Cowley House, The Square, North Tawton EX20 2EW, United Kingdom, England
No charcoal cooking as website displays. No rice included, only salad in £12.50 kebab. Absolutely minimal provided. No complaints on taste just low standards. Members of party complained on the level of hot sauce but this can be subjective.
Called in mid morning for drinks and cakes, very friendly meet and greet, wide selection of cakes and the ones we ate were all very tasty and large portions, excellent coffee, very reasonably priced.
Many thanks, we will revisit
Such a lovely evening spent here. Great service and food. The Italian waiter was so welcoming and chatty but Vicky topped it for us. She was so accommodating while we were waiting for a lift home, even directing our lift to find us over the phone, when the usual gate had shut. She was so friendly and an absolute asset to the place. We can’t wait to return!
Called here in the morning to collect our fresh farm produce and decided to stay for brunch. Although the cafe was packed out a seat was soon found for us. The coffee was excellent and the portions of food were generous. The staff were helpful and friendly. (There is gift/antique shop on the premises which which kept us occupied for an hour)
A beautiful little cafe hidden in the Chalke Valley. Tucked away behind the shop they serve a great choice of local cakes and coffee. The Dorset Apple Cake is a firm favourite. The service is amazing, always friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxed and warm. I would return anytime.
First time in Tavistock in many years. Seen the stranded sheep as walking pass. Looked at the menu board and seen No 2 on the board and I had to try it. First bite was great and till the end was even better. Definitely worth a try again. Lovely service too.
Thank you very much
Visited cafe on 8/8/20. I had the small breakfast. It was nicely presented and the ingredients were very good quality.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
I will be back
This place doesn't look that good from the front, so we were sceptical upon entering. But I guess the phrase 'never judge a book..' is reality. Staff were very accommodating to us and friendly, happy to do the food just how we wanted it and quite a nice place to sit in, kept fairly clean.

The cupcakes are delicious, and the coffee is fantastic too. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area...you won’t be disappointed.
We absolutely loved Morellos, from the vintage-look interior with its pink and turquoise furnishings and monochrome chequered floor, to the delicious cake and coffee!
Service was friendly, efficient and attentive and we will definitely go there again.
We loved the music too.
Good food, second time we have been in the last month. However both times it has been very cold, no effort made to warm the area up. We skipped dessert and coffee as it was too cold to enjoy our food. Will not return in winter months.
Probably the best out of home breakfast I have ever had (and I am78)
The quality of the items on the plate were great including the mushrooms !
Black pudding was superb ---As I did not want tomatoes I was offered a replacement
Young staff who were really friendly and efficient
Sadly we were passing through on our way to Cornwall
I just wish there were more like No 25
Very very busy unlike the nearby Costa
Please make sure this superb establishment continues on and on
