Renovation has made this previously tired area worth a visit.
It is bright and airy especially on Market days and quite well supported. So give it a try when visiting Newton.
Lovely owner and great quick service. When the food arrived it was all of really good quality and so fresh. Absolute hidden gem but one I'll be re visiting when down there again. Absolutely amazing place for an afternoon tea
We had a lovely lunch there. The decor is pretty the service friendly and the food very tasty. The drinks however were very expensive. £4.50 for a pot of tea and £4 for a coffee! The coffee was quite weak, which was a shame.
'All Good Things Vegan', is the business of vegan Chef Pheonix, who is such a talented, warm and welcoming person.
We stayed at the Miggi Vegan Guest House and Pheonix had one of their pop up vegan evening meal events, the theme being Balinese food. We also had an afternoon tea for two.
You certainly will not go hungry when Pheonix caters for you. Great food, company and value for money.
We purchased some of Pheonix's almond cheese to take home, after trying some in our afternoon tea.
Pheonix left us 2 chocolate truffles in our room, they were so good we purchased a box to take home.
Our dog Jasper was also made very welcome at these meals. We will certainly be booking again in the future.
Just had the best street food I have ever had the curry and rice was amazing you can choose from a range of different curry’s and different heats
The dad and daughter team that run this fantastic stall are so friendly that I can’t wait for next Saturday and apparently they are there at the Wednesday market as well
We visited spontaneously today, and aren’t we glad we did.
I, my husband, our 2 year old and our newborn. The staff firstly were incredibly friendly. The food was lovely and not too overpriced. However, what really made our visit was the play shop/cafe at the back of the cafe. Our 2 year old was occupied playing the whole time we were there, and it felt like the first time we have had a stress free visit to a food establishment due to him not being bored and wanting to burn off steam.
I didn’t realise it at the time, but I think it was the owner that was sat on the table next to us. She chatted to me about my newborn, and was very friendly.
Thank you. We will be back and have already recommended the place to 3 people
The Weavers received strong recommendations, which often come with inherent risks. However, I must emphasise that my experience with them was consistent with the positive feedback I had heard.
The Weavers is a community pub known for its friendly atmosphere. Recently, I had the opportunity to enjoy their Sunday Lunch, which stands out as one of the best experiences I've had in Wiltshire.
The food at this establishment is presented appealingly, with generous portion sizes. The flavours are outstanding, and the service is exemplary. As a result of this positive experience, there is a strong likelihood of returning; a return visit is planned for today.
This a a lovely little cafe in a beautiful setting with very friendly and helpful staff.
I’ve given it 5 stars as I could see the quality of the meals coming out but I have to be honest and say that my friend and I had sandwiches, one white and one granary. Both of us, sadly, found the bread very dry with pretty much inedible crusts. The contents were really good but were a bit spoilt by the chef using margarine rather than butter. I do wish this didn’t happen as the sandwiches here and in many other places are quite pricey so you would think we could get butter?
Anyway, we would go back but not for the sandwiches
This koool kat has created the most funkaliscous space, to get cozy and sip the finest oat milk flat white, while treating yourself to a scrumdidilyumpsiouc breakfast and a sweet or savoury pastry to add the cherry on top!! Located inside the lyric theatre a rustic vibe, the walls filled with quarky art that will have your eyes hooked.... get hooked on bearkat xx
I attend this place with a friend, every few months and have a coffee and something to eat.
I have tried my own breakfast choices, curry and rice or jacket potato, chilli with rice or a jacket potato, sausage and onion sandwich, cakes and cold baguettes.
The staff are very friendly, helpful and do whatever they can for you, with a smile.
I will see you all on Thursday, when i come for coffee with my friend?

Rachael from Pizza with Love catered for a large family gathering we had on the weekend. The service and pizzas were amazing. I would highly recommend Pizza with Love.
Generous portions of really fresh flavours, tremendous value and lovely team. Good cakes as well, if you are still hungry....unlikely.
🙂Will certainly return. 5*****
Good menu range. Limited cakes available which was disappointing as I’d seen good reviews and photos online. We each had a 7 item breakfast which was good. The pricing was a little higher than I’d expected for what we got but this is a little place and I imagine the overheads are high so we were happy to pay it. Parking must be a nightmare in busy days, very limited, but we went early and were lucky. Our accommodation was literally 2 mins drive from the cafe so it made it a sensible choice. Staff were friendly and food was delivered quickly.
