Highly disappointing and came across as plain rude. Having read the reviews, my wife and I were looking forward to enjoying a brunch with our 1 year old. We turned up and waited at the entrance for just over 15 minutes - noting there were a couple of tables where people were waiting to pay up. Despite the staff seeing us waiting from the outset, they studiously sought to ignore us, before deciding to send an envoy after a quarter hour to inform us there would be a 45 minute wait for a table. Goes without saying we decided to cut our losses. I note they hadn’t taken payment for either of the tables waiting since our arrival. Unfortunately we cannot rate the food, but feel the one star is justified by the hospitality.

Fast service, massive portion of meal, good prices. Lovely warm place for a sleepy Sunday breakfast. Thank you Ladies. :)

Rip off market, unhygienic and poor quality Hair in my food very underwhelmed with what I got for what I paid, Took 5 minute to make a sandwich with 3 ingredients the restaurant was empty nearly but I had to stand outside whilst waiting for my food…. It’s winter Wont be back at this Dive… ever

Always a pleasure to eat here. A fabulous clean eatery with high standards and simple home cooked foods. A brilliant all day breakfast, clean and non greasy with top notch sausages. It is a diamond in the dust and more than worth a visit. I stay at the Hilton round the corner, but I'd rather start my day here in a wonderful family business. Super happy they survived the pandemic. Five stars all the way...

It's not bad but I have been to better

Decided to get off the motorway during a trip from West Yorkshire to Cornwall, to eat here rather than use the m way services. Owing to all the good reviews, was looking forward to a nice breakfast... only to find, despite several OPEN signs on the window, the sign that mattered - on the door - said CLOSED. This was 8.15 am on a Saturday - the time when it should be open. No message or update on facebook, nothing. Thanks a bunch - next time I'm down this way I'll stay on the motorway!

It was a bit busy with not many staff on so there was a wait.The food was really tasty and although there were items I did not want on the plate they gave me alternative items without me having to ask for them. I would highly recommend this place for a Sunday breakfast.
